My jeep door got scuffed and dented pretty good. I went to ATH to get an estimate to repair it and they immediately came outside and checked out the damages. They coincidently had an open bay and had me pull around and got to work immediately. Half hour later my jeep was all fixed up and I was on my way down the road! Staff chopped it up with me and talked shop while repairs were being done. Great experience! Thanks ATH!

I cannot day enough good things about this place. They were upfront and honest the entire process when it came to costs and timelines. They even did a full detail on our vehicle. My SUV is 9 years old and it looked like it was driving off the lot for the first time when we picked it up. Will definitely be using them again in the future if we need it!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went through ATH for a windshield replacement got excellent service!! Great business nice friendly at the desk. Sarah went above and beyond to contact the secondary window service and get me in at a fair price and reasonable timing!! Dropped it off window got replaced right away I waited until after work to pick it up got off an hour earlier then usual. No problem Sarah got someone to go pull the van out and had great conversation while work g on forms and the invoice absolutely wonderful service will definitely be back again cant thank Pat Hickey enough for sending me in the right direction to get it done!!!

My wife hit a deer, and we were under a time crunch to get it repaired.They took on the challenge, and did a fantastic job getting it done, despite having difficulty finding the original equipment parts, to rebuild it to factory specs.ATH is a direct repair facility for American Family insurance company, which means that they have the confidence of American Family to recommend ATH to their clients. That's huge!!!They went beyond the norm, and drove to LaCrosse in a snow storm, in order to get the job done on time.They finished on Tuesday evening, and we took it home, packed it full, and took off on a 1200 mile trip to Maine, on Wednesday morning.We made it with no worries, and no problems.I will definitely be taking my body shop needs to ATH, and will recommend them to anyone who asks me.Thanks again for going above and beyond. I know that above and beyond for other repair shops, is just the norm for ATH, because that's the way they do business.Every job is important to them, and they treat people, the way they would like to be treated.

A number of years ago my wife's Subaru lost two of the plastic plugs or clips that fasten a sheet of plastic under the engine to the wheel well. I went in to buy some and the person at the counter went into the shop, found a couple and handed them to me. When I asked how much, he said, "Just remember us if you need something done later on."And I did - my wife needed her Explorer's hood repainted so we brought it there and they did it perfectly and cleaned the cabin as well. There was a miscommunication, largely my fault but in part theirs, which could have cost an additional $150-200. They acknowledged that one of their employees had made an error and took the cost of that work off the bill without us saying anything .That's a stand-up organization by any measure and they earned this review and our thanks.Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle was rear-ended by a semi just miles from ath. The other driver's insurance company recommended them so I went there to meet Al personally and he seems like a really good guy. They have a good history and been there for over 30 years. I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with my vehicle, so far the customer service has been a five-star. 8/19/17 just got our truck out of the shop and it looks as good as new. What a great family-owned business they really put a lot of effort and passion in what they do, I feel like family. Thanks Dave for everything and thank your staff for me too.

I brought my 1972 Cutlass Supreme in for a complete paint job. It has been over a month and I have contacted them three times about an estimate, still no estimate. I am disappointed with their poor customer service. If they didn't want the business they should be up front and say no thank you. A horrible first impression.

Just had some scratches fixed on our car, it was so clean inside and outside when I got it back - it is like it just came from the factory. We know that we will get more on trade in just because of how great the detailing was by ATH.

Horrible interior detailing!!! Loose dirt, dog hair everywhere, like nothing done. When I got home I wiped the dash to see if that was even done. I used so many wipes, I was fumingly disappointed! I called the next morning and was told by Kaitlyn they vacuumed and wiped it down. I felt blown off. My family and friends looked at it and couldn't believe it was detailed. I was a brand new costomer and never going there again.

Do not bother with these folks. They have the most condescending front desk lady I have ever experienced. Worst customer service. Advice? Don't badger and insult the customer. They just lost my business, a good $500 because of her.Not worth your time. GO to J & M
