I made a claim in the end of October. Art's did an estimate and then told me I needed to have my insurance companys aproval for the extras. Been waiting since then to hear from someone for 6 months. I finally made a complaint to my insurance company and find out that it was all approved and Art's knew this.I call down there and some rude man answers and tells me that the guy that was working with me was not there. I asked if he could call me back. The guy said yeah. 3 weeks since that call was put in.I drive down there today April 10 and stood in the office for over 15minutes. Guys in the shop see me, but NO ONE acknowledged me. So I left.I now will be doing my business with 1030 Auto body across the street from Arts. They made an appointment for me next week.I am done doing business with Arts. The least they could have done was be honest and tell me they did not want to do this.My claim did not bring in the big money most claims do and I believe this was why I was teated like I was waisting their time. Done with their snotty rudeness and being brushed off.I really don't even care to give them a one star rating.

Long story short I had hail damage this past month. I knew exactly where I wanted to go from all the good reviews and comments from people. So I was feeling really good and optimistic about stopping by the shop and hoping to hop on that long list I knew there would be. As I was waiting behind the customer in front of me I overheard some saddening information. The owner was saying how he did not want and disliked fixing anything older than a 2012 because it makes them no money (I have a 2010 in amazing condition and cannot afford a newer vehicle in this economy at the moment so it made me feel like I was poor and not thought about). He also stated he does and WILL keep putting people with new vehicles to the top of their list meaning I will keep being bumped to the back. With that information I didn't know what to do. So as I was next in line I just had myself added. But sadly in the future I will go elsewhere as my car and myself as a person is not important to them.

Great local place in Marshfield. No B.S. and definitely worth the visit. They're currently working on my second vehicle. Remember, people, Rome wasn't built in a day, so let them get it done right.

Paul and the guys at Art s are incredible. I took my truck there for undercoating and they were so kind, professional, and attentive. They got me in for the appointment quickly, got the job done quickly, and were the best price in town. The quality of work is incredible and I can t say enough good things about them. I returned from RV'ing in Tucson to sell it and rent an apartment here in Marshfield. I had stored things at the U-Haul in Chippewa Falls for the past two years. I requested a truck and they said no problem but two days before they said I'd have to pick the truck up in Menomonie now adding another hour onto my drive from Marshfield. They would not under any circumstance go get the truck for me. So I checked Penske's website and found that Art's Body shop was a dealer. I called, they had a truck and also had a 'special' at the time with a discount. Treated like I was important and just all around nice people. I had them fix a door handle on the RV outside storage area last year and it was done perfectly. Really great place to do business with.

A very deceptive auto body shop. Went their this past october to have spider cracks in bumper repaired and refinished. Made the mistake of mentioning insurance claim to him. Told me you can't fix those spider cracks and they would need to order a new bumper and paint which would cost surprise exactly the amount I recieved for the claim $950.Went to Pk auto body down the road this week. They said no problem fixing spider cracks and refinishing for $400. About $650 to $700 if I ordered a new bumper and had them paint and finish.Art is still living in a time period of screwing people over from lack of knowledge. When I go home and research fixing spider cracking on bumpers and see people repairing worse damage and have a professional telling me you cant and another professional down the street saying no problem their is a serious problem.

No masks during covid mask mandate. Man at desk treated me like I was wasting his time. Estimates cost 20$. I was told they do not do complete paint jobs. Total waste of time.
