Excellent service and professionalism. I service my retired fire engine (used for shows, parades, etc) here and everyone at Midstate is top notch. They really care about the customer and it shows. They don t just say they can t do something because they ve never done it. They learn and grow with you to find a solution.

Called needing a front brake chamber. Specifically asking if i would get in and out in under 2 hours. They said yes. Its 3 hours now and they didnt have part, so they went and got the chamber. Got back to the mechanics and wrong part. Im still sitting here. Disappointed.

Josh and April, awesome people... Josh took care of my Kenworth and was very informative and educated me on care of my tractor. April processed the paperwork, took my money and was very sweet. I like this place, everyone was welcoming and helpful! Thanks MidState!!
