I can t say enough good words about this place! Everyone is always super friendly!Was very awesome to get an appointment two days after calling to schedule an appointment for mounting and balancing! That s awesome considering other tire places are backed up by one to two weeks or so. Thank you everyone from RSI! You do awesome work!Service: Tires

I brought my car in today for new tires and an oil change. They were professional and prompt. They had my new tires on and my oil changed in about an hour! I rook my truck in for a diagnostic and they claimed one of my brakes was locked up to the post where my wheel wasn't turning. I know this wasn't the case when I drove it there, but told them to fix it. I was grossly overcharged for the parts. Then they had a list of things they claimed I needed, all of which weren't needed according to the garage I took it to for a second opinion. And even if it had needed the parts, some were priced to me at 4 times the amount they would cost anywhere else. Terribly unethical and I will never go back there

They replaced the CV axle on my 2007 Lexus is 250. They were super quick and friendly. I will be coming back here again for any other work I need for my other vehicles. Cheap, fair price. Well worth checking out!

The staff at RSI are very friendly and actually listen to your concerns..I called this morning about 1030 asking to about an appt and they tell me drop your car off and we can take a glance at it this afternoon i was exspecting it to sit overnight. .nope got a call 5 hours later saying my car was fixed and i can come get it and they made sure my fluids were full..speedy service way to go guys with service like that i cant help but brag.

Call on Friday have 4 tires put on my truck. After giving them all the info. They tell me 60 bucks 66 an change with tax. Make an appointment for Monday, get there he tries to charge me $85.00 without disposal. And this is before even touching the tires. I shoulda known to stick with NKS or one of the many other reputable places in town instead of rushing to get it in. No wonder they were the only ones with an open schedule. What a joke. Will never give this place any business .

My recent High School graduate daughter and her 3 friends were on their way from Milwaukee area to Upper Peninsula Michigan when they noticed something not right with tire on their car. I called ahead, spoke to Dan on the phone asking if they had time to look at her car. They immediately did, realized there was loose lug nuts. They did an inspection on the rest of the car, checked air and etc and sent my daughter and group on their way with no charge. Outstanding service! Thank you!!

They were able to do basics well, but failed to repair our leaking fuel line on a Mazda Millenia. The stained driveway is proof. Leak repair lasted only a week or so(parked.) Needless to say we've only put ten miles on the odometer since last year!

I was traveling from out of town and stranded with no fan on my AC in the heat. Got my car in and diagnosed in an hour the work took another hour. Friendly and amazing work. Thanks so much for helping a gal out!

They have fantastic service people and prices are good! Most of all, they get things done and not make you sit and wait! I will come all the way from northern Marinette County just to come there when needed.

Dan is amazing to our family's vehicles and he always is very polite . We refuse to go anywhere else. They always usually get you in the same day as well .
