We went to the on on the corner first and good service so I asked if the other Advance might have it. So we went there and I wish I could remember his name but a really nice sales guy was working answered our guestions and gave fantastic service! We were so pleased with the help we got! I do remember that he liked the Night Before Christmas cuz we got a air freshener of it Would definitely be back!!

Advance auto parts is a solid store. They have reasonable hours, and their supply is good. Staff is friendly, as well as knowledgeable. A great store for in and out trips.!!

They r helpful with somethings depending on the person u go to. But if u have to get something from the warehouse down the road from them. Plan on waiting for awhile there. I gave them 15 minutes before I went to pick up my shocks n I still ended up waiting in the customer pick up area for another 15 minutes n when the guy finally showed up with my shocks he was unfriendly n just handed me my shocks n didn't even apologize for the wait or have a good day he just walked back into the warehouse.

I was at O'reilly's Auto Part store today purchasing coolant. They sure were ok about taking my money, for what I purchased from them. But...when I went outside to start my car, my ignition was locked, along with my steering wheel and tires. I went back inside to ask for help and they said that they could not help me. I assertively stated " I just purchased coolant from your store and that I was not even 2 feet away from you you when I made my purchase, and you can't even go outside to assist me with my locked steering wheel?" A staff member approached me and said with an attitude " I guess i'll come out to help you, but I am not supposed to, that it's company policy." He came outside and begrudgingly took my keys and for two seconds he shook my ignition key and tried to turn my steering wheel andsand nothing happened. So he got out of my car and than stated that he didn't know why this was happening and that I should call for help. I than looked directly across the street and I saw Advanced Auto Parts. I called them and I told them what had occurred at O'reilly's and what was going on with my car. The associate said that he would come right over to help me.And he did. And he did unlock my steering column . Thank you Associate "BEAU" from Advanced Auto Parts . I did return what I purchased at O'reilly's and drove my unlocked Crown Victoria to Advanced Auto Parts to purchase my coolant.Thank you Beau and Advanced Auto Parts for your great customer service!!!!

if i could post zero stars i would. i walked in and stood in front of the parts counter for at least two full minutes. there were FOUR part sellers each in their spot. two were on the phone. those two are excused. the other two idiots ignored me completely as if i wasn't there. there was NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE.. i waited long enough to realize I would not get the help I needed. eff em. I'll go to NAPA
