Had an issue with semi trlr leveler valve froze, talked to a very friendly guy named David, told me he could get right to me, got to their shop and within 10 min he had a guy out in the below zero weather working on it! You just don't see this kind of service very often anymore, kudos to this service shop. Caledonia Haulers truck 825

When no one could help me, these guys came through I was in and out swiftly. Had to wait on a part delivery but once it arrived they got to work and was on the road in 30min. The price for the job was amazing .Thanks again!

These guys were a life saver for me. Was stranded at weigh station with no idea what was wrong with my truck. They explained they usually didn't work on my type of truck. They came out to at least take a look at it for me and luckily it was an easy fix (for this non mechanical person). They got me fixed up and back on the road to my next job. Thanks again guys.

Called at 1:08 pm told them I had issue with air bags on trailer not going up, they said they would be right out, had me back up and going by 2:03pm! Talk about quick service, I wish all shops were that quick. I had heard from our other company driver's that they were good, and they were not lying. Caledonia Hauler truck 640

Great people to work with, my medium duty truck broke down on me in Manitowoc Wisconsin and they were extremely accommodating to my needs while I searched for options to get the truck towed back home! They were very thorough on the inspection also when asked to give me an estimate on repairsDon t hesitate to talk yo them about your trucks needs!

I drive for Aleet Expediting and had a major malfunction just south of Grafton. They sent a service truck down to me and got me limping along.He followed me and kept me going to Sheboygan so I could be safe. They went above and beyond to help me and my company (this is not the first time they've helped us).I cannot say enough about them. They are a 5-star, first class operation.

Keith and his crew are the only shop you're gonna need for diesel repairs in Wisconsin ..............very very knowledgeable and have always got me back on the road ! I highly recommend Nelson for any and all of your diesel repairs!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Bets group of mechanics you could ever find. The owner is fair and honest. If its broke they can fix and they wont take advantage of you.

Horrible experience has the truck towed in to be told it would be put in the following Monday two weeks later we re having to have the truck towed somewhere else because they still can t get to it and it was a very simple job to be done Having the truck towed to another shop Will never use this place again I will never suggest a place to anybody unless they re looking to sit around and wait and wait and wait and be told excuse excuse excuse on why their vehicle hasn t been put in
