I have purchased many tires over the years from Fox and from other places. Hands down Fox Tire is definitely the best place to get tires from. Always treated fairly and knowledgeable.

First off customer service is not great. Walked in for the first time and the lady named Cindy working in the office slowly came out with no hello or can I help you. More like some sort of inconvenience that I am there. Appointment at 3pm and Jim came to get my cat around 3:20 or so. He did not say hi he just said keys . Took it away did not say anything about how long it would take. The next day there was a puddle of oil in my garage. Called Jim said to bring it back he said that the guy working on it could have spilled oil on the heat shield. That s great but if that s the case shouldn t he clean it up right then in there???? Jim got it in right away and when he came out the drainage connected was loose. Again why should I have to come back for that!!??? Do it right the first time!!!! There are a lot of five star and four star ratings and those people had a reason to give Fox Tire that. This was my first time and most likely my last here. There is enough competition and way better service in my book.Again one opinion and experience. You be the judge.

Stopped in without an appointment 10 minutes before opening with some concerning tire noise. They had a booked schedule for the day, but they still took the time to road test my car and diagnose the noise. I have had nothing but honest and quality care from Fox Tire for 20 years. Their tire knowledge is the best in the Valley.

I was a new naive customer. I went here to have one tire sensor replaced. This place charged me $120.75!. For one tire sensor! I found out later by several people this is a $25.00 dollar job. I guess they stay in business with naive customers who don't know any better.

Ive been a loyal patron for well over 20 years. This is the only place I go for any issues with my vehicle. If they cant fix it, they will refer to someone who is actually reputable who can. Tim and Cindy are fantastic at what they do. Jim is a fountain of knowledge and the hardest working person I know. If your goal is to get an open and honest opinion regarding your vehicle, talk to one of those three, they have never disappointed me once in 20 years.

They fixed my almost flat tire!I had a screw that I picked up sometime over the weekend stuck in the back tire and with only 30 minutes left they fixed it and get me safely back out on the road.I thank them so much for doing this.Good people, Good quality. And didn't break the bank!Thank you!

Always a great experience. Jim and the guys are super friendly and very helpful. I recommend going here over any of the fast food tire joints in the area if you can. I came in for a new tire and they fixed my rear door for $2! That has been broken for years.

First time coming here and definitely will be back, had an alignment done and found out one of my tires was close to blowing, they swapped out the tire with a basically new tire and didn t charge a bunch of extra fees. Had my car in within a day of calling and was able to pick up a few hours later. Thanks much!

I had 4 tires installed at Fox Tire a little over a year ago. One immediately leaked slightly. A couple of pounds a week which was no big deal. After a year I had three of them leaking about 10 pounds a week. I gave Fox Tire the opportunity to fix them and they declined. I contacted Uniroyal about the air leakage. Uniroyal sent me back to Fox Tire to have my tires inspected. The guy that visually inspected them said it was corrosion of the aluminum wheels causing the leakage. He did not remove the tire from the rim to inspect even though Uniroyal said they would pay for the inspection. He offered to fix them for $60. I declined.I went to another shop to have them installed correctly. Their assessment was the tires were in great shape and there was NO CORROSION! I asked their opinion as to the cause of the air leak and they said likely poor installation.Needless to say this 3rd generation customer won't be going back to Fox Tire. Fox Tire was given ample opportunity to make this right and chose not to.

Charging double to fix their poor work! less than a year on my tires and they all leak. Not how to get return customer and after years of giving them our business it s done! Not happy. Do the work right first time and then you can t bill again..

This place is awesome. A guy named Jim helped me with my tire. He was beyond fast. He had me up and back on the road again. In record time. Any time I need work done on my tires, brakes, shocks, struts (or anything car related for that matter) I'm going to Fox Tire, to see If Jim is working. I can't say enough about him. He got me out of, what could have been a horrible situation with my car. A 1,000 thumbs up!!!

Got some tires from these guys once because they were the cheapest by an appreciable amount. Another time I was tire shopping, their price essentially tied for cheapest (the only reason I bought elsewhere is the other shop had discontinued Michelins for about $5 more per tire than the discount brands I was originally shopping for), so their prices are very competitive.Their service was fast and trouble-free and they didn't try to upsell me on any accessories or warranties (though they do offer them). I was in and out in a flash and paid the price they quoted on the phone. I have recommended Fox Tire Co. to people before, and now I do so again.

They're honest, helpful and do a great job. The only place I go for tires and oil changes. They do other services too, but I typically do my own repairs unless I don't have the time or it's a bigger job.

Rude woman answered the phone and was not able to locate the size tire I needed and could've cared less about what happened to mine. When I asked her if she knew of any other places to try, she said no and hung up on me! I'll never call there again!

I stopped by here in an emergency and had two tires replaced. The team was happy to help out and I would definitely take my truck there from now on. Being a locally owned business is always a plus.

Great job, great price, great service! :) I only went there because they were the cheapest, and I was PLEASANTLY surprised that they were also such a great experience. They even let me wait inside with my dog! ^_^
