5 stars. I came in last minute with a flat tire. The guys there were really nice and able to fix it and have me on my way in 30 minutes.

I discoved Cair Car as a referral from a friend and I am so happy he did.. It's a small family owned business that care about the quality of their work. I had 3 cars serviced in a two week span. I even used their towing service. Andy was professional, prompt and honest. Plus his prices are reasonable. I recommend you use their services for your next auto repair needs.

I used a few different companies for service before I found Cair Car, and haven't gone anywhere else since. They always give me fair prices and always do Quality work. It's hard to find a quality, trustworthy auto service company and I'm ridiculously grateful to have found one. I would highly recommend using Cair Car for your auto service needs. We take all our cars to Cair Car for everything. Great guys. Very honest and reasonable pricing. They won't sell you on repairs you don't need and you won't mysteriously end up with additional issues after they've worked on your car. I trust them and highly recommend. It feels like taking my cars to my Dad or my brother's shop if they had their own garage.

Needed a oil change. All the other ones I called were 2 weeks out. They got me in in 2 days. I also had a small coolant leak. They figured it out quickly and had me come back 2 days later. I thought that was great. No more leak. Just love those small old fashioned repair shops. Brings back fond childhood memories. Friendly and knowledgeable! Price was good also.

The best small town auto shop. The owner is so nice and goes out of his way to explain the best option for something. He will straight out tell you if it is best to go somewhere else or will offer a better priceRegardless i like coming here because it is comfortable and they do not try to up sell you and only do what is necessary.

Went in on April 23rd told them I believe I had a head gasket out and I didn t want to fix my car if that was going to be the problem. Was told that it wasn t the head gasket and was quoted $300-$400 after having my car for the day they called and I needed a new water pump which was going to be another $200. After that was fixed and not even having my car back for even a day my car was leaking antifreeze. Brought it back and was told my coolant tank was cracked and they could fix it and have it back to me Saturday morning for another $100. 3:30pm Saturday I called since they said they could have it done in th: morning. And they said that they think my head gasket was out. I will never recommend or waste my money here ever again. Was told different stories many times and am now out $600 with a car that doesn t run. If zero stars was an option I would have picked that.

My husband brought my vehicle in because of a leak these guys checked it out and fixed it the Same day at a reasonable price veryappreciative of their service thank you guys once again.

So far I have like car care they're good people and take care of your vehicle. I'm just having troubles and we're trying to diagnose what the problem is. I'm hoping that they can fix it.

GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT, CALLED THE TOWING- REPAIR GUY, THEY WHERE THERE BEFORE THE COMPETITOR OF THE OTHERS INVOLVED IN THE COLLISION. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND THEN DETERMINED THE REPAIRS NEEDED DIDN'T NEED AS MUCH WORK, THE AMOUNT OF TIME AND MONEY THEY SAID FOR THE REPAIRS WAS LESS THAN EXPECTED, OVERALL I'D ADVISE EVERYBODY IN APPLETON, NEENAH AND MENASHA TO USE THERE GREAT SERVICE.

I went in for an estimateI was quoted $1000.00 to repair my car. Went some where else and had the work done for under $500.00.
