Great experience and the guys working were polite and very helpful. I do not live in the area and had an emergency. They got my the help I needed.

Stopped for a brake line fitting, employees were not real helpful and one of them was a personal call for an extended period of time. Two other customers walked out due to lack of service. Please do better.

2 staff came out to our car with a systems tester and a boost pack almost immediately. They continued to help us for about an hour returning to the car 4 more times. EXCELLENT

I ordered a full headlight set for my car, and they messed up my order, gave me the wrong headlight twice! Not once but twice!Then I asked for a refund, and they messed that up too! Finally the 4th time going back to that place I got my proper refund.Don't recommend this place to anyone. Will never go back

This store had the parts I needed and was able to yell me which filters were best for my cars. They have everything you need to take care of your car.

Wow very unknowledgeable individuals that work here!!! They know how to hunt & fish here but don t now squat about vehicles. Not coming here for parts anymore, fluids maybe but even then get it cheaper at Walmart. It s pretty sad they have to google the part your asking for cause they didn t believe that s what it was called LMFAO. Now I know why I have to order my parts I need online cause good luck out here in inbred country. Hee-Haww never giving O Reilly anymore chances to redeem, what a shame!

I heard that O'Reillys will change your wiper blades when you buy them there. Went there today and they were very helpful got me right wiper blades and also put them on for me. Even showed me how easy they were to change. Thank You.

Knowledgeable staff and fair prices. Came in 5 min before close and they didn't turn me away and helped me get what I needed, which was appreciated greatly. Staff also have an awesome sense of humor. Every time I go in they crack jokes. And it's like Cheers. Most of them know me by name and greet me by name when I come in. They really make you feel welcome.

They open at 8 am I thought 7am I show up 745. Doors locked 2 guys standing at counter looking at me. I go back to my car and watch them stand there till 8am. I opened up a business for 15 years. If a customer was there a half hour early I would open the door. Then after I waited the service stunk . Jason didn't even know what he was talking about with the part I needed. Good thing I knew! Poor customer service all around! Sham on this location. I hope all o'Reilly's are not all like this.

They have good customer service but extremely overpriced. You pay for convince that's for sure!!! I needed a 25 ft roll of fuel hose and they wanted just shy of $200 and this was 50 psi hose. Amazon had 200psi hose 25 ft roll for $20! That's a little outrageous if you ask me, this kind of mark up should be illegal!!!!!

Insane experience! These guys helped us in a dire rental car situation. We had parked in an area of chicago where diesel fuel from the train tracks had gotten on our car. We had no idea how to get it off. In a frantic daze trying to get to the minneapolis airport, these kind souls showed us how to clean off the oil with tar and sap remover. We took the car through a car wash and it looked brand new. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much guys!! You saved the day! :)

Mauston has its fair share of auto part stores, but O'Reilly's is my go-to choice. The guys have always been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly every time I'm there. Plus, they always have the part(s) I'm looking for!!I appreciate their service.

Great p. Always on it when you need a part. Usually in stock. Mabye 5 10 bucks more that on line but. Local. And easy return if needed when (example) you get the wrong brake pads. And your car already tore down. Brought the wrong ones back and got the right o es. Plus upgrade. 5 stars to every employee. Love em all

I think their prices are high and find some of the staff unfriendly and not very nice to women. The Mauston Store. I think the Dells location is very helpful.

The guys here are great! They always have the parts I need or can get them. Great people to call also when you have a question about a part or vehicle also.

Very knowledgeable staff was looking for a master cylinder for the brake on Land Rover discovery.. Not only did they have it for me in 8 hrs but they also got the same part as the dealership for 55 dollars less .. Awesome thanks guys

There is no customer service. I wandered about the store for 15 minutes and the 3 workers stood behind the counter talking ignoring me. I went up to the counter to ask where something was. I was told they don't have it order it on line. They had 2 styles in store. This is the 4th time I have been in there that they stand around and ignore the customers. Would recommend not going to the Mauston location.

If you order parts be prepared to do at least 2 trips. Because the first time they wont be able to find it. Spent 3.5 hours driving and waiting for them to get parts for a 4 hour job.

I like the place but, have came home with the wrong part.It has happened to me a couple times.Now I check my stuff before I leave.Other than that they are good to you and try to help the best they can.

I have been doing business with O'Reilly auto parts store for years and I have been treated with respect and great service and they will not give you any thing but what is for your vehicle and if you find it cheaper than what they say bring in the written guote and they'll give you the part for that price
