I can't express what a wonderful experience we had buying our recent truck from Medford Motors!! Our salesman, Ken, was by far the best we have ever experienced. In the past we have had very pushy, over aggressive, won't take no for an answer experiences that was keeping us away from looking at vehicles at dealers when we were now looking to find a truck.On our first visit, Ken gave us lots of info on quite a few different trucks - never once pushing us to make an instant decision or telling us we better act now or the deal would be gone. With our hour away drive and work schedules, it took us another 2 weeks to get back to test drive the truck we had really liked on our first visit...and we were pleasantly surprised to see that Ken had pinstriped the vehicle to give it that added touch it needed.After giving all our info, Ken worked on getting quotes for the best rates for a loan. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, Ken took the time to explain every feature and function and help get everything set-up before we left the lot - we felt like royalty with the service we received, even though our purchase was not a brand new vehicle.THANK YOU Medford Motors and Ken for making our experience pleasant and stress free. We definitely would come here again to purchase future vehicles!!

What a wonderful dealership to work with. i was talking to the previous owner of my truck now (use to be his) before he traded it in. Even before he traded it in Medford had already written up paperwork for me and got everything settled before I made the 4 hour drive up there to pick it up. I worked with and talked to a couple people on the phone there. They were all very polite and communication was clear and precise. When I got there I got to talk to a wonderful sales lady who was very personable. I was in and out after an hour. Overall it was a pleasant experience buying experience with no pushing for any extra sale. Highly reccomend and will be looking at them first next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

Last month (July) were looking for a Certified Pre Owned Ford F150 on Car Gurus. Our search locations were narrowed to Hortonville, Medford and Wausau. After communication with dealerships, we chose Medford Motors based upon our needs.From there, we worked with Ken Zittlow on a 2019 Ford F150 XLT. When ever I get my oil change Tom gengler Is very nice and easy to work with he knows exactly who I want working on my vehicle and he schedules with them. I am very happy with Leslie leu he is a hard worker and he knows what he is doing it is hard to find people now days that you can truly say that they put a 110% of there work in to what they do but I can say for Medford Motors the have good people working for them.

We had a great experience!!! Ken Z was such a help with all the trucks on the lot. He explained what programs they had going with each truck and the amenities that made each truck unique. Once we decided on the truck he helped with obtaining a great low rate! Never had I had a salesperson call and help negotiate a rate. That was an unexpected surprise. I will definitely return to Medford Ford and will ask for Ken!!

The service is great, and I'll be returning for more . Quick lane is awesome, I recommend it. Today I had my explorer into quick lane, it was an awesome experience, job more that well done it was outstanding.

everyone at Medford Ford always does a great job. Ken Zitlow is always very helpful and knowledgeable about Fords products. Kevin in parts also has been very helpful. The guys in the quick lane shop are always helpful. Bought 3 vehicles from them in the last 5 years. I think we have found a dealership we can trust,, they are our first stop for service or vehicle purchases.

Exceptional customer service in the Service Department. They are always friendly and have fast turn around times. I love that I can schedule an oil change while I am at work and they will come pick it up, change the oil, return the car and bill to me. It is so convenient not having to wait around for the service to be completed.Thank you very much for your exceptional service!P.S. Location could be better, it is very challenging to find a place to park let along pull out into the intersection by this business.- Wish you would buy the property across the street and expand for easier access.

I do have a dodge ram that I just bought. I was just getting my interior detailed. A friend told me they did a great job. He owns a Land cruiser. I sat there for 3 hours. I could see in plain site, dirt(dust) that they missed. Then I checked the glove box, ash tray, and I could see dust. It seem like I was invisible, no one acknowledge my present. I would have only give 2 star's, but the price was reasonable

Great experience we rented an Expedition which had great room for my kids and grandkids. The vehicle was clean but unfortunately wasn t clean upon return, and that was because of the wonderful dirt roads in Wisconsin. The process at pick up was simple and drop box was great for after hours/weekend drop off. Would definitely rent again.

Our truck buying experience was done very professionally. Ken did a great job finding a truck my husband wanted. Then through getting all the additional options added to it before delivery. The service tech's did a good job installing the Boss plow. We are life long Chevrolet people. We went with the Ford based upon how well the dealership treats its customers and its local reputation.

Super company! My family has worked with them on different vehicles for everyone. The sales person that I worked with was really helpful and patient. Ken was able to work with me to find the right vehicle that fit my needs and budget. I left with a car I really enjoy with an affordable payment. My purchase was definitely worth it!

My husband and I stopped in to just "look" at trucks and I found mine almost immediately. Buck, salesman, gave me a can,t turn down offer on my car and within 2 days I had my truck. Very good to work with and very friendly. LOVE MY TRUCK.

We had a very pleasant experience with Medford Motors. We were referred here by a friend, and most recently dealt with Cheryl. I have also dealt with Ken in the past. Both were very easy to communicate with and down to earth, which can also be said for everyone else we dealt with. Even though we live a long distance from Medford, we will definitely be in contact with them for future vehicle purchases!

The salesperson was knowledgeable and showed me several vehicles on the lot. This was a no pressure sale which was great. We were able to work out a deal that was feasible for both of us. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Would recommend Medford Motors to anyone who wants a fair deal from fair people.
