If you aren't coming here to get your vehicle serviced you should be. Josh, Jay, and Eric are rock stars. Everyone is super friendly and attentive to the customer's needs and they go the extra mile to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. It takes me an hour to get there but it's worth it to me because I know that they are going to do a great job with a great attitude.

I fully trust the staff at Medford Chrysler. Whenever my old jeep had an issue, Eric and Josh treated me with great respect and made sure my visit was pleasant. At times I have had to wait for the part to come in but the guys kept me updated.Because of my experience with Eric and Josh, I knew purchasing a 2023 Jeep Trail Hawk from them meant I am in good hands.Thank you Ray and Russ for walking us through all the paperwork on buying my new Jeep.Even my dogs approve.

Worth the drive from Antigo! Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. Very organized and prepared for our appointment. When we asked if the vehicle would be ok to drive to Milwaukee, Eric asked when we were leaving (Saturday) and he said, " I can have the part here and fixed Friday for you".Took a truck for a test drive and Gina was courteous and efficient with taking our application. Looking forward to building our auto business sales / service relationship with MCC!

By far, the BEST purchasing experience I've ever had. Shouldnt buying a vehicle fun? They made it fun from start to finish! From top to bottom, they are all amazing! They have a customer for life!! Thanks to all of you for restoring my faith in a dealership!!

I had a great experience with the staff, purchasing a new ram truck. Chad kept me informed as the truck was being built and shipped to the dealership. He did a great job in explaining the vehicle and answering all questions. Russ was great in getting the financing taken care of, along with extended warranty options. All the staff was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Very poor dealership. I took my car in twice due to a noise an both times they told me my car ran fine how it was suppose to. I had to pretty much demand they take it out again and wouldn t you know I needed a new rear drive differential and rear drive shaft. I have not had my car back for more than 48 hours and it is already making more noise in the engine after sitting at the dealership for over a month. I also did purchase the vehicle from them less than a year ago. The service department does not do what they say they are doing when inspecting the vehicles. I have spent a lot of my money every time just for them to tell me nothing is wrong when there is actual stuff wrong with my vehicle that is only a year old. It is pretty sad that you can t rely on the place you bought a brand new vehicle from to do the maintenance on it.

We recently took our first trip with our Wagoneer. For the first time in YEARS, NOBODY complained of being uncomfortable, not even the kids in the second row, and my son is about 5' 7". I've never been able to make the 500+ mile trip pain free and I was able to drive the entire time. We only had to stop twice for gas. It was the most quiet, smooth, and comfortable ride I have ever had. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Thanks for all the help and hard work from Medford Chrysler Center Team.

My entire experience was great. Chad took time to understand my needs and budget for a vehicle. Then he told me about the options that they had available that met my criteria. When, I looked outside the top of my prince range, he redirected me. Once I decided to purchase, Russ explained everything about the trade-in, purchase, financing, and warranty options in an easy to understand way. I felt comfortable and in control of my decisions with the information I was given at Medford Chrysler Center - Medford, WI.

Never had a bad experience here. The workers truly care about their customers and as long as you treat them with respect they will treat you with respect as well. I see a lot of reviews stating service was unable to fix their issue, why not bring it back in and state what they did didn t fix it instead of taking it somewhere else? Some times it takes a few looks to find what s wrong and I have never had an issue with them fixing multiple of my vehicles. Sales people are very friendly and informative and they will always give you the straight answer instead of sugar coating things.

Took truck to them to find out why it was pulling hard left and shaking. After they supposedly checked everything, did alignment and test drove it, I got it back and it was just as bad as before. The receipt even says "much better ride". Took it to a trusted repair shop and they immediately noticed the driver side tire had busted a belt. New tires and it drives perfect again.

We could get a comparable vehicle in the make, model, year and price range at a number of dealers throughout wisconsin/minnesota. Always good to compare, but i've always strived to keep our vehicle purchases at local dealers. This dealership was truly a shining star! Would do business with again. Look forward to bringing in our vehicle for service when needed. The whole transaction with the used vehicle purchase was quick and easy. Very enjoyable experience.

Had a tire issue and they seen me immediately with no hesitation. even though I didnt buy a vehicle from there. Wonderful wonderful workers. Will definitely go back when it's time for a new jeep.

We've bought 6 vehicles from Merten's Garage over the years. We keep going back because the sales team offers a wide variety of knowledge about their vehicles without any pressure to purchase immediately.Today, Anthony and Mitch were able to get us setup with decent interest rates, within minutes, on a Jeep that we hadn't even committed to buying, yet. We were given any and all information that we needed, to make the purchase that we wanted and were comfortable with.When looking to buy a used vehicle, it's nice to know that I don't have to worry about being manipulated or pressured into looking at something new and out of my price range.We purchased our 3rd Jeep today. We're confident that this one will also reach over 200,000 miles.We always enjoy walking into Merten's. The salespeople and serice techs are helpful and friendly. It's a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
