I ordered a starter that is supposed to replace my part number but it will not bolt up.so be careful ordering from this mfg. Because they do not have their fitment info all correct.

They are among the best place to get parts for many power sports equipment. I have several vintage snowmobiles that require many common high wear components. Mfg Supply carries most of the replacement parts for my machines and best of all they ship quickly and efficiently to Canada where I live. They will also respond quickly and rectify any issues that you may have with an order. They have twice been very good about shipping a correct part after I had received a wrong one by mistake. Their customer service and timely communication with their customers is top notch. I enjoy ordering from them every time because I know it will be right every time!

If I could give negative stars I would! I had the WORST customer service experience EVER with this company if you can call it that. Ordered wear bars for my 1989 & 1990 Polaris Indy 340 Sport Snowmobiles. They told me they would fit my OEM skis and their description on website as well. The wearbars do not fit my snowmobile skis. Their return policy on website says 30 days . I called to return and they gave me a bunch of grief. The gal on the phone was very short with me and of no help. I asked to speak to someone else and she said there was nobody else to speak to. They expected me to call Spee Dee Delivery to set up return. I tried phoning Spee Dee delivery and they were rude as well and could not set up a return. I then called MFG back and got the same gal...she wanted me to take pictures of 5 different things, send emails, and all of this other non-sense. It was clear she did not want to do what is right and return the product that was not correct and refund the customer. After not being able to get anywhere with her. I told her I hope she can sleep ok at night operating a business so distrustful and unethical to customers Merry Christmas to MFG form me ...they just got to keep an extra order of money from me. I have had some poor customer service experiences through my life...this one is by far the worst!

Tracy has been fantastic. I ordered parts for my brothers sled and had it shipped to the dealer. My brother called and said they didn t get the parts (it is winter here and riding down time is quite important). I called the dealer and spoke to different guys, both said they didn t get It although tracking said they had. I placed another order, but mistakenly placed an order for two, not one. Tracy was great and cancelled the second order. Meanwhile the owner of the dealership emailed to say yes he did get the part and I emailed Tracy. She was always quick to reply which made this task easy and she happily agreed to cancel the order. Will look to them again when I need more parts. Thanks MFG and Tracy, job well done and well appreciated!

Friendly customer service. I received an email within an hour of my order being placed that it had just left their facility and was intransit. I received my parts within three days, due to the weekend they would have been here a day earlier. The parts I ordered, mower belts and blades, were EOM parts, great quality and their prices were way better than any retailers in my area as well as other online retailers. Well it happened again, I need Two parts but only ordered One Friday. Realize my error and requested a second on Monday. No problem and received Both parts Tuesday ! My Wife is thrilled and Grandchildren helped install the New Parts.Project completed !

I ordered a master cylinder for my CAN-AM through their store website, somehow their ordering system created two orders less than a minute apart looking at the emails I received. I didn't notice the error until after shipment. I called MFGSupply to notify them of the error, they suggested sending the second package back by "return to sender". I did exactly that. Upon the return, MFGSupply only credits me back the cost of the master cylinder, they charged me the cost of shipping for the second unit that was their "systems" mistake, not mine.Pretty disappointed by the customer service I received from Tracy:From: Jeff BrantSent: Thursday, May 28, 2020 10:44 AMTo: 'Tracy' <[email protected]>Subject: RE: MFG Supply: New Order # 5370789Tracy,I did not place two orders! Placed an order Monday the 4th got order confirmation right away.Never saw any shipping all week. Called Monday the 11th to get an update, the staff person I spoke with did see my order but said it never made the the floor to be pulled. Then finally got shipping confirmation on Tuesday the 12th. Still have not received my shipment yet and its the 17th. The reason I chose to order from this company is it should have been fast delivery only 1 state away.

I have been ordering from MFG supply for years....with never a problem. Orders always show up on time....and complete. Recently I received yet another order very promptly. Upon opening the box I noticed 2 small parts that were shipped in their own small parts envelope....but the envelope was not sealed....and parts nowhere in the box. I called their hotline....and was rather surprised at the shortness.....and rudeness of the customer service person I had spoken to. I guess 10 plus years of my $50-$150 orders half a dozen times per year mean very little. I appreciate the promptness that I have always gotten from MFG supply...but it is not above being treated with respect. I will take my business to other parts houses.

Ordered a kx100 clutch kit a week ago.. just got an email saying sorry we can't fulfill the order because they are out of stock and it will be months before a restock.. but they had ko problem charging my card and taking my money.. when I called they were very rude on the phone and hung up on me. Would take my business anywhere but here.

Called MFG Supply, very nice Lady gave me their tech guys number. Big help. Explained everything about measuring chains, sprocket, alignment of torque converter and pullies. An absolutely great company to business with. Also parts were delivered the next day. Amazing place to do business witj.

Had the original part on my Honda Rubicon since 2005. I ended damaging it and didn't think I would be able to locate the part. MFG had the part and a great price and had it in a few days so I could continue on with my projects. Definitely would recommend this company

Great website with very useful features! I wish there was a larger selection of parts but otherwise no complaints. I really like how you can search by your vehicle type and it tells you which parts fit and also how many are required.
