I ve had better service, but the main thing is $187 to simply mount and balance 4 tires. Just mount, balance, stems ($2.99 ea.) and disposal of old tires. Takes about 25 minutes. No reason for them to be gouging people at those prices.

They were able to get me in the same day and even helped me out with another service that I wasn t there for. Very nice friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Had new tires put on, tire pressure sensors replaced and an alignment done. Also, had the spare on when I took the car in. They put the spare back underneath the vehicle correctly. Satisfied experience, good work, good service. I will continue to take my vehicles here.

They did a good job checking my car out and oil change. The wait was minimal. They have a nice waiting room. Price was good. Nice place to go.

I show up to my appointment I scheduled, stating my issues. Asked to have a reoccurring bead problem fixed and my tires rotated. I said, " Is there a bead seal we can put on my tires.." I was interrupted with."No, some of these vehicle manufacturers make certain alloy rims..." Once he finished carrying on about the vehicle manufacturers changing from steal rims, I rephrased my question because I changed tires in shop 25 years ago and knew there was. I have a luxury upgraded truck with aluminum rims. Interrupted again. Then, when they were done rotating my tires like I had scheduled, they hit me with an additional fee because the vehicle was newer and required a computer to rotate the tires. I will say swear words when I drive past them to different tire service centers.

Very good customer service! Rich did an excellent job in helping me choose the right tires for my vehicle. And the technician did a very good job explaining what he had done with my vehicle. I was in and out within an hour to get 4 tires replaced. I am very pleased.

With my car collection some of my vehicles have specialized needs. Pomp's have been there when it comes to wire wheels and all my tire issues. Their knowledgeable and fast to finish the job. The biggest surprise is they don't break the bank.

They gave me a fair price on new tires in stallation was fast and saw that I needed a alignment , and now my truck steers a lot better and they cleaned up my rims really good so it doesn't leak air. I believe they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had oil change completed. Friendly staff, quick to schedule appointment, got me in within a day, fast service, for a place of business the coffee was pretty good which is not typical. Office and waiting area were a little dirty but that s to be expected with the business. Would definitely go again.

I needed a tire repaired while visiting my daughter. They were very short handed for help and had to leave the tire there. I was hoping to just wait for it, but told them to call me when it was done. In a little over an hour they called. I was surprised but thankful.

I had great service. Pomp s Tire Service found a nail in my tire that 2 other tire shops could not find . Prices are fair and service is great .

I have been using Pomps in Marshfield for my private use and Municipality I work for. The guys ALWAYS get things done in a timely fashion and bring up issues that I may be unaware of. They are a great asset to the community. Great guys to work with. Pricing always good too which is always important.

Great service. Was able to get me in same day, had the tires I needed in stock. Pleasant and professional servicemen.......couldnt ask for better!! Will definitely be back......and I live 1.75 hrs away!!

Went in for a routine 6000 mile tire rotation. The pomps team found a nail in one of my tires. They removed the nail and plugged the hole.Rich at the counter is always pleasant to chat with during the service.

Honestly, the alignment was on the pricey side, but otherwise I m a happy camper. People buy from people, and I went to Pomp s because I like Rich Cram, the service writer. He s good people! Tires look good, and the alignment is noticeable, so it needed doing!

Quality work, completed work within estimated time, and HONEST. The last part is tough to find. They had the opportunity to charge me for something which was already there (a sensors) but they present a company with integrity and reprogrammed the current sensor instead. That saved me money and showed their quality.Good work, good people, and honest...everything you want from a tire shop.
