Service request to have 4 new Good Year tires mounted with Red Dot at valve stem as per Good Year s recommendation. 2+3+ hours later, vehicle had 18 miles on it and they washed the red dots off. They also found my receipt I left In vehicle and took it; resulting in a 3rd return back to get receipt. Receipt does not state the 3 hours rework of vehicle. We discussed Good Year s recommendations to position tires with Red dot at valve stem. They asked not to continue with Good Year s recommendation to schedule elsewhere for correct mounting; and Ford stated bring back here for corrections. I believe someone used my car to go home for lunch; that would explain the 18 miles and 3 hours.

Excellent customer care and very easy to work with. They understood my needs and we worked out a schedule to work on the car over a couple visits to break up the cost. Ended up buying a new car - not under any pressure - with 250,000 miles on the old Edge, I was extremely happy to purchase a brand new 2023 Edge and hope it will give me the dependability and reliability of my 2010 Edge. From every aspect, this dealership has show me great service and I am happy to recommend them to anyone! Quality, Service, Care!

Genuinely, I could not recommend this dealership more! After a bad experience at a neighboring dealership, I began working with Roy Hubbard (salesman) along with the rest of the dealership team to find a truck of my dreams and was absolutely impressed!Roy took the time to listen closely to exactly what I wanted and needed in a truck. I was never spoke down to nor made to feel pressured to buy. He took time to actively communicate about what I wanted and provided reassurance that eventually we would find the dream truck!Roy continuously sent me updates on his search as well as showing me options that came through the dealership lot that seemed to be close to meeting my wish list. Roy and the team treated me like family, never made me question myself, & always made sure I was happy!I recommend Roy & crew to everyone I know && am grateful to have fallen into the hands & ford family I did!

Worked with Sam as our salesperson. He was open to discussing what we were looking for and followed up after we had left the lot. Overall the buying process was really easy for me and I'm happy with the car so far.

Awesome workers Axel was able to get our vehicle in much soon than we expected.Helped very much knowing we travel about 65 miles one way to cancer treatments 5 days a week.Thanks to the motor company 1 less thing to worry about now.

My past 10 years of having The Motor Company care for my 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid Has been the best Auto decision I've ever made. Their complete monitoring of my vehicle has allowed me to achieve my goal and desire of 300,000 on a new vehicle!! This done with what could only be refereed to as the "Bare Minimum Maintenance". I also see why Ford began making the Escape Hybrid , again, in 2020! Great to know, now, that I can get another, with even greater technology, a couple of more 100,000 miles down the road!

Went and test drove an F150 with a buddy who's looking for a new truck. Nice dealership and sales people. Hended up buying the truck and they've been great addressing any issues he's had!

I just picked up my 23 Bronco Raptor. Everyone at Town & Country Ford, Quinnesec. ,Mi. was first class. Ask for salesperson Cody Moon. He really knows his stuff. Great to deal with.

I had 3.5 Hours wasted here to program keys to a 2000 F-250 (Excursion), I was quoted $65, I had already programmed fobs and had one key that worked, I had two keys that still needed to be programmed, but they were cheaper ebay's that I belived could work, that I had already gotten cut.They attempted to program the keys I provided, and then informed me afterwords that it failed and the vehicle was bricked, and that my original key wouldn't work either.A.K.A. I WAS TRAPPED HERE. They made up a story where they had to go to another of their locations to get the keys. They then charged me $70 more to get "new" keys that still had the ACE HARDWARE logo on them. THANKS I WILL NEVER BE BACK!TLDR: They grossly wasted my time for a quick 10 min job, and did not inform me before proceeding of possible consequences. I would of gone and purchased higher quality keys before committing had I been informed of this, as what they provided me with actually look cheaper than what I was attempting to get programed.

My husband call you to unlock his car at 8am,you said you'll be coming within 80minutes. We waited and call you again at 1:pm and said,will be here at 2pm if not call you back. It's already 3:40pm and we still waiting,my husband didn't sleep for waiting for your service from working 12 hours last night. What kind of company you are? Very bad service!!! Should just say,you cannot able to do a service for his car or what time exactly you'll be coming so at least,he can get some sleep before he go back to work tonight!!! You don't even deserve 1 star!!

Katie was great. She stuck with me untill I found exactly what I needed. She spent 6-7 months finding me a truck and would send me pictures of everything that may interest me. It took awhile but she never stopped looking and that is awesome service. I highly recommend her services for finding a vehicle to anyone out there.

If you want a place that lacks willing communication, then this is the place for you. I had to call to get updated, and not once I ever received an estimate of completion. I then had to call in to work because I was not given a rental car;two people said they would get me a car rental, and the last said I couldn t get one. In the end, they didn t fix the problem because I completely irritated by the situation. I do not recommend.

Everything went really well with my full service oil change appointment. The customer service rep I worked with was kind, professional and offered for me to become part of their awesome reward program. The mechanic showed me my air filter and I thought it needed to be replaced, but rather than go for a sale, he was honest with me and told me that it was actually in good condition, just needed a little bit of TLC. I will definitely return!

I always take my vehicle to The Motor Company to be serviced. They are always nice and do quality work. I have never had a problem. When there was an issue with my Escape they went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong.

Booked me in I arrived a couple of mins early they had my papers prepared took truck immediately showed me what was going to be done with approximate cost. Service was done quickly I was asked and shown air and cabin filters which were still like new but asked if I wanted them replaced, tires were rotated and completed all in very short time around 20 minutes, staff were friendly and polite I was very happy with the experience.

Purchased a solid used vehicle from the place. Sales wasn't pushy and informative. They've made good on warranty and recall parts. The service department is great. Far better than other places I've dealt with. I'll continue to buy from them in the future.

After a rough start to my repair the staff went out of their way to make the mix right and a nightmare of a headache into a glimmer of light. My ACM went out and put in a new part which was faulty but made it clear another would be put in at no charge plus loaned me a car to use while they fix mine for the evening which was my son's birthday. He was so excited when I showed up and he was still able to make it to his birthday party. Thanks Ford of Marinette

Excellent service and excellent sales department. This is our 4th purchase from The Motor Company and I'm sure there will be many more in the future. Our salesmen Nate is the best and appreciate all his help. Management is amazing and could not ask for better all the way around.

Overall they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and fairly priced. I had both my oil changed and then brakes done. Both times they answered my questions and asked for approval before doing anything not specifically requested. I will be going back!

The Motor Company had the vehicle I was looking for. One call it was put on hold for us, an 1-1/2 hour drive to look it over, drive it, it was a no brainer purchase. During our test drive they inspected our trade in then wrote up a very fair and equitable trade value.As the vehicle was being prepped for delivery, the finance manager recommended a local eatery that was beyond good. An old fashion diner that served the best burgers and malts.When we returned the vehicle was ready, the paperwork complete and after writing out the check we were on our way back home.Done deal in a very professional and easy process in small town USA!

Wonderful service and the work itself went above and beyond at the collision center. Did a great job at fixing my car and providing a rental for me during that time. Even clean out my car, not an easy task in the vehical of a busy mom & student, I thought it was a very kind gesture.Did a really fantastic job fixing my car as well as buff out a couple minor things while they were at it as well that they didn't have.to do.When in the market to upgrade vehicles I will check her first because of the wonderful treatment and service I received.

Was meeting my son, who lives in Madison WI, to have his snow tires put on his car last Saturday. Picked The Motor Company because it was about half way for both of us (I'm in the eastern end of Upper Michigan) plus it was one of very few places open on a Saturday. Called and made an appointment with them at their Quick Lane center on site. Glad I did. Convenient location, had us in and out quickly and even was willing to make schedule changes when we thought we'd have to make changes to the tires I brought. (Didn't need to) The staff was great to work with. Write up person was GREAT. Very friendly & helpful. Sorry I can't remember her name. Even let us bring the dog inside instead of walking around outside in the cold. If I lived in the area I would use them often.

I have never been treated by any car dealer as well as I was treatedat The Motor Company. Everything was explained in great detail andI know I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. We areextremely happy with how our vehicle drives, handles, and looks. The salesmen and finance manager were top notch as far as we are concerned.We really couldn't be happier.
