Avoid this excrement extravaganza of a company at all cost. The old Monroe was great...Since being sold to Aebi Schmidt they are absolutely horrible. The Marshfield WI location is where we used to do business.. Zero customer service on all fronts. They've been sitting on a credit balance on our account for months... They won't send us an invoice, won't refund the credit balance.. Do not respond to emails... Don't answer their phone... The salesman we dealt with is apparently either comatose or brain dead. What a POS outfit.

Well, this USE to be a good place to buy emergency equipment. About a month ago however, I went onto their website under contact and filled out their form for an estimate on a Federal Signal Xstream Interior Warning Light. They never returned my message. Evidently, they are only targeting businesses and don't care about individual sales.

Probably the best truck repair I have been to. So with being a truck driver I have been to my fair share of repair shops. The employees have gone above and beyond in my opinion there.
