I bought a vehicle almost two years ago, everything was fine while the warranty they sold me was active, I had a turbo repair service on a 2014 F150 ecoboost in September 2023 and two days later the vehicle suddenly stopped when I was driving at 70MPH which scared and worried me a lot, and I asked myself what's wrong now? I got home and opened the hood, what a surprise, a two-inch hose was disconnected from the engine! After Eric said very arrogantly: we are the best mechanics in the cities of Fox Valley in Ford F150 Trucks, after that incident I called to report the failure, this man, Eric, was very rude in his customer service, he said that No, everything was fine, he didn't believe that was true, when, he only asked for attention on the work they had done, as he could, he gave me a day to check, he also told me that the engine oil needed maintenance, which Whichever one agreed to have it replaced, I picked up the vehicle the next day after driving it, the dashboard indicated that oil service was required. I called him again and this time Eric responded so upset that he used very harsh, unprofessional words, he said that he didn't have time to worry about small things. Yes, he wanted me to take the vehicle and when I could I would check it, in the end he said you just have to update the life of your oil, which I did, and the vehicle made an alarm sound saying that the oil could not be updated because it needed maintenance. This really bothered me and I called again, and Eric said to go somewhere else because they wouldn't do anything to me there.

After test driving 20 Jeeps around the state I had almost given up hope on finding a reasonably priced and affordable one to buy. This last stop I made at Jeff's should have been my first stop, I found the perfect Jeep to buy before my road trip to Upper Michigan. The sales team, service techs, and owner all went out of their way to complete a thorough inspection and get it ready in time for me. I know where I will be going when I need to purchase my next vehicle!Thank you so much!

2 stars is being generous only because the people there were nice. (Obviously, it s a dealership lol) So I went to take a look at an F150 and trade in my dodge challenger needing an upgrade in space for my children. The owner low balled me pretty hard on the trade in value telling me he wouldn t be able to sell it because it had too many miles, and that he had to sell it off to his buddy who owned a dodge dealership in the area. I just wanted to get rid of the car so I went forward with the process. There were no issues on the test drive of course and within a week of purchasing the truck I start smelling burnt oil while idle and find out my vacuum pump started leaking, to which I brought back to their service department to get looked at. The first thing I see when I pull up is my challenger out front listed for sale at $8000 more than I sold it to them for. Now I know the place has shady practices and am hesitant to let them work on my vehicle further. So they replaced the vacuum pump within a day and I was back on the road. Another day or 2 goes by and I start smelling burnt oil again, this time I took it to my local ford dealership who told me that there was loads of residual oil on the back of the engine from the vacuum pump replacement that took place. They can t even clean up after themselves! Just replaced the part quick and called it a day. Do not recommend if you re looking for trustworthy services.

Purchased my last truck here. Great Service!! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. Arron was very helpful and continues to be. I bring my truck in for oil changes and tires and Eric has always been great to work with. They go the extra mile.

Family have bought vehicles in the past here and all are happy! I just purchased an Escalade and am very happy with it! Corimac and crew are all very great people and nice! Process for a new vehicle went smoothly! Your looking for a new vehicle go with Jeff s Northshore!

I am the FedEx delivery person for this wonderful establishment. I didn't have heat in my truck for two days! I was a bit upset when I stopped. Eric was so incredibly kind. He asked one of the mechanics there to go look. I am sorry I didn't get this young mans name. I was talking to Eric explaining I might have to go back to the terminal. I had a truck full of packages. So I felt terrible my boss calls me 100 percenter lol. I just really love my job. The mechanic came in and told me he fixed the blower. I was so incredibly grateful! I had to take my second layer off because it was so hot. I was so happy and couldn't thank them enough. They didn't have to take the time in there busy schedule and help me. They did though and Now I can not wait to come purchase a vehicle for my son from there.

I buy Toyota Camry at this place , the car real did good after it get battery issues, what I really like is ,I call Eric explain everything things and then he tell me to bring the car to their mechanic then they change the battery in few minutes, that s why I really recommended this place , guys go there, Eric is good guy he will help you for everything. Thank you folks

Might have decent prices... BUT they admitted to me on the phone how they will get vehicle and replicate miles on there own sticker. When the truck I bought from them was 3 quarts over full. And had "no openings" for a oil change let alone changing the plugs out now that oil blew by. Awful service. But decent prices.....Ps. There "Detailing" is either a high school kid. Or a non graduate. Terrible!!!!!

Bought a truck from this dealership knowing full well that there may be issues. After purchase, ran into a major mechanical issue as well as some other small issues. Cory(?) Eric in service and Aaron were absolutely AMAZING with fixing the problem and took care of the issue no questions asked. Later another issued came up and again, the issue was resolved without any questions asked and corrected. This is amazing for a pre-owned dealership and the people involve are truly good people. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the marked to a pre-owned vehicle. Thank you to Cory, Eric and Aaron !! Well above and beyond what I ever expected!

I bought a 2015 Ford F150 with the eco-boost. When I was looking at it and really thinking about buying it the engine light came on. So the lead mechanic Eric came out and took a scan on it and said it was minor. So I did end up buying this vehicle and down the road about a month and a half the engine light came back on just because I don t drive with vehicle very much due to a company vehicle. So I called up the dealership after I found out what the possibility it could be. Talking to other mechanics that is possibly the timing chain was going out which is common in these vehicles. So I called Back and they said bring it up let me test it and they said yes you are correct. So I said I don t want something for nothing but I think he knew this problem was coming to when I was test driving it and I said I would pay for the parts if you do the labor. Because it is a very extensive And time consuming repair. I did receive a loaner vehicle while it was down. I could not be any happier with their service department at all I thought I was going to have to eat the whole repair. I do love the truck this is what I was looking for and they were so helpful to get me back on the road with the proper parts from Ford dealership not some aftermarket. So thank you Jeff s northside for all you have done. Ever since repair done. No problems.

To the nay-sayers, gripers, and whiners. All I can say is get your head examined. I recently bought a 2016 F150 and had Aaron as my sales person. Professional across the board. Sent me extra pictures of the truck when I asked. Walked me through the entire line of pickup trucks answering ANY questions I might have had. When it came time for me to test drive my truck of choice he fires it up and brings it up to me. We both hear this odd clicking noise from the grill. He says, this will be taken care of. OK, now to be fair the truck has 220k on it. I am expecting a couple of minor issues. I voiced that the tires were just about bald and that it was a concern. But I was reminded that the truck still had to go through there inspection and anything mechanical would be addressed before the purchase was completed. I am thinking OK let us see how this thing drives. Right off the bat, check engine light and wrench service light are both on. But the truck goes down the road straight and I am in love with it. I bring it back tell Aaron about the two lights he tells me there service department will address these issues during the inspection. There were a couple of vehicles in front of mine and then mine. I asked Aaron to keep me posted on what the mechanical issues there service department found during there inspection. A few days go by and I am getting anxious about what they are finding. And then I get a text message from Aaron: I have good news and bad news. Good news your truck is in the shop and we have found the mechanical issues and it will be a few days more. They had good reason. The truck has the 2.7L Twin Turbo in it. Both turbos were bad, the clicking news was the louvre control motor in the grill that had to be repaired, during the inspection they found a leaking oil pan gasket and that was fixed, a brand new battery, and... 4 new tires. They text me. She is all done. Come and get your new truck. I had all I could do to not jump out of my skin with excitement. I go and get it, finish the paperwork and away I go. Now, mind you without buying the extended warranty, Jeff offers a 3k mile/30 day warranty. Not even two weeks into driving my new truck I start picking up a vibration akin to hitting a rumble strip at 60 mph. At first I thought, tires they are new the road was a little rough, etc. etc. Until it did it on brand new black top. I immediately called Aaron, told him what was going on and he transfers me to the Service Department. This introduced me to Eric. I explained to Eric what was going on and without even a moments hesitation. Eric says torque converter needs to be replaced. I am crushed. This spendy of repair, this soon after there inspection. So he looks up my truck, tells me my purchase date and says, oh it is still covered under our warranty. We scheduled it for a couple of weeks out. (They ARE REALLY busy !!) I dropped it off on a Monday, got it back on a Thursday and even if I don't have a warranty with them. I will still bring my truck there for service.To the nay-sayers, gripers, and whiners:GET YOUR HEAD EXAMINED!!Aaron: top notch, friendly, all round good man.Jen: pretty much the same as Aaron and she makes a mean cup of coffee(LOL)To Aaron, Jen, and the rest of the office staff. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY TRUCK PURCHASE SOOOOO EASY!!Eric(Service Dept) and all your mechanics. Thank you for all help and professionalism.JG

Bought a new used Vehicle having a few minor problems with it they seem like they are going to stand behind there product good peopleWell here we are 3 weeks later turned out to be more than they or I thought. I have to say Eric the service manager and his crew took care of everything. I believe I have a brand new 2015 Silverado now. I was skeptical they said don't worry we will take care of everything but they did. Really nice honest people who stand behind there stuff are few and far between. Thanks Jeff's Northshore you went above and beyond.

Excellent customer service and fair pricing. I've bought from larger dealerships in the past, but will definitely be coming back here in the future. Great financing options with competitive rates, and solid warranty options. I picked up a Ford F150 this week at a much better price then other local dealers. Stopped in to test drive a vehicle. Vehicle of choice was out of fuel and the sales guy had to run to the gas station to have enough fuel for a test drive.Immediately on entering the vehicle the dog smell was noticable and evidance was present showing the companions frequent ride along. Radio bezel was scratched and claw marks were present on the door, seats, and dash.Beyond that all of the tires appeared to be leaking fix a flat and were barely at legal tread depth. It was also apparantly the plastic body panels had been armouralled to create that nice black shine but had already worn and washed off. When attempting to competatively price the vehicle in question against the lower mileage better condition vehicle (same) vehicle in the next town over they wouldnt negotiate. It is hard to convey the experience, it was the talking down and demeaning way the sales person spoke with us when I tried to work with him to make it a purchase contender that really factors into the score here. The vehicle condition is what it is, but how you treat customers is completely within your control.No problem, that is there prerogative. However, you can guess where our business went.

I give stars based on my experience. I saw that their star level was mid range but I had some people that I trust recommend them.They let me take the truck to my mechanic to have it looked over. Outside of a couple issues, the vehicle is great for being a 2013 Ford f150 XLT and it's blue.I went to purchase a used vehicle and I bought one.The only problem with that expectation, you would never guess it was a used vehicle.I love my truck and Aaron was very helpful.Next time I need a vehicle, I'm going to look here first.Oh yeah, working with Eric in the service section was a great experience also.Thank you!

I bought a truck from Jeff's almost a year ago. So far I have had no major issues. The salesman Aaron was an awesome guy to work with. Everyone inside were very friendly and outgoing. Made the trade-in/buying process a breeze! I would recommend buying a vehicle from here!

We have purchased a lot of cars over the years but this purchase was by far the best. We told Jeff what we were looking for and he listened. He never tried to sway us in another direction to benefit himself. He gave us options and pros and cons of every vehicle. I can t imagine buying a car anywhere else in the future. 100% satisfied.

Bought 3 vehicles here. Last one was a f150 had a problem a few weeks later. Service manager says well you did buy a 100k mile truck. He also said he isn t comfortable quoting us what it would cost. Since the kid took it over from the old man. It s gone down hill quick. We won t be back. Not a good way to treat returning customers

Nothing but positive experiences with Eric.The technicians all seem very knowledgeable and professional.I recently got the opportunity to speak with Aaron in the sales department about a vehicle purchase. Great experience purchasing our second vehicle from Jeff s Northshore Auto. Super sweet and friendly staff. The vehicle we purchased had a small issue that they took care of right away. Sales manager Aaron even came in early for us to accommodate my husband s schedule. He made the buying process painless and enjoyable. Jennifer who works here is also a sweetheart. Jeff the big boss was even in and such a nice guy. I feel confident and stress free putting our hard earned money into a family owned business full of integrity, accountability, and dependability. Highly recommend!We will also be taking our vehicles here for maintenance going forward and I will update our review to include that down the road. Eric at the repair shop and his team are fantastic! Fair priced, quick and HONEST, they ll tell you what you truly need rather than upselling/overselling like other mechanics. I bought a Dodge Ram from Jeff s last summer. To date, this is the best used car I ve had so far. I just had my first problem, an ignition switch problem. Eric in the service department, impressively diagnosed the issue over the phone. They got my truck in right away, ordered the parts needed, and fixed it promptly. By the next day, my truck was fixed and the even changed the oil! I will recommend this dealership to everyone. I got a great deal on my truck, a more than fair trade in and the service department has my confidence!

Hey nice Expedition on your lot. Too bad we had to waste our time to drive there from out of town to be told it is undriveable because it needs a new timing belt. Then to tell us you are waiting for someone to be interested in it before you fix it was PRICELESS!!
