We have used Goss on multiple occasions. Great customer service. Very friendly and fair. Not only was my Jeep fixed up perfectly in a very timely manner, but they also cleaned it inside and out! I didn't even know I had a jar of sauerkraut in my jeep! Thank you for all you do!

I took my car in to Goss to get the back drivers side door replaced after a small accident bent the door. They were really great with setting up a time very quickly for a free estimate, the price was easily $2000 lower than another place I d looked at, they were thankfully able to squeeze me in right after the Christmas holiday, and the door they got looks GREAT! You d never know anything had happened! Terrific service, excellent work! I would definitely recommend Goss!

The car looked great when I first got it out of the shop, the paint job is amazing and it was a quick fix after my accident. I took it home and gave it a good wash cause i thought it was covered in salt... but it wasn't, they didn't take the time to make sure my stuff was covered.. my car is white, I've got black rims and a black front grille. They didn't take the time to cover most of it up, they oversprayed onto my rims and oversprayed on my front grille. PLEASE! For the love of God, double check its covered.. I get you're doing tons of cars all day, but make sure your mechanics are properly covering my things.

I experienced a tow where I thought an issue to my car may have occurred, but I wasn't sure. The owner interviewed me, very respectfully. He said he had to check with the driver. The level of, respect, courtesy, and honesty was amazing. I was reimbursed quickly. Amazing.

They have Honesty and integrity which goes a long way, They did an awesome job on my truck and they called me and told me that there were scratches on my tinted windows that they did, I would have never known it was them that did it but they told me and they are going to fix it. Punctured my driver's front tire on hwy 10 at the polish connection at noon, Goss was there in 15 minutes to tow me to my mechanic of choice. Kevin was awesome and really knowledgeable. If I need help again, I'll definitely call them!

This is the second time that I worked with Goss for a repair. Someone backed into my brand new truck, and they are a preferred vendor through my insurance company. From start to finish they were incredibly helpful, had amazing communication, and did an amazing job with my repair. Thank you all so much, especially Nicki(spelling?) Goss replaced my severely damaged passenger door after my car was in an accident. They got the replacement and other minor repairs done in 5 days and my car looks amazing! You would never know it was in an accident. Goss even provided me with a loaner car for the time mine was in their shop. All the employees were very friendly and professional. I would recommend Goss Auto Body to anyone!

This is our 2nd time using Goss Auto Body in the last few months, both experiences have been great! Staff is friendly and are up front with you about the wait time for repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the call that my car was finished ahead of time. The great customer service is what brings us back!

I ve used Goss 2 times now in the last few months for automotive repair and they are an above and beyond business to work with. From the first call, all the way to delivery, Jeff, Jason and the crew were awesome. I trusted them with my custom 300zx project and they nailed it. I can't thank them enough for the care and quality of work. This car will be in my family for years to come. 3 years worth of work and the paint was the last step. Our suv went in for damage from an accident. We get it back an front bumper still had damage an other areas of suv. Further looking there was still broken plastic under "new front bumper" went back to get "fixed" and there is new damage from there poor workmanship. Our car will not go back there again. Now Insurance has to get involved due to bad work done on car.Service: Body & Trim

After a parking lot fender bender, I reached out to Goss to repair my back bumper's chipped and cracking paint. Not only did they do incredible work with the paint job, they even took the time to clean my car mats and wipe down my dash. They fixed the bumper, and went one step further to bring me an even better vehicle than I left! They worked directly with my insurance company and the process was a breeze. They did an amazing job on my vehicle after being in an accident. They worked with the insurance company as well when they were giving me grief about the rental car I had. And to top it off they fixed whatever was causing my check engine light to be on (first time in 5 years it's not on.) I will recommend them to anyone!

I would never recommend this business, I brought my car in to be repainted after getting hail damage, the paint was white, they left finger prints in numerous spots in the finished paint, they did not reconnect my lights properly, and I almost got in an accident because of it, also they left paint residue on the fabric in the car, when I wanted it all fixed they were rude about, but they did a so so job of fixing it, but it did me no good, because they got sand in my engine and I needed a new one, if I could give them 0 stars I would. If the owner would like to contact me they will need to email me, the job was under a different name, I have gotten married since this happened.

They are an outstanding Body Shop! I've been doing business there for years. Friendly staff, and excellent attention to detail. I've had multiple insurance claims, repaired by them. Plus they have loaner cars on-site. They are a preferred provider for a number of insurance companies.

Had my car fixed by them recently, they work very well with you in getting your vehicle fixed! Will absolutely take my car back, should it ever need to be fixed again. Well worth going too them for any of your vehicle issues in needing to be fixed.

Had some minor damage to my vehicle from running over an exhaust pipe in the road. Goss Auto was recognized by my insurance company as a certified body repair shop so it made the process a lot easier. They provided me a loaner vehicle for free while my vehicle was in the shop. They finished the repairs ahead of schedule. They also did a good job repairing some minor rust that was near some of the body damage. Will bring my vehicles back here if I ever need more body work. Thanks for everything!

Our tow truck driver was friendly and courteous. He was great about texting us with updates about his expected arrival time. His truck was clean and accommodated two extra passengers for the trip home. Great experience!

This is one of those diamond in the rough type of places that you stumble upon and then never take your vehicles anywhere else. They are fair, honest and willing to do what it takes to get you back on the road. Believe the hype, they have earned this five star rating and certainly have earned the 4.9 rating online. Dan is an amazing to work with.

I had a very small spot on the bumper to get repaired and I was told it would take two days to repair. Just shocked as how fast this was done. Excellent service and very quick and neat.I bought this vehicle used but it looks as if was never used , brand new again.
