I wouldn t advise anyone to buy anything from these amateurs! They don t stand behind anything! And when you buy a vehicle from them they push all these extra warranties! What a joke, don t fall for there scams! I wasn t aware that engines are supposed to burn oil 1 1/2 quarts in 5000 miles! What a joke! I m a GM guy all the way but we will never be going back to a Wheelers store especially the Medford one! If you ask me they couldn t handle a disgruntled customer in any way shape or form!!

Excellent staff! Excellent service the whole time! I have been to many dealerships and I have to say I am beyond happy with everything from walking in the door to leaving with the vehicle we purchased. This staff truly cares way more about you than just selling a vehicle. Time they took showing my daughter all the features and making sure she was valued is top notch! We will back for our next purchase! This mom is beyond happy with reliable wheels for this college bound daughter! Thank you!

First timer here, I couldn't go to my trusted mechanic shop as I was dealing with a recall and had to visit a chevy dealer. Very kind staff here and clean store. Bonus would of been if a mechanic would have let me know which wheel bearing needed to be replaced :)

I was underwhelmed with the attitude of the service specialist I dealt with and the detailing job performed on my vehicle (visible dirt remained). I chose this location based on convenience but I will go out of my way next time for better service.

Heather is great to work with in the service department. Kim in the service department is rude and will not work with your work schedule. I travel with work and had a hard time getting my truck in for service. Kim gave me no options and ended up missing the appointment. Heather let me use a loaner car and my truck was able to be serviced before the warranty deadline.

I m completely happy with the service I get at Wheelers. However I don t like all the emails I get trying to get in to buy something. And it seems ever time I go there for something I get a survey asking how they did. No news is good news, if they do a poor job I will let them know and they will get one more chance before I go elsewhere. With that being said if you continue to send me these surveys I will also find some place else to do business!

WOW pretty much sums up the service department here. I was about two hours away from home when my Silverado started making some weird noises. I called Wheelers Service and explained my dilemma, they told me to stop by and they'll have service look at it. Service was able to look at it and diagnose the issue in the parking lot...and were able to fix it. Service looked pretty busy too so I felt bad adding to their load. Luckily it was an easy fix, but I've been to other dealers that aren't very flexible with their service departments. I don't live here, but would definitely consider buying from them in the future just for the top notch service!

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Tight schedule on a Friday, but they still made me feel like a priority and were able to get my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. The staff was kind and wonderful - I didn't feel rushed or put out with them. Thanks to everyone!

They were so kind to me when I called an asked questions about my car it had to get towed their but What can you do. They listened to what I had to say and even the mechanic came in and talked to me about what was going on and he figured it out right away. Butch the mechanic who works at wheelers in Medford wi is the best mechanic I have ever had he is hands down the best ever!!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I was traveling through and needed a quick oil consumption check from a certified GM dealer and stopped here. The employees were so friendly and helpful! I wish they were closer to home so I could get all my vehicle service needs done here!

It was for my heated seat module! I got the notice in the mail, set appointment complete in 3 days!! Heated seats work awesome!! Love my Dealership! They are always very helpful and very friendly!!

This was my first visit to Wheelers Chevrolet . I have a 2018 pickup that was always serviced at another dealership . I am new to the area and wanted to continue to have the truck serviced at a dealership. I could not have made a better choice. This was the best experience taking any vehicle I have owned for service. From the ease of making the appointment to picking up the truck upon completion I was greeted with professionalism.I encourage anyone needing maintenance on there vehicle to give Wheelers a try.

They have helped me out(service dept.) on numerous occasions with my new silverado and have gotten me in same day within an hour or 2 of me calling. The same cannot be said for the dealer I bought my truck from. I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing customer service and would highly reccomend this place to anyone.

I love coming to get my car serviced at Wheelers. Everyone is very nice and honest about what my car needs. Heather is wonderful at explaining what I need to keep my car in good shape.
