Jon and Ryan were absolutely phenomenal. We set up to test drive the vehicle we purchased and after some miscommunication, we ended up working with both of them. They worked very quickly on a Saturday to get us our financing and get us out the door with our new vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service we received!

Kate, Patrick and Ryan made our buying experience so easy. They were so extremely helpful and did absolutely everything they could to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I will be sending anyone that is looking for a car to this dealership. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

We purchased a vehicle from Gross Motors in Black River Falls. The vehicle had been smoked in. After working with Ryan in Marshfield he took care of getting our vehicle in right away to treat it. He was very upfront and honest about the treatment and chances of removing the smell. We were very pleased that after the treatment we can no longer smell smoke. Ryan went above and beyond and was very helpful. We truly appreciated what he did for us!

I can t say enough good things about the Service department here!! They charge very reasonable fees for their services, and always try different ways to diagnose things before assuming you have some catastrophic failure of a sensor or expensive part and forcing you to pay a ton to replace it. The Service Writers are super kind and respectful. The waiting area is comfortable. As long as I m in Marshfield, Gross is the only place I ll bring my vehicle for service!

Always nice and friendly. They lead you through the process and are good at explaining what is needed and if they find something questionable they will let you know. They also have a nice waiting lounge with coffee and soda.

Buying a car can be stressful and scheduling service maintenance/ repairs can be a hassle, but not so much when you work with these people. Jon Wenzel was very friendly and patient when we bought our car in 2021, and Ryan Hauge, the GM, was a pleasure to work with - very professional and knowledgeable. When I dropped my car off for a repair recently , Diane Malsin had all my paperwork ready and I was out of there, with a loaner, within 5 minutes. No fuss, no waiting, and exceptional customer service!

The people at Gross of Marshfield are AMAZING. My boyfriend and I went here a year ago when we were in a bind and had only a week to get a vehicle. We talked to Ryan and Chris and they immediately got to work on looking for a vehicle for us. Sara was great at helping us fill out financial paper work and talking us through everything so we understood the process. With-in a few days we were driving off the lot with a great car. After having the car for only a year I had an unfortunate accident and was rear-ended and the vehicle was totaled so again I returned to this AWESOME crew for help. I went back to talk with Ryan and Chris and let them know what happened and that I again I needed their assistance. They got right to work! After looking at a few cars and a test drive I found my dream car. We got to work right away filling out paper work and again Sara walked me through everything! Everyone here is AMAZING, even though we didn't work directly with John W. or Joe they were always so friendly and willing to talk to us and answer our question as well. The service dept is also great with a friendly staff and we now take all our vehicles there. I highly recommend this place and the crew. Thank you all for everything!

Kate was absolutely wonderful!! She was personal and professional! I recommend working with her! She actively listens to what you are looking for in a vehicle and she did not waste any of my time with vehicles that did not have the features I was looking for. 10 out of 10 for Kate! I am so happy I was able to purchase my new Buick with her!!!

We came in looking for a particular kind of car for me and we weren't disappointed.We dealt with Jon and he couldn't have been better.He found me the car of my dreams, answered all of my questions and treated us really well.We are very pleased with our purchase and the people we worked with. All were very professional and very nice.I would highly recommend to friends.

Kate Moorhead was such a great help when my husband and I purchased our 2014 Chevrolet Equinox from Gross Motors in Marshfield. We have been running around in our grocery getter!! Jon in sales went above and beyond with all the help we needed with our 2023 suburban. We were having so much troubles with onboard media stuck in demo mode from a previous dealership. This is the reason i keep returning to gross motors. Sales, service and all around staff are top rank in the industry. When I was just looking for a new car back in 2022 they weren t trying to sell a car. They stopped and listen and we re will to give me a list of vehicles that would be in my price range. Now I still come here for all my oil changes and tune ups. When I come in I always get greeted with a smile and I just enjoy come there. I will definitely come back here for my next vehicle.

It's been a few years since I purchased my vehicle from Gross Buick. I dealt with Jon. I contacted Gross via message from I think Carfax. Being in Stevens Point and Gross being in Marshfield I wanted to figure out to get my car appraised and to see the vehicle I was interested in person without multiple trips. Jon contacted me and indicated he traveling somewhere through Stevens Point. He and his sales manager actually brought the vehicle to my home. Jon and I took the LaCrosse for a test drive while his manager took my car. We completed to details of the deal in my driveway with a hand shake and then finalized the deal and paperwork about a week later. Thanks Jon for bringing honesty, integrity, and how car deals used to be done back into the mix. The personal touch you provided with never be forgotten. Thanks again.

Kate was so great and helpful with every step of my car buying process! I showed up with very little notice to look at a car, fell in love with it and came back a few days later to purchase. Extremely friendly and welcoming! I would highly highly recommend Kate!
