Lynn, Jack, and their team are absolutely WONDERFUL people!! They are professional, courteous, and very empathetic. They ALL go above and beyond to ensure you leave their company satisfied. I've referred 3 people I know to them. They all have said exactly the same thing.

I brought my 1948 fleetwood limousine to have the interior finish work installed. Another upholstery place in Fond du lac They did a wonderful job, now it all had to be attached to the car The previous guy sewed the headliners and door panels and built the seats etc .There was no materials involved only installation.. Only a verbal estimate of 6500.00 was given,, Several days went by,, The tech started the work then left for 4 days.. The time element was not an issue but in several days, Jack stated that the work was going to be too difficult and either more money would have to be charged or less work. Bear in mind,, the tech was absent 4 days...As time went on certain problems arose,, Where the headliner met the sail panels had a perimeter of staples showing, The tech sent us a picture and asked what should he do about it? I went down there and they had picked out a 3/4 band of plastic "hide em to cover the staples, I explained that there was Z-metal that the headliner can be tucked into and no staples will show (This is elementary) They gave me my car back with quarter turned fabric and wrinkles and loose fabric on the sail panels.. (see pictures) This is a strictly cash business with only hand written generic receipts (at least in my case) I gave them a few days to co0me to my house and fix the troubles they did come a day then took 2 weeks off,, I could see that this work will never be correct, so I threw them out .. I asked for half my money back but was ignoredService: Classic car upholstery

Had heated seats installed for my mother as a Christmas gift and couldn t be happier! Everything was smooth and seamless - from scheduling the appointment, to the final installed product. I appreciate the fantastic service and will definitely be returning in the future!

Jack took on this project when we realized it wasn't in our ability to complete. So thankful he was willing to help us get it right. Our Karmann Ghia looks great with the original seats back in place. Thank you, Jack and Lynn @ Erickson Auto Trim and Mobility!

Erickson took my 2023 Elantra and changed it totally over from fabric to leather. I picked leather and stitching over cell phone. My dealer took my car there and picked it up. I then first saw it complete. Looked like the car came that way Magnificent communication and professional work. Thank you, Erickson

Poor work. Summer of 2021. I paid $750 for an installation of a headliner of a 1968 Chevelle. Overpriced . Zero transparency, of course, too. Likely because I m younger (was 33 y/o). When the car was finished I showed up only to have zero explanation of any kind as to the work done (no one went over anything with me). The guy only brought my Chevelle around and offered a pleasantry. Not only is part of the headliner sagging, it was cut too short, so even when I installed headliner trim, where they cut was still showing. The Bower team did a fantastic job of repairing the tear in my leather driver seat! The tear was along the seam and now that it has been repaired the seat looks brand new. I'm very happy that I took my car to them for the leather seat repair!!!Service: Upholstery repairService: Upholstery repair

Do not use Intoxalock through this dealer. You will only encounter endless frustration. Our Intoxalock module stopped working, so I could not start the car. Yet they said the state required that the car be taken in to the shop. Does Erickson have a tow truck? No. It's like I'm in another, terrible dimension, where there is no option to succeed. Use at your own peril.

I got heated seats installed on my Honda Civic here. I was having some issues with the driver's seat being inconsistent with the heating (very hot, to hardly warm, etc). I called and they were extremely professional and customer oriented. He assured me he could easily replace the seat warmer and also add an additional layer of fabric since Civics have a thinner layer within the seat than most cars. Great customer service, and I think the issue has been resolved with the new warmer.

Great staff and awesome owner! They did a great job reupholstering my seats, and made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. Very nice to work with.Will recommend to friends and family.

We are new to the area and just had some work done on our vehicle. We were extremely impressed by the service we received and would definitely recommend them.Our appointment time was at 9am and we had dropped off the car the night before. They had it ready to go by 9:30am and the cost was half of what other places would have charged.

Asked that he install a spoiler on my car. I ordered it online, and paid for the labor to have it installed. That doesn't sound like a big deal, but most places won't do it unless you order the part from them. He also installed my remote start. Their prices are great and everything they do is warrantied. Will use them again!

I've gone to Erickson for all my mobility scooter needs for years now. They've been excellent. I always feel taken care of and I'm glad to have them in the area. Just excellent service.

Great experience here, I had leather seats put in my '16 Rav-4 about a month ago and am very pleased, they did an excellent job, it is good quality and looks like the manufacturer. This was a better option for me rather than buying the higher trim package that comes with leather seats. I am from out of town and they were able to get me in quick and let me know ahead of time when it would be done. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I have been working for Chrysler dealerships for 35 years.Some of our customers have needs we cannot meet, non-Chrysler brands, older vehicles ...For those customers I always refer them to Erickson's, they do a great job and stand behind their work. I got a quote to have them recover my husbands motorcycle seat and the price was insanely high. I called 3 other places and was quoted prices that were not even half of what Erickson s quoted me. We definitely won t be using them

We just moved to the Fox Valley recently, and was in need of a Auto repair company. We decided to give Erickson Auto Trim a try after having horrible luck before the fact. I can honestly say that from the first conversation, to picking up our vehicle, it was a true pleasure working with these guys. They will have ALL our business from here on out. I want to share that I am very impressed with the Blindspot Monitoring that Erickson Auto Trim added to my 2016 Subaru Impreza. My husband and I drove to and back from Florida and found it to be extremely helpful. Daytime and nighttime driving was safer and more relaxing. I also have found it to be beneficial for my day to day driving.

Had a sunroof installed. Job was finished a day faster than quoted. Had an issue with the Bluetooth microphones being disconnected after install but issue was resolve within minutes. Highly recommended.
