My best friend and I went to buy a couple tools and some break pads for my vehicle (front and back) and Dan was super helpful and very knowledgeable and showed us how to use a calipers tool. He also gave us a discount on a couple items so we didn't have to put the front break pads back. I would give 10 stars if I could and would definitely go back and work with Dan again. If you see this Dan we appreciate your help and thank you again

Stopped to ask about a battery. Elizabeth was so helpful I went back to purchase my battery. They took the old one, replaced it with the new and I didnt get my hands dirty. Not only did I get a charged battery, I got directions and a charge out of the employees. Thank you guys. Elizabeth is a keeper.

Terrible. There open for business and you can purchase items, however my ignition is locked and my steering wheel is locked and staff will not come out of the store to assist me. But they sure took my money and we're not even 2 ft away from me when I gave them my money. They were wearing no masks and they had no clear plastic divider between me and them when I purchased coolant.

Just outstanding customer service. The manager, Mike, and his crew are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 3 auto parts stores at the intersection. Don't bother going anywhere but O'Reillys. (AND THEIR PRICES ARE GREAT)

Great customer service. I have had a better experience here than other places in town. Price of break parts were a little more than others but worth paying a bit more to get great service.

Good service...unfortunately limited/no choices for German cars for usual items like wipers or coolant. Had to return my wipers after it was suggested as OEM prooduct. Can not blame the location for system suggesting incorrect parts. Good overall experience

O'Reilly's is my number one go to store for automotive repair. They may not have the part u need. But the staff will go out of there way to find a similar part. If they don't they can have the part next day depending on what u need. The staff is outstanding n VARY help. N probably the lowest prices around the Marshfield area.
