I've been doing business with them for 7 years with good, honest service. I took my truck in for some repairs including EGR cooler gaskets. They messed up the news gaskets during the install and charged me to fix their screw up. They also double charged me on a few other jobs during that repair. My total bill was twice what I expected the high side to be. I paid it but will never be going back.

Took a truck in for service on a crane without an appointment. They worked on the truck immediately and diagnosed the problem without just throwing parts at it. Thanks to Scott the crane was working in less than 2 hours. V&H knows how important trucks are to their customers and they show the customer how important they are to V&H.
