Just bought a 2021 ford f150 from Devin kowalski and I can honestly say this was the best experience I ever had with a dealership. Everyone was so kind and no one was pushy and I got an awesome truck for a good price . So glad I drove 2 1/2 hours because this dealership is definitely worth going to . Lots of nice vehicles. Thank you everyone for the awesome experience I greatly appreciate it and you will see me again.

Mike was helpful and made my transaction easy. V&H offered me a fair value for my trade and sold me a beautiful truck. Finance team could have done better. My credit was in the top 3 tiers yet they ran my credit 7 times! They should really clarify that to their customers since it has long term implications.

Everyone here are friendly and go over your service details with you our vehicle was in need of a new air filter they brought the one from our vehicle out to show us then told us what the price to replace would be. They went through everything there were a couple other items that will need attention in the near future, they gave us a 1 to 10 scale 10 being in urgent need of being repaired. They gave prices for each repair part, they do a great job with reasonable prices. They have a laid back atmosphere with nice waiting areas a place to charge your phone no matter which type they have various types of plug in at their charging station, have some coffee tea, or a bottle of water while watching tv or a place to check in online, a play room for the kids or a area to sit in quiet.

Absolutely loved our experience with V&H! I walked in with a very specific vehicle that I wanted, but I wanted used. The only way to get all of my demands is to special order. However, Mike "the fun guy" would not say that. He did everything he possibly could to find what I wanted, even if it was at a different dealership. We continued to shop for my specific request, but ended up coming back to V&H because of how personable Mike "the fun guy" was. Added BONUS, they offered us nearly double for our trade-in a previous dealer offered. (I didn't tell them that) .We look forward to dealing with Mike "the fun guy" on our next vehicle purchases!

Do not take care or even question concerns brought to their attention!!!! Also used my back ordered parts for someone else and made me wait two more weeks for my part to come in and have its service. Then, they do nothing about that to retain my satisfaction!

Awful customer service. Was told they do not work on EV vehicles yet have a Mustang Mach E as their courtesy car. They first questioned if I purchased the car from them. Snakelike across the board.

Troy and Don were amazing in purchasing my new truck. They delivered to my house. I did everything from home so buying my truck was really convenient.10 stars for them!!! Give them a call if your looking to buy your next new vehicle!!!

Good experience. The alignment was done well, and in a timely manner. The folks working there were professional and courteous. There were several places to wait, including a 'quiet room.'

I recently had my car serviced at the auto repair shop down the street and was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise of the mechanics. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt valued and taken care of. The team took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with my car and provided me with a clear and concise explanation of the necessary repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I will definitely be returning to this auto repair shop for all of my future car maintenance needs.

We just brought a truck from them. The pricing was fair and they worked well with meeting our needs. Riley was knowledgeable and really stood behind the purchase by replacing a switch on the spot when we noticed it was not working. Would definitely recommend!!

Had a great experience with Riley and the rest of the V&H team. Very professional and not pushy at all. Made buying a car a pleasant experience. This is my second car from V&H and will be back again for sure!

Devin Kowalski hooked me up with an affordable vehicle in my price range. Was super friendly as well as the other staff who I came into contact with. In addition to helping me fulfill my car needs, he was great with my daughter who I had with me!

Simple oil change, shortly afterwards. Check engine light on. Found out it was crankcase sensor, called them. Told them engine oil was overfilled after checking Was told they would make right, and make sure that didn t cause more damage Next day. Phone call stating they could not get me in their scheduling for two weeks and that Go ahead and drive it. And BTW. We have to diagnose it on my dime and find out if another component is causing the issue. ????? What. ????? All I simply told them was it was overfilled. They would check and bam! We d be done! I drained oil, replaced filter yet again. Engine light came off almost immediately Put in the required 6 qts. Measured what came out that I drained. found they put in 7.5 quarts. I emailed Lindsey hasz. Told her what was found. No response!!! Typical. It s like they wanted something else to go wrong because of the overfill so they could use that and say that was the problem. Shady! Duck tape and chewing gum works better than VH serviceNot going back

The service team at V&H are outstanding! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Our family and business have been long time customers.They get you in a timely manner. They know you by name. Took my Ram 1500 to have my CV joint replaced and an oil change. Lindsey and Russ were great to work with! The price was much lower than their competition and you can be reassured that the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. They did a great job. I've done business with them for quite a few years now and I'm a happy customer.

I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe at V&H.The Fun Guy is very helpfull, willing to find answers, provide advise, ask questions and make himself available when ever needed. On Tuesday took vehicle in to get a leaky tire fixed. Later that day learned tire was not repairable. Recommendation was to replace all 4 tires, it was time. Ordered them Wednesday morning, tech gave up lunch to put them on and we picked car up that afternoon. Outstanding service, from the Quick Lane person, and service tech. Great follow-up and customer service. Thank you V&H Automotive. Strongly recommend!!!

My latest experience was a close call. We were leaving for a road trip in less than a week and the screens went out on our van. They were able to get everything diagnosed ordered and installed before we left. The shuttle service is nice and I don t need to bother a coworker for a ride. I have had other work done and the price is great, it also adds piece of mind knowing all the work is done by a dealer technician. They are always up front about everything and don t try to keep up selling things you don t need.

I had a great experience. Lindsey in quicklane was great and treated me with respect. They found and fixed an issue I was unaware of to make my car safe for my upcoming trip. The children's room was great and clean for my son. Exceptional service 10/10! Will be returning for future service!

We had a tire start dropping pressure and made emergency stop in marshfield to get it checked. V&H worked our vehicle in for check, found nail, plugged tire and gave us update on test of tire condition. They were very helpful, professional, and we felt safe to be back on road and continue our trip. Their service charge was very reasonable. Literally my family had used V&H for decades and their excellent service continues to hold true.

They're scam Artists and make stuff up just to sell. Bought multiple vehicles from V&H, the most recent one a brand new F150, I've had nothing but problems and now the extended bumper to bumper warranty they sold me suddenly won't cover anything anymore 1 year/43,000 miles before it is up. Completely done with my local Ford dealership!

Sam Jirschele is great to work with, and makes purchasing a vehicle easy and painless. The service department has also been great to work with, and easy to get appointments compared to other dealerships. V&H gets 5 out of 5 stars in my book!

From my salesman Michael Steinert, to Linda at the front desk, and finally Matt in Financing, my whole experience was extremely positive and enjoyable. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and helpful. My questions were answered without hesitation. There were no high pressure sales tactics used, which I appreciated.Michael took his time and showed me the ins and outs of how everything worked in the vehicle I chose. He consistently asked if I had any additional questions and made sure I understood everything. He made the whole experience very fun.The whole team was well organized, so everything went very smoothly and quickly, but did not feel rushed. The grounds and building were also clean and in good condition. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Went in with a leaky tire, immediately greeted by Alex and (I don't remember his name, but his desk is RIGHT next to hers). They were both extremely polite and pleasant and got my tire looked at right away. The whole experience took about 20 minutes because the tech. had difficulty pinpointing the leak before discovering it at the valve stem core. The technicians leave very detailed service notes on your invoice so you know what's happening. If I lived in the area, I'd most definitely come here again for service if necessary. Side note, lot prices seem fair/reasonable for their vehicles.

My family was treated with the ultimate respect during our purchase of a new car at V & H Ford. The service was far better than we expected. We checked out the Ford Escape one evening and picked it up the following evening. All was ready for us on time. We could have had the car delivered to our home, but my wife worked nearby, so we opted to do this at the dealership. This was a very good and polite experience. I would recommend to all to experience the wonderful service! The Reich Family.

Great service, great experience. I traded in my SUV for a used pickup at V&H. I was treated very well in the process. There were no pressure sales tactics, instead everything was professional and open in the negotiations. I had some difficulty securing the funds within the time frame originally expected when we made the deal, but they were patient and helpful to wait until we could get it done. I highly recommend the dealership for a car purchase.
