Jeremiah and his team are the best in town, hands down. They are all so nice and the work is done well and efficiently. I've had them do everything from fixing an unexpected flat tire to putting a new engine in a vehicle and I've never been disappointed. It's nice to have a mechanic I can trust. Abby is good at remembering names too, and I like that personal touch.

I stopped by due to no running lights to see if it was simple as a fuse. Only in town for short amount of time and even as busy as they were , they quick fit me in. If in manitowoc and need a quick fix I HIGHLY recommend going here. Every single person was extremely friendly and helpful. Ashley at the front desk was extremely nice to everyone that walked thru the door. At first she had to tell me they couldn't do it, and could see genuine sorry in her eyes. Which were very pleasing to look at. Just saying. A GIGANTIC THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.

Before our snow storm, Novak's was the only place willing to fit me in to swap out my summer tires and rims with my winter tires and rims. I appreciated them getting me in earlier than an appointment I had scheduled somewhere else a week later. I also appreciated I didn't need to drop off my car and come back for it. They were quick, reasonably priced, and friendly.Service: Tires

I could NOT have been MORE PLEASED with their speedy help. My truck running lights went out cpl days ago and from reference from someone at Baymont Hotel I stopped by but they had no room but told me to come back little later. Which worked out great, had lunch and went back. They got me in right away and within 20 minutes was back on the road. Very friendly and helpful staff.Thanks so much for your help,Randy Balistreri.

I like this place. They discuss your car questions, and don't fix what ain't broke. I don't feel like I'm being overcharged, like where i used to go.

Went in for oil change appointment. I was in and out in no time. They found a nail in rear tire and put in a plug. Great service, friendly and very courteous. Yes, I would definitely recommend them!

These guys have always been so kind! They've never taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge. They have even given me higher end parts without additional charges.There was a horribly rude customer that came in while I was waiting for my car and they maintained excellent composure even when the rude customer kept storming into their garage while working. I would not have had the patience to deal with that.Thank you Novaks for always being so professional and helpful!Service: Brakes

Great service from a small shop. Been using them for a few years. Had Jeremiah get our Chevy SS motor rebuilt, R&R was reasonable, no problems yet. Runs as strong as new. Highly recommend Novak's

My car broke down on highway 43 in the middle of the night. We had it towed to Novak's and they were able to receive it, trouble shoot it, and repair it quickly and reliably within several days. They were very professional on the phone and helpful. They even contacted me a week after I picked the car up to check that it was working well. Great service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought them a truck that I was considering buying. They did an inspection for me and found a couple of problems with the vehicle. I was able to have the dealership correct the problems rather than doing costly repairs on my own down the road. They saved me money and a huge headache. The best part is, they didnt charge me a dime for the inspection. Great guys. Highly recommended.

When told by another place that it would cost X amount of dollars for parts and repairs, we said time for a second opinion. We opted for Novak's as per reviews from family and friends. We were not disappointed. They not only exceeded our expectations of customer service, but saved us a bunch of money in repairs that were not needed. They were on the spot when it came to customer service and cost of repairs. They now have a new customer. Great Job Novak's...

Probably the worst mechanic shop in the county. It is overpriced and the quality is terrible. Went there to fix electric issue a few years and it would be fixed for a day then had to go back multiple times. They replaced parts and charged a ridiculous amount of money without ever fixing the issue. Finally went to a different mechanic and he figured out in the first 20 minutes of the job that a wire needed to be replaced.A couple years later I went back here thinking it could be different. I was wrong. Went to fix my A/C and was told there was no leaks and was refilled. They never put the caps back on my A/C lines and I found them laying in the engine bay. I then find out there are multiple leaks from someones else. There are MANY other mechanics in town that are better than this. Save your time and money.

I dont usually leave comments but today I have to. I want to apologize firstly to the gentleman up front agian. But I also want to tell everyone my experience. First I was quoted a price but threw a misunderstanding it was double the price when I went to pay. And threw a fit of rage started to elevate my voice. From what I only expected to end in disaster and screaming. Ended in a rather great note. I was surprised at calmness and expertise of the mechanic and I can only say yeah it's a tad more expensive not overpriced by any means at all but I will say I am coming back just because the empathy I was shown. The friendly staff and cleanliness of the shop was a huge plus as well.agian my sincerest apologies to the gentleman up front but excellent job guys!!!Service: Tires

I have dealt with Novak but some time ago. I was At resent going to Chiropractors office across the street. The building was back in the 70 s the office of Choice Reality I Did a lot of business with my family s Construction Company and The Owners Of Choice, we at that time went by Wagner Construction but under Choice LTD Builders. The Chiropractor That s In The building now is very good. I would recommend anyone to this place for Back issues, or what ever Might be your issue. Excellent service excellent prices excellent staff. Very Nice people too Deal With.

Great service at a great value! Jeremiah Novak and Doug Schmidt are honest, work fast, and deliver friendly service!As a woman who needs car repairs and regular maintenance, I feel good knowing they will give me an honest opinion as well as the best price for what I need, where some other shops take advantage of people who are not mechanical, not at Novaks. :) Even today Jeremiah noted that my car takes synthetic oil so it will be a little more than a regular oil change. He didn t wait to tell me till I was at the counter.My dad recently got an oil change at Kwik E Lube on Calumet and paid $96. I got a synthetic oil change and tire rotation today for Still quite a bit less than that.Jeremiah also got me in for my appointment in less than a week. Unfortunately the motor home stopped running the very next day more wire repair needed won't be able to take for my trip bummed out with the money I paid I couldnt get it fixed but I do appreciate the effort

First time at the service center. Had an oil change and check engine light on they checked code reset told me if it comes on again will do further research. Car runs good light didn't come back on very happy they didn't push expensive repairs now. Gave me lots of options to try first. Will definitely be back.

Everyone knows how hard it can be to find a competent and honest auto mechanic. Novak's fits the bill. From replacing brake lines on my pick-up to putting a new starter in my wife's Civic. We have them do our oil changes; and we buy our tires there. One thing that I like is that the bill is usually lower than the estimate. One example...my wife's car wouldn't start. We thought the battery was dead. A young fellow from Novak's drove to our house to start the car. Even with a jump, the car wouldn't start. There was no charge for this visit. Off to the shop to discover the starter had failed. Novak's put in a new starter; and the bill was $50 lower than the estimate. I like their work and I trust them to do what is the right thing. I highly recommend Novak's for their skill and honesty.

We were traveling for a summer vacation and had picked up our kids at summer camp to head back up north when our water pump started to go out on a Friday evening, stranding us in Manitowoc for the night. I called Novak's in desperation on Saturday morning, and they were able to get us in right away, had the water pump we needed, and got us back on the road by noon. They even let my husband take their own personal car back to the hotel so he did not have to sit there for the 3 hour job. Thank you so, so much for squeezing us in so we could salvage our trip. Otherwise we would have likely been stuck in Manitowoc until Monday, when our camper and the rest of the group was up in Pickeral waiting for us. I know that no one wants to take on extra work on a Saturday morning in the summer and everyone is short handed in terms of workers, so we are especially grateful for you! We were able to continue our trip around Lake Michigan. Job was done quickly (faster than anticipated), at the quoted price. Highly recommend this shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

After a quote below what was given at another shop I still won't be getting the vehicle repaired as the vehicle wasn't worth it however was given an honest opinion and honest feedback on the vehicle. I will be in again soon to get the oil changed as soon as I get a replacement vehicle as I feel the owner and his staff were honest and knew their stuff. A+++ for the customer service that was given.

From out of town and need a flat tire fixed. They fixed it right away and put the tire back on my truck. Saved us a bunch of time and hassle so we could spend the day at the track. This is what America is about, hard working shop with fair prices
