I arrived at the dealership for the Chevrolet 1st Maintenance a few minutes early.Google tells me that this appointment may take upwards of an hour . After one and three quarters of an hour later, I noticed my vehicle parked outside. No one had told me it was finished. I found my service writer chatting with the person seated next to him. When I asked about my vehicle he told me that he needed to do the paperwork. I waited several more minutes until he had me sign the paperwork. I have not been told why the wait was so long although one person said he was going to find out.I consider my time as a precious, finite asset, maybe this dealership-s service department does not.There must be some service departments that care about their customers more than this one seems to.

Bill and Aaron did an excellent job of taking care of my vehicle when stranded on the highway. From hooking me up with a tow, making sure I had a rental if needed and staying late to get me on the road!! Much appreciated!!

My first time at your facility and i can honestly very pleased. The receptionist when I called Monday AM an absolute sweat heart,Bill in service, very easy to talk to, thorough with details of service being performed without overwhelming technical terminology that can get confusing fast, good experience from start to finish.My opinion, owners of dealerships should be proud to know they have good people on their staff.
