Not really a good company anymore.I was a PJ'S automotive customer and when he sold out & Nick took over, I was screwed.I made arrangements to have a blower motor to be installed, my appointment was at 7am, the owner didn't start on my van till about 9am, he didn't have the part on hand and we had to wait till about 10:30 am before that finally showed up, Nick installed it, pulled my van out & I paid him 189.00 plus a tip, which I was being kind for his lateness with my van. Well sad to say as I was on my way back to work, here my van heater wasn't working and this is in March mind you. I went back & Nick said he didn't have time & make another appointment.Which he mentioned he was going to charge me another 4 hours of his time.Well it took two months before I had it fixed by real mechanics and not a kid.Make sure next time to check the wires first before to see if the motor properly works.Thanks Nick for putting Fin's life in danger.

Had my brakes done. Cost $150 more, and three days longer than quoted. My brake light has been coming on ever since, and I have made numerous attempts to contact the shop. All ignored. This place is not the same since change in ownership

As someone who prefers to do their own work, I was thoroughly impressed with PJ s. I ve had many negative experiences with repair shops, but these guys are top notch, honest, and very professional. Got my vehicle in very quickly, and beat the time estimate by more than a day. Great people, great work, and I can t recommend them enough!

These guys are always honest & do good work. The tow side is very good & prompt. The driver is very cool guy & knows what he is doing. Just got my truck back today for an ignition switch replacement. They said tues is the earliest they could get to it , but had it fixed Monday. Thanks pj's a returning customer.

We.called to bring our Escape in and they said to bring it in later that day and they'd take a look at it. It had a dead battery and the check engine light had been on for a month. They called the next morning and had changed the battery and filled our front tires that were a bit low. Their cost was so reasonable and we were never pushed to do something else to the vehicle that would cost an arm and a leg. This is now our go to shop! Thank you PJs!

The staff at pj's are very knowledgeable, helpful, and can joke And laugh right along with you. I've never had a bad experience at this shop. They're generally pretty busy and have been in business a quite a few years. But on occasion you'll get your vehicle inn the same day if you get there when they open. Prices are very reasonable. Would never hesitate to give them a call to do a repair. Last repair i had done was on my Denali, in and out, same day and not issues since. If you've never owned a vehicle with a Denali package, very finicky vehicles.. be polite and show a little respect to a mechanic and you'll get it in return. Recommend these guys any day.

Brought my car to a shop to get exhaust work done (whole new exhaust from catalytic converters back) & they said they didnt have the right tools or enough time. Dropped my car off at PJs at 8am & my car was done hours before they closed. The Welds look great & car sounds great to. Highly recommend PJs.

It may be hard to find a mechanic to treat you fair now days BUT I FOUND ONE TODAY! with the help of some friends that had work done at PJs. They treated my 58 Belair as if it was there own The owner and mechanic that helped him with my custom exhaust and alignment where awesome. They both have vintage muscle cars themselves very awesome work. Fast and quality work at a GREAT!!! price THANKS PJ'S

In the past I've had work done on my car and they did a good job with kind service.What im really here to comment about is the great service they offer with there tow truck. I had my tire blow out and when I tried changing it the jack broke and the car fell on it. I called PJ's and in a real short time the tow truck guy was able to jack my car up and help with the spare tire. He then offered to take my car down the road a bit so i could add air to my spare which was pretty low. When it was all said and done i was shocked how cheap it was for the quality of service I got from the guy. Im not sure of his name but he is the owner/operator of the tow truck that was sent out.Thanks a lot PJ's!

I rate this place a 5 star because...I had a nail in my tire and the soonest I cohld get in anywhere was 2 weeks.I got in at pjs right away and they fixed the tire in 20 minutes with a bare minimum cost.The guys there were friendly.,helpful and quick.Thanks PJ's

My car wouldn't start when I left work at 7am. Called when they opened at 7:30am, they towed it and said they'd call when it was fixed. It is now 4pm on the same day, and my car is back in my driveway. I will definitely be going back for anything my car needs

Don't ever take your car to pjs auto. Had my jeep to them 5 times with my front brakes. Each time they assured me it was fixed. Each time it worked for 4 weeks and then the calipers stuck again. The last time I took it to them ,they lied about ordering parts. No parts were ever ordered. I had no choice but to sue them

Unethical Repair Shop - Beware!My truck was damaged as a result of work done at PJs Automotive, and they do not have the integrity to admit their mistake and make amends.I took my truck in for some exhaust work in Sept., 2012. When driving home, the wheel came off of my truck, damaging the rotor, wheel bearings, and fender. Closer inspection showed the lug nuts were not reinstalled after they had worked on my vehicle! After I was towed back to PJs Automotive, They admitted this is what happened, and I was informed this was not the first time this had happened. There was no thurough inspection for damage, they just tried getting me out the door as fast as possible.Later, when I tried requesting thier insurance info, so that I could file a claim, they denied any responsibility, and have refused to provide any information. Now I m out over $1,000 in repair costs due to a $180 exhaust fix.I realize its an embarassing situation for PJs, but when they had the opportunity to be men and take responsibility, they didnt.

Ended up in a snow filled ditch one night and these guys came out Quickly and professionally and got our car out. They also charged less than 1/2 the price of another quote we got. Thanks guess!!!

Unethical for sure.Used to go for oil change. Every time after oil change car had major issue with that would cost me at lease over $500. First couple time I thought it could be random. But it was that they do to make more money. Will never go back here.

I want to thank pj's for today he was busy as hell with no help and didn't have time for anymore work but I broke down out there and he went out of his way to help me out to get back on the road I wished I lived in that town so I could take him out for dinner but I live 490 miles away so what else could I do but order him lunch and have it delivered to him while I was on the road thank you for your kindness we need more people like you in the world if you are ever by st Louis give me a shout and I will take you and whoever is with you to dinner

Went in yesterday about getting a dual exhaust system and spoke to two guys that gave me good information about my truck. I will be returning soon to get my muffler system put on, thanks again .

I had a flat tire and the rim was frozen and the tire would not come off. Called PJ and he came and assisted me and was just great. I highly recommend.

Locally owned and operated by some of the nicest and honest mechanics in town . Me and my family have been going here for years . I would recommend this place to any one for your automotive needs .

My car broke down in Wisconsin on vacation and they towed and fixed it for a very reasonable price, the mechanics we're knowledgeable and professional, if I lived closer I'd bring my car here again if I ran into troubles
