Everyone is so friendly and they have done a great job on both our trucks more than once. Service is quick and the price is the best around. We will be back.

I went in to get my brakes done. I left my car in the morning and w a s to pick it up in the after noon. I works nights so that worked well for me.I paid the bill and picked my car up. They said everything went well and I should not have any problems. Drove home picked up my work bag started off to work. While driving on the highway I met a semi and the thrust of air blow my hood open shattering my windshield.I called the repair shop and asked if they opened the hood of the car the tech that answered the phone said no and asked the other tech and he also said no. What kind of fool did they think I wasMy car was totaled. I ended up with so much extra expense. I would recommend not ever going the r e again. They do n I t stand by there work.

Had car trouble on the interstate. They were able to fit us in to install an alternator. It was very much appreciated and they didn't gouge us on the price. Thanks again guys!

I stopped on July 26 for an oil change and that service alone was fast and priced reasonably. The service tech came in and explained to me that I might want to think about getting my front brake rotors and pads replaced in the near future. On July 28th I had thought it over and decided I better get it scheduled. I stopped in to schedule it and made an appointment for the following Tuesday. When I explained that I was traveling out of town this weekend the tech immediately said I can get parts and get your car in tomorrow morning first thing. He did this out of concern for the safety of my travel. Brakes were done this morning and again a great price. It is so nice to have a gem of a shop like this in a small town. I've been a regular customer at Null's for several years. Each time I do business there, the employees and owner are friendly and respectful, and they do their best to balance price and quality in their suggestions for necessary work. On more than one occasion, they have gone out of their way to help out by speeding up delivery of necessary parts, being willing to give direction for minor "do-it-yourself" tasks, as well as in other ways. I've never felt pressured, and I will continue to do business with them. Thanks for your quality work, gentlemen!

Every time I have came here I have been met with respect. The people here are honest and and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place for not only oil changes and car washes, but but if you're having problems under the hood, this would be a good place to go for timely and accurate service at a fair price.

I just want to give a shout-out to the employees who were there for me today. I went in on my half hour lunch break for an oil change but when I saw how many cars were in the lot I figured they would be too busy to take me. I went in and asked how long it would be for me to get an oil change. I did not get the sweet lady's name at the desk but she told me she wanted to accommodate me since they are not open on the weekends. Incredible customer service!! The guy who did my oil change was very fast and very nice. I never have any problems when I come here. The employees work extremely hard, they are professional and respectful. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work. Thank you so much!!

I was traveling through and needed an oil change. We got in fairly quickly, within a half an hour. The owner, manager, Lube man was quiet and didn't engage. It was the most expensive oil change I've ever had in my entire life. I only gave it three stars because he was able to get me in within a half an hour.

I've taken my vehicles to Null's several times and have been pleasantly surprised each time. The level of professionalism and courtesy that ever present is refreshing. Jason usually takes care of my issues and has always been pleasant and efficient. I would strongly recommend Null's quick lube for auto repairs as well as a place to wash your pet as they have an awesome pet wash attached. I'll remain a customer for life

Was told by Frank that all the fluids and filters along with tire pressure would be Checked for 45 dollars that's all I got was an oil n filter changed nothing else checked at all ll along with not checking the air cleaner Never again spread the wordService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Pet Wash - It's great. We are regular visitors and take both of our pups to get clean. For $10 we can get them both shampooed, rinsed and dried off and don't have any mess at home

Excellent all around service. Much more than just oil changes. The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and don't treat you like you're an idiot even if you are one. :) We've had nothing but positive experiences and plan to keep going there.

Love this place great car wash. Sucks when one lane is closed it takes forever. But over all a good place to get your car clean.

I go here for almost all my automotive needs, good and quick oil changes and repair work, they also kay recently installed an efficient car wash for a reasonable price. They also have the only dog washing station in the area, great idea for those huge or fussy dogs.

I used the car wash and it did a great job. The card reader wouldn't work again. Glad I had cash handy.

Lies lies lies, scheduled a transmission service and when scheduling the appointment I specifically asked if the $200 service included changing the filter and transmission fluid exchange to get as close to 100 percent transmission fluid replacement as possible and was told yes it is all included I showed up for my appointment and watched the technician do the pan drop and filter change put the pan back on and add about 5 quarts of transmission fluid and check to make sure it was full he then drove off with my vehicle and came back and handed me my keys I then asked aren't you going to replace the other 7 1/2 quarts he just looked at me with a smerk and said I did I then said I watched you and you only did about 5 quarts which he acknowledged, not the almost 13 my vehicle requires,. The tech just smerked and would not discuss it any further I then told him when I called and made the appointment I specifically asked if a complete fluid exchange was included with the transmissuin pan drop and filter replacement, which I was told it was, the tech walked away and said you will have to talk to the other tech/manager well no one came to talk to me but the tech did return and would not discuss the problem any further, I was lied to and swindled for trusting this place to do as they said never again they flat out lied to me and then when I called them on it I was given attitude and treated like they didn't care what I was told,. Don't trust this place, they will tell you anything to get your money guess they didn't plan on a customer who actually pays attention to there work and knows what is supposed to be done in a service they say they do and then fail miserably!
