I started at 3 stars but changed it up to 4 because of Customer interaction. And didn't want their ratings to go down too much.We had the 2 tires already purchased for our Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited. So our cost would only be for removal, mount and balance, and disposal.They did a good job and I would give them 4 1/2 stars for their interaction with customers.But we paid for the inexperience of the mechanic that did the job and paid for their labor time.My husband used to work at a motorcycle shop and knows how easy or difficult it is to change tires on full dresser motorcycles.When we heard the cost of the bill, I thought they had charged us for a tire.Thank you for doing the work we could not because we don't own the equipment to do it.Blessings on your business.

This is a Honda authorized dealer and repair specialist. Take a Honda lawn mower there. They were very very fair in pricing for the work that they did. Very confident mechanics. Fix the problem right the first time. The counter people are very knowledgeable friendly and patient.

Went into Marshfield and Medford locations to get quotes on a new lawnmower and they could not help and did not call someone to help them very bad service

Extremley fast service and Butch diagnosed the problem and fixed my Honda weed whip plus he cleaned the motor head. I was most pleased with the results. A+ service. Thanks much !!
