Very disappointed in how this transaction turned out. I ordered about 700 dollars worth of parts. These parts ended up getting stolen right off my front porch. Normally me or my wife would have been home to receive the package. Except she is in the hospital, and I am by her side. All I could do was watch this man walk away with my package on my cameras. So I'm filing a police report and emailing customer service, only to be told that since I didn't check the signature required box, that this is my fault. So I would have to place another 700 dollar order. I'm not made of money here. At least try to work with me on this? Nope! The best they can do is 5%. That doesn't even cover taxes. So now the family truck will sit for another who knows how long. Again, very disappointed.UPDATE.Customer service reached out and did what they could to reduce prices so I could reorder my parts. They were very timely, and I appreciate Kayla for everything she did. I didn't plan on being a return customer, but after our phone calls, I have changed my mind. If I need anything in the future, I'll order from pure diesel.

The staff is awesome, I just started using Pure Diesel Power. On my first order I thought there was a mistake and talked to them they were on top of fix the issue, turned out no issue my mistake. Now another order and it is filled shipped fast. You get the parts you need when you need them.

Received the wrong part contacted them they responded and had the correct part here the following day that s what I call great customer service and for that I am a happy customer and look forward to purchasing more parts from them in the future for my ol 7.3 thanks everyone the 7.3 is running great again!

Edit: We have came to a resolution real fast, what I thought was a first bad experience for me in dealing with Pure Diesel Power. Was just some bad communication, it was a good feeling knowing we have it all figured out. I will be shopping with them again and keeping it local! Thanks guysOriginal: Recently just purchase a few thousand dollars worth of trans parts. Everything is what I have purchased, one thing that was revised was the transmission lines I ordered. Ordering the parts online, the trans lines were placed on backorder. Opening the box or lines up in a box they look like the right ones until you physically cut the hoses and install the fittings and run them in your project. So its hard to tell until your acually ready to install. Anyways Pure Diesel tried contacting me through a text message about being back ordered or revised. There was never confimation that parts being shipped was correct. Once the parts arrived everything appeared to be right. Without actually taking the hose kit out and splicing it and threading it together in the truck. Its been 90 or so days in which I ordered the parts and their return policy is 30 days. I ordered the parts early so I could work on my trans project when it finally came in the shop. So when the parts or hose kit got placed on back order something happened there where I didnt get the right one. Now when I called and ask for an exchange not a refund. They still refused because of their "policy". I called Full Send Diesel which is where the lines are from or manufactured. I'm going to exchange them through Full Send Diesel instead of dealing with the return policy of Pure Diesel Power. Do not think you should be in sales and tell a person that is willing for an exchange in a item that because you dont stock it or have sold it recently that you cant return it. That I don't believe is my responsibilty.

Edit: I was contacted by management and my issue was resolved. Apparently the person in charge of the service I received was going through a stressful family situation. The manager apologized and corrected the issue.Sent me a defective product then blamed me for the defect and said they will do nothing about it.I ordered a Cummins front crank seal that ended up having a defect and large crack in the rubber. I could not see the defect initially as there is a plastic guide sleeve that needs to remain in place as you mount it in the engine cover that hid the defect. Once I noticed it I contacted Pure Diesel Power, explained the situation, and provided pictures. I had to go to the dealership and pick up a replacement part as I could not wait for shipping of a new one to get my engine back together.After a week they acknowledged the defect and said to send the seal back at my cost. I then asked for prepaid label as I should not be responsible for shipping for a defective part. Their response was: I just spoke with my management. You just stated you didn't see the defect until after it was installed. We have no way of knowing if that defect occurred during the installation. As well as destroying the part further to see the defect. Because of this we are unable to help you any further with this matter. I apologize for the inconvenience.Kendall I replied with photos showing the part was not destroyed. During removal and there is no signs showing I mounted the seal to the crank (no oil). They also claim I destroyed the part to show a defect, which I didn t. I only put my thumb next to the split rubber to show where the damage is. A week later I still have no reply.I will not do business with them again and I hope you don t have to deal with this poor service.

This is a amazing group of people, and a great place to take your diesel truck I had a injection failure and it was going to be a big project and costly but these guys worked with me great and got it done fast and even more they do amazing work and couldn t believe how comfortable I felt with spending so much money on a repair, they gave me confidence that I was getting a great service and that I did thanks guys a lot looking forward to seeing you guys again for my lift pump in the spring.

I ordered some parts online, had a complete failure of the parts. Customer service is non existent. I lost thousands of dollars in repairs, towing, and wages. Was on my way to work out of state when the part grenaded. Avoid if customer service is important to you.

I bought a rebuild kit from them 5 years ago for my 1999 ram 3500 24 valve cummins. Excellent service,shipping was quick and easy. The last the I bought was here reaseantly was on 7-28-202. It was a bd diesel high idle kit and it arrived today 7-30-2021. Once again quick shipping. Thank you people for your business. I will continue to buy parts as need I need them in The future.

I feel customer service across the automotive parts industry has kind of fallen apart over the last 2-5 years. That isn t true here. I ve placed 3-4 orders here over the last few months, and it has been nothing but stellar customer service, response times, shipping, competitive pricing, etc. These are personal experiences, but I ve managed shops, and there s multiple vendors I d have nothing good to say about in an honest opinion. Rather than bashing the bad, let s support some of the best. I highly recommend doing business with pure diesel power, and I ll be a consistently returning custome.

After dealing with delayed shipping with another company (we cancelled) we ordered from Pure Diesel. I called to place the order and the customer service was outstanding. He made sure to double check shipping time frame for me and within hours we had shipping confirmation. A week later the parts showed up.Thank you for running a company that runs smoothly and has great customer service.

If you are in need of anything diesel related, look no further than here.I have done business with these guys multiple times, always exceptional customer service, excellent shipping times and quality parts.Ordered a Revmax trans for my 16 Ram, 3 ish years later and it's still going strong. Recently ordered a turbo for the same truck and yet again seriously impressed with the recommendation and part.Truck runs 300 degrees cooler for egts, and picked up 2mpg. QUALITY!Truck flat out runs 110% better than factoryHands down the best place to buy your parts

Excellent customer service! I received a cooling hose set that wasn't exactly what was advertised and it wouldn't work for my intended purpose. After working through the problem with Erica she was able to resolve my issue to my complete satisfaction.I'm very happy with their service, prices and available products. Very disappointed with the customer service I ve received so far. Bought an idle controller for one of my tow trucks. It was the part in the picture to be exact. Part failed first time driving but worked what seemed to be proper while in the shop being installed. (We are a professional repair shop as well, installation was not the issue). Once we pulled the truck out to go on a tow the truck wouldn t take any throttle response. Had to turn the idle controller up about 1/4 of the way to get the gas pedal to respond and even after it did, it lacked power. Unhooked the 5 terminal connectors and throttle works like new so it s 100% a faulty part. Customer service didn t seem to care too much that it s a daily driven work truck and I m losing tons of money every day it stays down. (Must have idle up to make the bed functions work strong enough, won t lift vehicles without idle up). They said they have to contact the manufacturer before they can warranty it or whatever instead of just making it right. This review is based solely on customer support being they could use some serious improvements. Hopefully they correct the situation asap and I would Be happy to change the review, but as of now I stand behind the statement their customer service does not consider customers conditions nor do they even care to.Edit: I was told they don t warranty this item in house, that they had to speak with original dealer. That dealer requested to speak with me to troubleshoot it. So I did. He first asked me a bunch of repeat questions as if I didn t know anything. Kept bragging about how he rarely sees any fail, then changed to he s NEVER seen one fail, and continued to change that story throughout the conversation. I told him I m a tow company owner/operator and I didn t have the time to go do all of his tests, but still managed to find the time to do them. He had me disconnect a wire then plug it back in and tried to say I need to put a separate inline kill switch to it to kill power when not in use. Which is clearly not how this is designed to work. The maker of the switch refused to face the fact that one of his units are defective and that it s not possible because he s never had one fail. After all his tests were complete he agreed to send me a new unit. Just received an email stating that they want me to send the unit back for a refund instead. I literally just want my work truck back on the road, not to argue and debate and seems that s all these two places wish to do. So long story short, customer service is beyond bad here. Sad!

Amazing customer service, purchased for a business, we were missing things three different times (a lot had to do with tech not telling me everything missing at once) but every time I called there were no questions asked other then order#. every time Ariana was on it and we got next day to the business and got our customer going. We will defiantly be returning customer in the future. Thanks again Ariana for everything>

Had two pickups with two different failures had one truck fixed in three days the other less than 7 business days. Was informed there might not be parts for a week due to supply chain. Fantastic parts and awesome service department.

Found them on a Google search. Their price was so competitive with my local market I thought perhaps this was not a legitimate company. Called for Customer service to make sure. They answered my questions promptly. I decided to take a chance. The package was delivered ahead of schedule. I am glad I found them and will be shopping there in the future.
