Stopped at Kriete on Friday afternoon around 1. Blew a brake chamber on my truck. They took down all my info...had me drop my trailer and put my truck in the door immediately and started working on it...had brake chamber in stock. Absolutely wonderful people that work in this facility. Thank you so much guys for getting my truck up and running again by 3 pm. Definitely recommend this place if you need repairs in Mauston WI.Thank again

We had a blown gasket in the wheel well (thankfully that was all). Richard was able to get us up and running in no time at all. The shop was clean and the price was extremely affordable.... Would recommend without question!!!

( MAUSTON LOCATION ) Very top notch company to have work done . Been here many times & never was a disappointment ! recently my truck went down & they were on top of it . Including there rental department . Definitely recommend for anyone who needs repairs done . They have service centers all over WI . I suggest to stop in & check them out . very clean shop.. ..Reasonable prices.....Robert and his team.. Arm point ....... And they do the best To get you as fast as they can back to the road which is a big plus ..

Was picking up a trailer from fedex across the road and noticed I the morning that a shock and the seal from the differential were leaking. Had me in a bay right way and by the time they got the parts from Madison they had everything prepared to be replaced.Big thanks to Kevin the mechanic, did an awesome job and to the lady from the reception for the help.Everything was done under warranty and usually you have to lose a lot of time, I guess that's how a dealer is supposed to work.Big thanks guys !

Ask for the quote first, i was there for a re- torque on my truck steeribg tire and they wanted to charge me $113 for that always ask the price first

We needed idle shut down disabled on a Volvo. Called around, and Kriete Truck Center were the only ones who agreed to do it. Service advisor Heather was professional and up to the job. Pricing was reasonable and as promised over the phone. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

Wheel seal leak on front driving axle, swing by and they take care of my truck right away, I am independent owner operator and I don t have spare truck, they really do everything as soon as possible to fix it and I get back on the road in two hours, Thank you for everything !!!

Trailer tire valve stem broke called at least 20 places everyone was either closed or over 6 hour waiting time called these guys dwayne answered and told me come in got here in and out great experience overall I wish there were more dealers like these guys thank you for the help.

Robert and Nick were absolutely awesome. We had our F350 with a 9 foot camper towed off the road to their shop at 6.30 at night .. Thay diagnosis it and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Great service.

Starter went out on our Volvo VNL and we were stuck at the Pilot. Kriete was able to squeeze us in, had the part in stock and everyone we dealt with was helpful and very nice. We will definitely be using Kriete anytime we are in the area with a repair issue. Its always important to find repair shops you can trust OTR and Kriete is one of them. Robert, Chris and Kevin are great! I was stranded in town w/ a bad alternator. Robert came over in his personal vehicle to jump/charge the batteries to save me a tow. Chris found an unmarked matching replacement, and Kevin got me back on the road quick! Good people, great team! Thanks again!

This was my first time at this location, but I would definitely bring my truck here, again. Everyone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, competent, and accommodating. They did the work they said they would do, at the price they promised, and I was rolling, again, in a matter of hours, not days or weeks, like in far too many other places. If you're in the area or can get there, take your truck to Kriete Mauston.I didn't get everyone's name, but Robert, Michelle, and everyone else went above and beyond expectations, to get me back on the road, as quickly as possible.

Stopped in here today and these people were all friendly and they got me back on the road really quick. I was very impressed and satisfied with my visit. I'd definitely recommend anyone to give this place your business.

I called the shop 45 minutes before they open. Robert answer the phone he s very helpful on the phone especially if you re in a hurry and early morning. the employee they are very welcoming, nice and respectful and it s a lot lot lot of room to turn a round with truck and trailer, clean shop. Had tire repair done, they got me in soon. Talk to Robert, he will take care of you..

I pulled up and thought I was being attacked but then I remembered they used to call that good service, boy was I wrong it was great service I was out of time on my log so I needed to hide in about 3 hours the repaired my lift gate did some welding from m t end alignment and tires.Usually in the east I need to leave a truck then beg them to get it in the shop well I'm done but let me say TA wanted $899 per tire my entire job was $1500. Guess I tricked them !

I can only say about the experience that I had with this place they are Absolutely fantastic I have 3 issues with my truck they fix it in a few hours never think of a Volvo dealer will fix my truck in few hours I think they are the best In the business I will give them 5 star Only because had the best experience with them they did excellent work on my truck. thank you keep the good work

I have visited this location twice and have had excellent service on each visit. I am a company driver and typically don't receive the same care as an owner opp when getting work done on the vehicle! Robert was very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as all other staff! I would highly recommend this location for any and all work!

Been trucking for a 10 years now and been through quite a few repair shops, but this place is by far better than anything I've experienced. Very honest and thorough with their work!!. I recommend anyone with a semi to use this place for their repair needs needs.

3.30.22 Woke this morning at 5 am to get a early start and my truck wouldn't start. Made a whirring sound from starter so presumed starter had a bad spot in it but non the less nothing I could do alone. Called these guys they came out and listened to me and then my truck when I tried starting it. Came up with same conclusion so got hammer and extension and hit on starter when I was trying to turn it over - it started finally after a few beatings. THE BEST PART was they didn't want to charge me for such a small thing - who does that???? So used to us truckers being bent over just for the service call much less the fix. Kudos to these guys and I highly recommend Kriete of Mauston WI anytime!!!!!

Super nice and professional gal and guys, came with a check engine light. Diagnostic and repair done in a few hours. Highly recommended!
