I cannot tell you how much Travis and his crew helped me out when my car got some pretty gnarly hail damage this past year. I had previously had a bad experience somewhere else and he went above and beyond to make sure my experience with him was top notch. He treated me more like a friend than just another client coming through the door. I mean it when I say that Travis and his crew will be my next call for any autobody needs. It truly is nice to know there are still good people and businesses out there that care about the people and the work they do. 1030 Auto Body is the place to go people!

I hit a deer, had it towed to Wheeler Chevy Dealership; they estimated 14 days of labor plus a high price of almost $12K for new parts and total labor. (Not to mention they couldnt even begin repairs until Nov 28th!!!) Allstate didn't agree and insisted on used parts and a slightly lower price, so Chevy refused to do the job. I called around and saw 1030 Auto online with great reviews. I called Travis, he told me he'd go take a look that night and within five hours of me calling he agreed to do the job. He picked it up on a trailer himself and got it to his shop the next day free of charge Oct 19 '22. He had the body work and hood/fender paint job done Oct 26 '22 with NEW PARTS. He took the insurance money, took a cut out of his labor profits to make sure he gave me back an awesome looking ride instead of giving back a dinged up car with scratched up salvaged parts the insurance gave me in their estimate; Allstate customer service representative said is they estimate "whatever is most cost-effective for Allstate". He refused to give me back junk. He had it done in SEVEN DAYS, half the time chevy said, and its done before Halloween (long before thanksgiving) with brand new parts for a bit over $8K.Waited two more days for one tire he went out of his way to get that the insurance didnt even put on their estimate. He found one of two left around of no longer made tires that had been put new on my car in July; so I have a matching set still!! He didn't even have us pay out of pocket for it (since it wasnt on estimate); he said it's a gift. Yesterday the tire was on and today I have keys in hand and car at home. It runs awesome and it looks even better than it did!! Travis is a personable dude that really cares about the job and the customers. My husband and I will be returning for auto and repair work, as he's the best we've dealt with all these years going to people in the industry. He was real and honest with who he is and his work, and really went out of his way for us!!! He even fixed up some small unrelated body dings on our car! I had hit a deer with my car and Travis was amazing at explaining and communicating everything to me about the process of getting my car fixed! He came to my house to look at my can and had an estimate to me within a few hours of what it would cost! He got me in as soon as possible and explained how the whole process worked with my insurance and everything when my insurance did not. He communicated with me about when my car would be fixed and was very professional. I will definitely be taking my car back to him if something like this happens again! Travis is the young man who owns his own shop.He is very knowledgeable and very helpful and very reasonable. His quote of the price was reasonable price for the repair. If a piece came in damaged that he ordered. He We ordered the piece again and not charge you anymore. He would get you in as fast as he could because he's so busy period and he stands behind what he does. We used 1030 Auto Body after hitting a deer in town - we picked them mostly because they were still open at that point, but am glad we did and wouldn't want to use anybody else in the future. Travis was great - very friendly and professional. Every step in the process went more quickly then we expected, and our vehicle looked as good if not better than before we hit the deer! I brought my car into 1030 and was grateful to have just such a place in town. Travis owns and operates it on his own and he is always great to talk with. Every time I talk with him it seems like he has nothing better to do even though he has work already lined up for months. When you are there, you are all that matters.The quality of his workmanship made my car look better than it has prior to the accident. It was very well done and I put it through a test by looking at lines in the pavement through the reflection of the newly completed repair and the reflected lines remained straight as I moved along the repair. I also checked for any hint of o change in the paint from the repaired section to the original section and I could. It see any difference. Very impressed.Service: Body & Trim

I ve had to bring in two jobs with one being a front deer hit and the other a hit and run that tore up the whole driver side of my truck. With the little mechanical/body work knowledge I have, I wouldn t ever imagine how I would get it done. But with the great knowledge and paying close attention to detail, my truck came out the same way I bought it! He s very smart when it comes to knowing all of his stuff about vehicles and I would place a large bet that if he didn t, your vehicle wouldn t leave his shop until the job is complete to pristine shape.We often run into or hear a lot of stories of bad customer service and we re left in disgust and wondering how someone can do that and expect good results.Well, 1030 Auto Body will not let that happen to you. Myself and the other fellow people that have gotten work done here would point you here if you need any work done. Thanks for all you have done as well as in the future!Service: Body & Trim

Travis does amazing work! He is very friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I had some severe rust on 2 of my doors which required the doors to be replaced. Travis sourced some great condition used doors, painted the doors, and exchanged all the components so they looked brand new. I d highly recommend him for any body work over anyone else in town. His prices are reasonable and he really knows what he is doing. I can t say enough good things about him!

After my accident, I didn't know where to take my car to get it fixed. I found 1030 Auto Body after Googling and saw they had a Facebook page. I sent a message not expecting to hear anything back for awhile because it was a Saturday but got a response very quickly. I set up an appointment for the following Monday not really knowing what to expect. Travis helped me through everything as far as my insurance goes and ordered the parts needed to fix my car. One part was back-ordered and took months to come in but once all parts were in, Travis got me in right away and even had a loaner vehicle for me to use in the meantime. I can't thank Travis enough for the amazing work he did on my car and for making it as stress free as possible. He took on one heck of a job when it came to my car. I hit a deer and had a lot of damage. Travis handled everything with my insurance company for me, making sure that everything was fixed to his specifications and not the insurance companies cheap fixes. You can't even tell my car was in a crash. The paint job he did is absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend TJ's Collision for any type of body work or paint work. Travis is great to work with and is very skilled!! Thank you so much Travis for everything!!

Of the few body work experiences I've had, TJ's was hands down the best. Even with an insurance claim, the process was easy, fast, and my car came back looking better than new. No hassle with a rental, and I had my car back much sooner than I expected based on other experiences elsewhere.Travis is passionate about his skills, and it definitely shows! Highly recommend to anyone who needs body work done!

I first had my car there to repair a hit and run that damaged the front end of my car. Travis got it fixed up and looking brand new in less than the estimated time. Unfortunately a few days later, I ruined all his hard work by rear ending someone during some bad storms. Travis got it back in and fixed all over in less than the estimated time again! He was great to work with, very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of repair!Service: Body & Trim

Travis is honest and straightforward. He does professional high quality work. Never had any issues with communication or my vehicle. He had my car ready when he said it would be ready. I brought my car in for a front bumper insurance job and TJs got it in and done with a top quality job. I later brought my project car in for a full paint job. He didn't fail to disappoint with a top notch paint job that was not only done before my deadline but he also added in some extra touches including shading out my taillights and marker lights to add flavor to the specific paint job. I would 100% recommend Travis Jensen to anyone for any type of paint work. Awesome guy and awesome work!
