These people here are amazing. We had a small bus conversion that blew a tire. We are from out of town and we re stranded with 10 kids. We literally called every place in town and no one would do it. Nulls quick lube worker said he would but then the boss said no, it would be to hard to do and take to long. I talked to the lady on the phone here at the mobile three times (I m sorry I didn t get her name) and she was so amazing. They had the tire we needed and they used a regular jack and got the tire off and the new one on in less than 20 minutes. They even checked all the other tires to make sure they were at the right tire pressure. All of the people here were so nice and helpful and can t thank them enough. What an awesome bunch of people. Thank you all so much. we are so grateful, you were the only ones willing to help. If you need work done on your vehicle this is the place to go.

If zero stars were available that would be my pick. A 270.00 repair turned into a 513.00 repair because I brought in my own part.they charged an extra 180.00 because they couldn't upcharge me for a part that came from the same place they get their. Parts from.

Staff are always rude, unapproachable, unwilling to communicate clearly and bitter. They regularly take advantage to try and upsell young feminine people and only tell you ahead of time on a good day.

I was on the interstate coming from Madison area and going to black river falls when all the sudden my van started acting goofy. I limped it to the nearest exit and parked in a parking lot. my husband drove up to save myself and our two children. I then called around the following morning to find somewhere to take it. I was referred to Northside Mobil. I called and explained my situation and my van was picked up, serviced, and finished all in a day. I'm so grateful and the cost was very fair and affordable. Thank you so much for helping me!!!

Had a breakdown near Mauston, Northside came out, towed our car back to their shop, fixed our issue (while staying late) and made us feel at home while we waited. May have to make the trip off the freeway for our regular pit stops in Mauston from now on.

They put a worst tire on my car and charged me $40 instead of calling me. And when I called them to inquire on how they were going to fix it since they shouldn't have done it because they put me and my children at risk the lady told me she doesn't care and hung up on me.

Jim and Deb Bires of Northside Mobile went the extra mile to help us when our car was stranded on the freeway and got us back on the road in unbelievable pace. Excellent people and even better service. I would definitely recommend for your vehicle service needs!

Update see below*Let me start by mentioning my vehicle is my LIFE, I depend on my car for everything. When a problem arises it is always at the worst possible time of course, most recently my car was feeling exhausted (my exhaust became detached) this lead to my car yelling extremely loudly about it.I also had a long trip required of me in just a few days, with my car in no condition to drive and nobody having availability I stopped here at the Mobil.I was greeted by one of the very kind lady's behind the counter named Deb, she found me a cancellation and got my car in so fast. My car was fixed and had me back on the road very quickly thanks to Chris, who must be a car whisperer as my car stopped yelling and is now very quiet and well behaved.Moreover this saved my upcoming trip that had been planned some time ago. Plus despite the possibility this could have lead to my wallet crying this wasn't the case despite predicament and speed of there service.In closing it brings me a lot of joy to declare this an IAM GhosT approved business, as they have reliably saved my butt on more than one occasion now. Plus you are supporting a locally owned and operated business.*Update, after a recent repair they found a very prominent issue and got me fixed up, one week later a deer ran into my car sending me into a drainage ditch that I jumped. Had they not noticed and repaired the found issue I likily wouldn't be here writing this update now, as things would have gone very badly for me. So THANK YOU to the fantastic staff at north side mobile for likily saving my life!

Very nice people I love buying my gas there as well, don't have to many Mobil gas stations around here now n I really miss that as well please check them out as well Mauston Wisconsin, Today my truck stoped running everything went Dead could not start it, they came with their tow truck to back to the shop to replace my alternator around 4pm in was done by 430pm everything is working great again I'm so happy I'll come back for my tune up next very nice people can't say anything bad hat's off to a great Team working Together getting me back on the road again, never done me wrong

Got a flat tire at the nearby rest stop. Tow, new tire, and friendly customer service and help in under 2 hours. Clearly know what they are doing and so helpful to a stranded and anxious traveler!

You feel welcome when you go in, they offer more than just fuel and auto repairs. They have the best fishing tackle available in the area, fresh bait, items for the campers and they also offer meats and sausages from the local meat market! They do an awesome job of trying to accommodate all travelers and outdoor lovers!

Zero stars if that were possible. Made huge mistake on a simple repair. I know no one is perfect but they did nothing to correct it. Had another mechanic fix car & brought them the part so they could see how it was installed backwards. I didn't ask for anything, just wanted to let them know. My complaint is that they never responded. Really feel like they took advantage of me & didn't care. I like doing business with honest people so I will never go back or recommend them.

They came and towed us off the highway and got us in right away because they could and changed our alternator and we were on the road within an hour. Bless these people!Fair price, even better service.

Got a flat tire on our way to Vermont. They fixed it and offered up a used tire for the car rental so we didn't have to pay full price. Great people

I got my oil changed at North Side Mobile. A few months later I open my hood to notice the oil cap was gone. I contacted the owner to see if they had it there since they were the last to complete an oil change for my auto. I believe they forgot to put it back on. Owner replied, " well my initials are on the paper work but I didn't service your car".He positively was the one who serviced my car. He told me,"it probably vibrated off and if I bring it in he could help me look for it. My thought was, really, how dumb do you think I am. So I told him, "I'm sure it didn't vibrate off and it would not be in the engine if that could have happened. So I stated, "I won't be bringing my car back". He stated rudely, " then I won't help you"!!! Then hung up on me. The owner is very rude and will not admit to any mistakes he could have made. The oil cap is just $6.00, the disgruntled customer.....priceless.

Wish I could give zero stars. Did shoddy work on a basic repair. Talked to them to let them know as a courtesy. She told me she would talk to the mechanics and call me back. Never received a call. Two other mechanics that looked at the car couldn't believe that they did nothing to make their mistake right. Don't trust their workmanship or ethics.

Recently had break lines replaced...estimated at 400. Then next day i was quoted 500. By the time it was completed on the third day the balance due reached 650. in process the owner broke bleeder valve off and charged me for a new caliper. Inspected work before driving away...lol. old break lines were cut but not removed. Bends are almost kinked. New lines kinda just run wherever...not secured in brackets. Asked attendant about discrepancies and was told " i better learn how to remove lines and secure new ones!" Unbelievable!!! Job looks like a child did it.this place give auto mechanics a bad name.

Broke down in Mauston with a flat tire and no spare. We showed up first thing in the morning and they had us back on the road in a half hour. The price was far less than I expected, even with the $20 tip I gave them. Cannot recommend the good people at Northside Mobile enough.

Everywhere around was closed that was selling bait, but the Mobil has reasonable pricing and great hours not closing at 2pm like other places

My vehicle was towed I here in April 19th,2018, after a car accident on Interstate 90-94, and has sat there ever since, waiting for the insurance company and repair shop to agree on a price for the repairsIt sounds like my insurance company and the dealer are BOTH trying to take advantage of the other. ... and so I wait...UPDATE: in late August, after a 8-12" rain event, my vehicle was apparently heavily damaged by flood waters, and I've enlisted the help of an attorney to get the insurance company to pay out enough for a replacement vehicle...

This is a go-to for basic fishing gear and bait in the area. It's what you'd expect from a mom and pop station. The prices aren't too high and the staff are nice. Selection is small but it's a small town.

Jim the owner is a nice man he always tries to give the lowest price on gas even though it is very expensive he tries to give you a break on gas he's usually cheaper than anybody else I always go to mobile I also go to his brother Craig's automotive what I need body work

Do NOT GO HERE!!! They overcharged me for tow service. 529$ for a tow out of a ditch. I go to pay n get my car and the lady flat out tells me that they are pocketing 200$ and tried not including it on my receipt. Her direct words were I m not writing the 200$ on the receipt because the boss man told me not to, he said it s none of the wife s business. I told her that I needed proof of the 200$ cash, the rest of the payment was made on a charge card. She wrote on my receipt 200paid cash but still refused to write it on the original merchant copy. SO WRONG, SHADY BUSINESS, NOTHING ADDS UP. Juneau County needs not to contract with them. BAD ETHICS, BAD BUSINESS. They need to be AUDITED AND someone go to jail

We stopped in on a Saturday morning while on vacation with a problem with a mini-van door buzzer. Very kind, helpful and exceptionally reasonable service fee. Will recommend to all.

Couldn t find rental car anywhere. Found this place and they were able to get me a newer Chevy Cruz. Nice car and reasonable rates. Very pleasant employees

They gave us a quote for $900 to repair our vehicle. We took it to another shop for a second opinion. The mechanic took it for a ride and told us they diagnosed the problem incorrectly. It turned out to be a $300 repair.

I was stuck in the snow on the side of the road.They were courteous on the phone, kept me updated as to when they could get there, and were professional when they arrived.I d call them again in a heartbeat.
