I've been in the market for a specific truck while inventory has been low. I'm from Houston, so I widened my search to nationwide. I came across the perfect truck at Wheelers of Marshfield in Wisconsin and contacted the dealership to get more information. I was helped by Zach and Cody; both of whom answered all my questions and were willing to hold the truck for me while my wife and I began figuring out how to proceed with the purchase logistically. A couple weeks later, we flew out to Wisconsin and Zach was kind enough to pick us up from Appleton airport to give us a ride to their dealership, which was 1.5 hours away. The conversation on the ride with Zach was great; he was very professional and made the ride a comfortable one. Once we got to the dealership, we looked at the truck, which was in the exact condition they described!! Cody in finance was great to work with as well. He explained all that we needed to do for our out-of-state purchase and gave us great warranty options that fit our needs and our budget. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we were given by both Zach and Cody! We made it back to Houston after an 18-hour drive in the truck with no issues at all! I recommend this place 10/10, especially for out-of-state buyers.

Our salesman was great, his name was Saul! However both sales managers have an unbelievable ego. Cody in finance was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately they have two sales managers that are terrible at their jobs and are very argumentative. Sadly that s what will ruin a business.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation and they are sopost to do a 5 point inspection. I asked them if they checked my colent level and the guy just looked at me like I just asked him something personal so he said idk they don't have anything marked and he went ahead and got a mechanic that guy said that wasn't a question for him they guy as the desk once again told him I was just asking about the level and he then said oh yeah it's good preceded to make on the paper i looked at him and said are you sure because I didn't have enough in the bottle to top it off before I got their so I knew full well the tank was well under the fill line. After I got home I let the engin cool down and checked my coolant again and sure enough it was well under the fill line. Now just that lie alone had me question how good of a job they truly did. Not all females are dumb and know nothing about cars only reason I bring it in for oil changes is because I done have the space to do mine plus they do the tire rotations and he 5 point inspections. But all it takes is 1 lie like that to start questioning if they truly did everything.Will not come back to this spot may even find a new shop to take my car to.

Extremely pleased with the salesperson Kyle Rothamer in explaining all the functions of my 2024 Equinox,not onlyon the day I picked up the vehicle but with the phone calls later offering any help with the new vehicle. Very patient with all the questions I had. In addition the Manager Randy Schueller was terrific in guiding me with all the paperwork and questions I had. Very satisfied with the whole experience. This was the third vehicle I purchased at Wheelers.

Never worked with a dealership like this before, lack of communication, don't seem to want to sell a vehicle, and from what I got from my salesperson is you can't purchase a vehicle on Saturday guess there is nobody in financing.

I bought a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee on January 25th ,it had hail damage to the hood . I was told before I bought it they 0 inhad a new hood for it and it was ready for paint should be done the next week. Went back the next week and the next was told today there are so many hoods to be painted they don't know when it would be done they lie to you .I wouldn't buy again from them.

We worked with Nate to buy a used car.He was fantastic. He answered all our questions.he even delivered the used car to Coloma so it was more convenient for us as I didn't have all the information for the title when I was in Marshfield. Coloma is 45 minute drive closer to us and it was most appreciated.

Overpriced and a staff that needs help being friendly and.polute! But if they know your dumping alot of cash you will see a different side. A nice and polute side.They do have a nice inventory!

completely ripped off, do not recommend.Made me add a co-signer which is cool, fine but didn t even add them as co-signer, instead put them first on the title like they took the loan out but they didn t explain it like that. Secondly, charged me 20.8% interest rate EVEN THOUGH, my bf who cosigned had good credit. They re a joke and take advantage of anyone that is vulnerable. I wish I knew the scam artists dealerships were and listened to everyone who said they d scam me cause they really did! Read the fine print because they also charge ridiculous amounts for things you don t even ask for nor will ever use

I have never received service like I do from Wheelers. The prices are great, friendly staff, rewards program and they pick up and drop off my vehicle from my home! (Granted I live within the city and close proximity but still amazing!) I have had a few things done by them and recently thought I needed new rear brakes but they checked it out and they were in good condition yet. Anywhere else I would have probably paid for new brakes when they weren't even needed. The honest reliable work they do is second to none!

Jammie Westbay was GREAT!She was very intuitive to my needs! Heck she knew what I wanted before I did! And she really appreciated me and honored my preferences! To the point of when I took in a huge inhale breath as we sat in the car, she knew I was appreciating that new car smell! She also introduced me to Sean and he was great too! Both of them worked together as a great team to fulfill my needs as a customer. I appreciate the personalized service and having the opportunity to purchase locally meant a great deal to me. I wasn't as satisfied as I have been in the past. I felt like it was a chore for the rep to submit a claim for the extended warranty I purchased.It also was not his fault, but when he did call me back to tell me that the claim was accepted, but that I have a $100 deductible, for a $129 bill, I felt at that point I was ripped off with my extended warranty. It's ridiculous that the warranty is pretty much saying thanks for purchasing a $2000 extended warranty, but we will cover $29 of your warranted issue... I was never told when I purchased it that there was a deductible every time I submitted a claim. I mean, it's great if I had a $2000 warranted issue and would pay $100. But for something that was $129, you'd think there would be a certain amount that it would say, under $1000, you pay 10% deductible. Just very surprised that I was never told there was a deductible.

You can expect nothing short of professionalism when working with the team at Wheelers. Recently bought a used 2021 trailblazer from the team and have bought 2 prior vehicles and I have also used both their body shop & maintenance. All around recieve outstanding service.
