Exceptional service.Kind, courteous staff.I had a screw in my tire with a slow leak. It was repaired with no charge. I guess they havefree tire repair.

These people are so friendly. After my car sat in the garage for months, I called them and they got me in in 2 hrs. I'm so delighted with their friendly and quick service. I will go there for all my auto needs in the future.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Was travelling for work and had a tire blow. I called them to see if they could help out. They immediately said bring it over and we will get you taken care of(even though I didn't have an appointment). I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. They evaluated my tire within 15 mins and got a tire in the following morning because they had to order one. They took a very inconvenient situation and made it as good as possible.A special thanks to the Team for doing such a great job they are second to none!!! Highly suggest this branchService: Tires

Update. I went in for a free tire rotation and 138 miles later, @ 54mph on a curve, I had a three wheeled P/U.Good service. Reasonable prices. Good value for the money.

I'm new to the area and didn't know who I could trust to service my car. I decided to give these guys a try. I am extremely happy with the service I received and they will be my go to place for servicing my car into the future. I needed an oil change and I had a running light that needed to be replaced. They also checked the air pressure & rotated the tires, plus the fluid and belt checks that they do.But not only did I pay attention to the service I received but sitting in the waiting area I was privy to the service other people were receiving. If I were any of those other people I would've been extremely satisfied with the service as well. I couldn't help but hear the conversation between Matt and a customer who had an older car that he had put a lot of money into as they discussed possibilities and plans for the future to keep him on the road. It was a discussion focused on what was best for the customer. This is not a level of service that you can get just anywhere. They actually care about their customers here.Matt and Joe seem to go above and beyond every day in the service they provide for their customers. This is a great place to take your car or truck.

My Mom's older vehicle has ya flat tire. They arranged for it to be towed and then alerted us to other issues that could be addressed. Gave us options and kept us updated on their progress. Nice people to work with.

Needed a battery when my truck started not starting due to cold weather. As a travel nurse from out of state you want to hope you don't run into issues but if you do you want to turn to people you can trust. The people at Schierl Tire got me up and running with no starting problems again. Clean establishment, fast service and kind staff. What else can you ask for. I highly recommend!

The Service at the location is fast and everything is done correctly. The Store Manager and her staff of service technicians are polite, and friendly. I highly recommend this location because I come here all the time with no problems with great customer service experience. I tried this place out since it was much closer to home after having a couple unpleasant experiences at the official dealership which is nearly an hour away. Very glad I made the switch - these guys are prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They seem very trustworthy, and have actually talked me out of services that I thought I needed but weren't actually necessary when they could have just taken my money.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

My mother bought new tires at schierl tire for her car. When installing they did not align her car correctly resulting in two of the rear tires becoming deformed. They did nothing on their part to correct the situation, but instead told her she must have hit a pothole which unaligned her car. She also got her oil changed there (that s when schierl tire realized the tire was deformed due to the alignment) and they forgot to tighten the oil filter. Her car was leaking oil once she left there. She only realized it once she found a puddle of oil under her car. Again schierl tire did nothing to resolve the issue.

My first time here. I needed a tire repair .The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back for further service. They also have a nice waiting area to sit while your vehicle is being servicedService: TiresService: Tires

Had lost my oil cap and there was oil all over engine compartment. During an oil change, the $35 for enginge decreaser was the best money I've spent on a car. 2nd time I've come up from the Milwaukee area to get my tires done. ( ok visiting my family too)Service: TiresService: Tires

They made a service call out to my cabin to fix my tires on my Ford 5000. I got in contact with Dave and he was at my cabin within an hour of my phone call. Very pleased with how knowledgeable he was about the service he was providing me. I had fluid put in both my rear tires and checked to make sure there were no leaks. He was very easy to work with, friendly and professional. I will definitely be calling Dave again for any future services for my tractor.Service: Tires

Always quick and courteous service here. Prices are always the best around. Matt at service desk was great to work with on my last visit. Very professional and helpful. Schierl Tire is always my go-to business for tires and batteries.

I called to get some tire prices on some non Goodyear tires. I was being pushed by the salesperson to purchase Goodyear tires. After i was done listening to the sales pitch i was so frustrated ihung up the phone. I did go up the road to schierl tire in medford wisconsin, they were super helpful. Save yourself some time and go to the medford schierl tire. Avoid this marshfield location.

I had Schierl tire rotate my front tires which are directional. They charged me $113 to mount and balance two tires basically. That is far more then I paid to get all four of my tires mounted and balanced. The place I usually go didn't have time this week. They also over torqued the wheels. That usually wouldn't be surprising, but they used a torque wrench. The owners manual is in the car and I was in the lobby the whole 1:20. They could have just asked if they didn't know. I guess it is my fault for not asking about price. So I over paid for the service then I had to go home, loosen the lug nuts and re-torque them to the proper spec.

Schirl tire is more than just a tire place. I was having an awful day and down on my luck a few years back when I got a flat tire. Not knowing what to do or where to turn to I called Schirl tire and they said bring it in and we'll look at it and do our best to fix it for you. I limped it in there parking lot and from there is where things started to turn to the better for me. I went in and gave them my info and sat in their waiting room. There was a TV playing with hot coffee or cocoa available in a kuerig style machine. Grabbed a cup of jo and relaxed as I awaited the outcome with my last few dollars to my name hoping that it would be enough to cover any costs. When they where done they called me to the counter and told me they were able to fix the tire. I asked what the damages $ were and they told me its a free fix. They offer free tire repair!!! I just got to say I was a bit shocked and emotional as I never had a company do anything free for me. From that day I said they would get my business for my vehicle from here on out. The small but mighty gesture meant alot to me and many people and really turned things around for me. Fast forward to today, I sit in the same waiting room getting my oil changed thinking about how this place really came through for me that day and ever since. Times have sure changed and my life is much better but as I think about it it all started from that day and what a saving grace. The small things are what I'm thankful for the most. I highly recommend Schirl tire for any of your auto needs. The employees in Marshfield are super friendly and they always try their best to get you in as fast as possible.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

As a mom of 4 little ones Schierl Tire was wonderful with getting me in right away. They fixed the flat tire, put it on and put the spare back for NO CHARGE. They had toys for my kids to play with and their customer service was the best I've recieved in a long time. I would highly recommend them!!

Went for oil change and tire rotation. Jodi is great but the other guy checking me out wasn't helpful. Basically said one of my lug nuts was cross threaded and they couldn't get the wheel off so couldn't do the rotation. Said the lug needed replacement. Since they did the last rotation they caused the damage. Called back later and complained to management and they are supposed to fix it.

I quit doing business with them when I went I ordered the same tire that I had gotten from them 2 1/2 years previous, they did great and wanted another set, I leave paying for new tires I go and look before I drive off and they don't look any different, 6 months later I had a blow out, so I got cheated out of a new set of tires that I paid for because I'm positive I drove off with my old set. Note to self, always check the new set before purchase, never happen again!

After a long morning of running around, we were finally heading to our cabin up north when the low tire pressure light came on. We had just put air in the tires the night before, so I knew there had to be some type of a slow leak. I arrive at this store shortly after 12pm, and since it was Saturday, they were only open until 12:30. I didn't expect that I'd be able to give them my car and have them fix it in such a short amount of time. Not only did they repair my tire, but it didn't cost me a thing. Doug Eichten was the person who helped me out and made a potentially stressful situation stress free. I highly recommend this store. Can't thank these guys enough.

Had my car checked out since I had a minor leak, turned out to be a problem with my radiator. They told me the estimate would be $845. I called around and found Jim's Auto Repair in Marshfield. He fixed everything Schierl was going to fix for less than $400. Less than half the price Schierl estimated. Schierl also charged me $26 to simply look at my car for 15 minutes. Do NOT Go To Schierl!

I have brought in parts tie rods, ball joints, etc the usual and shown them they are not bad by the tightness of ball joint or tie rod or strut etc... They just look at me clueless and say "we told you to change those ya their not bad I dont know why we would say that". These places in town are not dependable. Fleet farm does not use specs either be very wary of these places working on your car as they treat every vehicle the same when approaching problem solving will replace things that dont need to be.Update. I had an appointment at 8. Arrived at 7:58 to find 5 people in line. At rate things were going their was no way my car would be in the garage by 9 as techs had just pulled 2 cars in. When they say a time you expect that's when they can work on it. What were the other 2 cars appointments from yesterday? Just disappointing when the service is unorganized with scheduling. If things arent going to be exact they need to explain on the phone "ya your scheduled at 8 but we tell 5 or 6 other people that in case someone cancels or doesn't show so most likely your vehicle wont be getting worked on until around the time you need to go to work. Oh sorry we didnt tell you that?"

They hooked me up woth a set of decent tires, did my tierods and a alignment as well as qouted me me for some other things. The staff were great friendly amd nice. They gave me a loaner car for a day while they did mine. 10 out of 10 will be back
