I would never go here again because of dishonest service and poor communication. It took 2/3 of the summer to get repaired. They ordered parts that I did not need without asking and my lawnmower blew up after the 2nd use after repairs. I took my mower apart and found a part that was on wrong and ordered the correct parts and fixed it myself. I wasted $530.00 dollars

Believe me if I could make this a 1/2 star I would. We took our pressure washer to Huntz Service Center on May 4th. We picked it up yesterday, still not fixed. That being said I also HAVE NEVER been talked to by any person in any setting the way the girl talked to me. She even asked John to come out and explain things and he would not. Now I have to take the pressure washer somewhere else to get it fixed. NEVER take anything to Huntz Service Center that you want fixed. Worst place ever.

Can't explain why the other reviewer's experience with Huntz Service was so different from ours. (I think there are maybe only 3 people on staff there, so it might explain why they had to leave a message when called.) In any case, when we needed warranty work on a Li-ion battery powered blower (which was purchased at Menards), they referred us to Huntz Service Center. They got it done for us without any problems. Jessica was the person we worked with and she was able to get the replacement parts and kept us informed about the process. We wound up not having to pay anything for the repair because of the terms of the warranty and just very pleased overall.

No complaints, did what they said they would, fair price, and thats better than you get at some places. Friendly, informative.. would go back... have several times.

Awful experience. Dropped 2 sets of blades off to be sharpened on a Thursday evening. It is now next week Wednesday and they still ARE NOT even touched. Taking my business elsewhere. Don't go here, and don't let anyone you know go here!!

Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Small family run business that take the time to make sure that you are happy.

Communication with the customer is poor. Staff always seem to be agitated. Service was slow. I would not use them again.

No one around during scheduled store hours. No one answers phone and no answering system to leave message.
