Asked them to tow my vehicle from the parking lot to the street, they put it the wrong way on the street! Asked them to fix it and told me it would be another 125$ stupid! Rob was completely disrespectful and refused to own up to his mistake 0/10 would not recommend

He did a great job on my exhaust and I cant argue with the great prices. I bring both of my vehicles to them. They're all really nice, easy going people and they get the work done without scamming you. They explain all the stuff they're doing to your car and let you see it on the car so you can understand what's wrong with the car (otherwise I wouldn't understand what I was paying for)Im really glad we have such a great shop in town!! -Rachael

Great place, just purchased my first truck with them and it was a straight forward easy process. Update: I would not recommend them if you are buying a vehicle, I called them to get a service done in a truck I recently bought ( less than a week ago ) and they played stupid like they didn't know what a tie rod was!! How sadto own/work at a auto shop yet act like that just to not show how good of a company you are, well now everyone knows and I hope trust this update.

These guys are no-nonsense, honest, old school mechanics. They don't waste your time and money trying to sell you things you don't need like many other shops in the area do. They will tell you the true condition of the vehicles they sell and are the most affordable and dependable towing and snow removal service I've ever had. Greatly appreciated!

I would recommend dons automotive to anybody that needs their car or truck fixed. I live in Stevens Point but on a recent trip to Marshfield my alternator failed in my 2007 Honda Fit. Don's replaced my alternator with out an appointment and got me rolling down the road within 2 hours. Very reasonable rates I appreciate everything that they did for me. Thank you againMike Fletcher

Great group of guys. Had a bad battery and with the cool Wisconsin weather it wouldn't start. Got a jump and a new battery. These guys were very pleasant during the entire job even with call after call fit more assistance needs.Thank you!

Had to have my SUV towed this morning, called and Don's was super friendly, and very reasonably priced. The service was impeccable and very prompt. 10/10 will recommend to everyone.

I sent an inquiry on a 2011 Jeep Compass that was listed at this business and the lady that answered the FB message was rude. I could have been a potential customer but def lost my business. I hope the Mary is not the owner of this place if so she should be fired.

Failed to test drive after he worked on my vehicle. So when I got it back, power steering was making noises. Vehicles always comes back with more problems. Failed to communicate a dangerous problem with my car. Had another machanic look at it with me. Does not itemize his bills. Other mechanics know about how he works on cars and runs his business and calls him a crook. I will NEVER go there again. BEWARE

These guys are the best! If you want great service, fast turnaround, and honest answers to your automotive questions, this is the place you want to go. I don't know if this is a compliment or not, but if you want the "old-fashioned" grease monkey guy working on your car like I do, Don's Automotive is the place!

Not very customer friendly. I work 8 to 5 they would not let me make an appointment for after hours no mater what. So I will never use them for anything.

Their quality of service is great and very knowledgeable mechanics as well they get the job done and do it with great professionalism and very efficient they've earned a business with both my vehicles and will definitely return when in need of a shop

Im new in town, and was concerned My GM was running rich and might be given the run around, or sold expensive repairs I dont need. They explained what caused the problem and fixed it for a fair price. I will be bringing my vehicles there in the future.

Good service but does not have all equipment
