I had to bring my Toyota Tundra TRD Pro in to get an alignment done right because of a previous place could not get my camber bolt loose to align my tow. Kelly contacted us to bring us in and show us and explain what the issue was. When it came time to close, the young lady working the front made sure Kelly took his time to finish it up, even if they had to stay late. The prices are very affordable definitely recommend Wheelers

My vehicle had a problem with the windshield-wiper mechanical system and so was not drivable in the rainy conditions we had last week. I dropped the vehicle off in the morning without an appointment, and they were able to squeeze it in and have me on the road back to Stevens Point in just a few hours! Very efficient and kind service!

I went in couple months ago the guy that works there is rude. When I asked him a question he seemed so annoyed. I went again on the January 22 2024 my friend went inside and he said we had an appointment I wasn t in the right place so my friend asked him where was wheelers other place the guy said I don t know very mean like, then 20 sec later he told us the address. He seems very rude to color people I notice. Most likely I won t be having any services there.i rather pay a lot more than deal with that male worker at the desk.

Friendly people and one of the best prices in town. The employees really care about their customers and you're not bored when waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Plenty of things to talk to do and if you don't want to sit in comfy chairs and wait with a complimentary soda from their fridge! Trustworthy and communicative.

This is a great shop with very honest people. There was a misunderstanding over our bill and the owner very courteously refunded the amount. We will be sure to bring our vehicles back when they are in need of service.

Had a new set of tires installed on my truck by another shop which has a spin balancer. Tires shook at higher speeds but were balanced perfectly by the other shop.Wheelers provides road force balancing, which I found out from another local tire shop. I dropped off this morning and they had the road force balance done quickly and it fixed the shaking.They need to advertise this service as many in the area do not provide road force.I am super satisfied!

Quick to get me in for new tires even when having to order them in. Fast convenient service. Very understanding and honest, felt like my safety was a priority when I came back in for a concerning sound and they solved the issue immediately at no cost.

We were from out of town and had put on the spare tire. And wanted to get the original repaired and put on before we left town. And this company responded to our needs and made time for us. Very much appreciated. Being we wanted to go the normal speed limit on the way home instead of what s recommended with the spare tire. Very friendly people very courteous people. They even put the spare tire Back in the trunk where it is typically stored and nicely put back my suitcases in coolers and such without me asking.

We were visiting from out of town, and got a flat tire. They were able to get our flat fixed within about 40 minutes. The waiting area was toasty warm and comfortable, with free WiFi so I could work while I waited. The price was very reasonable, and there have not been any problems with the tire in the 2 wks since it was fixed. We were on our way home before we knew it! I highly recommend Wheelers Auto!

I like the front desk people the best. They are always helpful. They talk to you. They explain stuff to you. And they listen when you talk to them. Ive been to a couple other places in town and had some pretty serious, almost deadly consequences of errors from their shops. Loose lug nuts, loose inner tie rod, but not wheelers. Wheelers has been good to us and our vehicles. I recommend them highly to everyone. For all your alignment needs. Keep up the great work. Thanks!

My wife and I bring our vehicles to these guys when ever we need something. Just had a nail removed from a tire this morning. Fast service and reasonably priced. Have had repairs completed here for a while now. Every time has been pleasant. In my opinion, this place does it the way it should be done, from the interaction at the counter to the repair itself.

Got me in and out quickly and fixed my tire right up. It's been a few weeks and haven't had a single problem with it again! I also took it in a second time to get my other tire fixed up for the winter. Very happy to have my constant flat tires all fixed up.

Chad my daughter's car there for four tire change! Took hour and a half to do that!!! Then said it needs a alignment! So another hour and a half to do that!!!! So 3 hours total!!!! Not acceptable!!!!! I could have done it in my driveway faster than that!!!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and was told I need new rear brakes and the front brakes are only at 5 mm (just had those replaced 5,000 miles ago). Was also told I need a new ball joint. I decided to get another opinion and I'm glad I did. I found out my front brakes are just fine and there's no wiggle in my ball joint. I'm not sure if they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman or what, but I'm done having them service my vehicle.

I went in to get a code checked. They said I need to make an appointment. A 5 minute job should not need an appointment. I get better service at Wal-Mart!! I went to Gross Buick directly after and got the service I was expecting. Gross=5 stars!!

Mixed antifreeze in my car 2003 Buick Le Sabre runs old school green and you put in dex cool car over heated . I think you should of know this and pay to have my system flushed .

Excellent service by the mechanics in the back. Would have been better if the big TV in the lobby were showing the weather channel.
