Nice that they're right in town and within walking distance of 3 places to eat and shop while you wait for your car.I had a nail in my tire and they got me in immediatelySuper awesome folks

Tire repair was done properly, but what I didn't like was a female mechanic taking my truck out for a test abuse, literally saw and heard her get on it! I asked why she took it out and ignored me as she was walked into the service area. The manager said she did that so she knows if she installed the tire properly. I bought 4 new tires before and the person that installed them never took out my vehicle for a test abuse, and that was all 4 tires. I won't be going there again any time soon.

Aweaome was on time and they said a hour and one hour later the car was done.Going back for more service.

Very good. Automobile repairs and maintenance are not my favorite project. Everyone that I had contact with was polite and respectful - I never felt (as an older woman) talked down to. After checking out my concerns they were able to do everything in one appointment rather than two. The waiting area was clean

If they install parts you provide, they will charge over 40% more for the service than what they quoted. They won't tell you this until the service has been completed though. This place is not clear and up-front about their pricing.After being duped into paying more than the quote, their diagnosis and repair did not fix issue that I had brought the car in for.Never again.

So I took my car in a couple weeks ago to get aligned and I was told the ball joints were bad and the outer tie rods were bad. I had just replaced the whole control arm and the tie rods were only a little over a year old. I took the car elsewhere and they aligned it and said there was nothing wrong. I was not even going to put in a review but my kid took his car there today and they gave him the same run around and we just replaced the parts they said were bad 2 days before that. It does not get any worse than this. Pitiful and disappointing!

I don't even know where to begin with this, but its all positive. So 2 months ago I was referred by a co worker to check out mayville tire for an oil change, so I called them for there prices and was very pleased and set up a time. After my oil change they called to let me know that my car was done and I asked if they looked it over for any wear and tear, they did find alot wrong, shame on my other auto repair place for not noticing these issues because they didn't happen in 2 months between shops. So anyways I go to pick up my car and they had pictures taken of my damage to my car that needed to be addressed, this is what sets mayville tire apart from the others. So we discussed options and what needed to be done 1st. So for the last 2 months I have been working with mayville tire to get my car back to 100 percent. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, prices are great, repais are above and beyond amazing. You guys are truly amazing and have a customer for life, thanks for all the work you have done and thanks for working with me with all the repairs. Strongly recommend this place over anyone else!!!

Let me first start this off by saying I almost never write reviews unless I am really unhappy or really pleased with a service or product. I have been going to one of the best mechanics (Kieth and Tony) not only in the state but probably the country for ten plus years now when they worked together for another shop owner. I am very very selective in who I have repair my vehicles, and these two are the best in the business. So when they both left the garage they were working for I was lost as to who to go to. Well I found out this past winter Kieth had purchased Mayville Tire and auto and I was not only excited to have my Mechanic back but also very excited for Kieth as well! I soon found out that he also hired Tony on so...... I got my dream team back!!! Long story short Kieth has helped me out in so many ways working hard to cut the cost of the repair, very efficient, and upfront with pricing and is very willing to explain anything you want to know as to why it happens and how to prevent it happening again. Not only the best mechanic but the greatest when it comes to customer service. Just picked my truck up today and was in a very big time crunch. He took my credit card over the phone and then proceeded to ask me if I would like him to go out and start my truck to get the air conditioner running so when i get there it would be nice and cool. I challenge you to find any other shop with such service. And if you still have any question...... the proof is in the pudding. Take a drive and look at his lot, then look at the lot of the garage across the street, there is a stark difference as to how many vehicles are in his lot compared to his competition. The service, quality and attention to detail is second to none.

I got a flat tire and I was very close to there so I went to see if they could help me with a quick tire patch. They were busy and had no time which was OK. So I tried to change the tire in Safety of their parking lot While I was getting the Jack out they came out and told me I could not change it there I had to change it on the busy road in the rain because they didn't want to be liable if something happened. Now they have lost a customer and got a bad review for not having any common decency

Highly recommend Mayville Tire Co! The guys are always so nice. and easy to work with. I called Kieth to get some quotes on tires and he was not pushy at all. They truly care and aren't just looking to make a sale! I won't be going anywhere else for service from now on!

Outstanding job! We have a trailer that has a ton of miles on it,so it was in need of a ton of work. The guys got the job done quick,and the quality is so good! 100% safe again. I wasn't sure how much it would set me back price wise,because there were a lot of repairs needed,but I was suprised,in a good way when I got the bill. Our old trailer now rides like she's brand new again. I definitely recommend Mayville Tire.

Prices are not out of the ordinary, service is fast, and, a big one for me, ready to start on your appointment time! None of this "Oh were really backed up" nonsense! I wait for my oil changes, and when it's something bigger, it's done pretty quick.

Tire sales and car repair. To start this place does do excellent work. I will not deny that, however they do charge a diagnostic fee, to find out whats wrong with your car, thus no free estimates. I was not told of this, so I had a bad service experience. Labor costs are high for the small town of Mayville.

If you need any automotive work Mayville Tire is the place to go. I have a vehicle that is only one year old and I've started bringing it here since the dealer free maintenance ended. More conveniently located, does great work (have had a few oil changes and tires installed), and outstanding pricing plus great people that work there.

I got a flyer for a free oil change, so I went in. The 50-something guy at the counter, talking to another customer he must have known, said "$hit" or "$hithole" about 5 times in the first two minutes I was standing there. Glad my kid wasn't there. Other than that, they had wireless, the work seems to have been satisfactory, and the fellow that worked on my car (Dan?) took time to talk with me about some potential problems he saw. He seemed to be a good tech/mechanic. Waiting area was okay, too . . . as long as you like country music ;)

Excellent service and well done work, happy with the tire repairs. Was able to find a used tire with half tread left for a decent price, when trying to save money on older vehicles that might not last the life of a new tire.

Wow what professional looking business ran by such an unprofessional rude person guaranteed highest prices in town without a smile, will only do what they have to to get you out of there, not good business! Your relationship with your community and yes people from out of town are apart of your customer base! if you received a nice word from these guys feel very special!, it'll mean you spent a lot of money there an Overlord and his fearful minions... Only an act of extreme emergency would cause me to do any business with this Tom Holt ever again!
