Best experience buying a vehicle EVER! Staff was SO friendly and helpful. Donna is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There was no pressure and I bought the vehicle I WANTED. Also want to thank Melissa and Greg. Will definitely recommend Maritime to friends and family.

Really happy I decided to purchase my vehicle from at Maritime Ford/Lincoln. My sales person Donna Rocheleau was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and fast to get me any Information regarding the Navigator I purchased from them. Her communication was excellent and concise and made this purchase so comfortable and easy. She also worked hard to get me the best price for the truck and to close the deal.Don Lawrenz in finance was also very friendly and accommodating getting us the best rate for our finance.All in all it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Terrible service department. We dropped our truck off for a simple matter. After a week, we called to inquire about the status and were told they didn't have our truck. Of course, they did have it. We were without this vehicle for over a week and they didn't even rectify the problem. Apparently the reason we were not notified when it was "ready" was because they put the wrong number on our account. Each time we called, the guy on the phone was extremely condesending and rude. Whatever their response is to this review, there is no excuse for being rude. I hope the sales manager sees this. We purchase a new vehicle every year or so and we will not be back to Maritime.

Dave saved our vacation!While on the trip from Milwaukee to Door County towing a Winnebago with our 2021 F-150, the cab started to shake violently while the engine light flashed. The nearest exit was to Manitowoc, and we searched for a Ford dealer.Maritime Ford was just down the road. We limped in 2 hours before closing. The nicest man in the world, and master mechanic, Dave, came to our rescue. He ran the diagnostics and got us back on the road in no time. I thought we'd be enjoying a night or two in Manitowoc rather than Door County, but Dave got us back in business.I am so grateful for Dave, and for Maritime Ford-Lincoln. We highly recommend them for their service, integrity and values.

It was my expierience that if you have a vehicle more than 20 years old, this is NOT the shop to bring it to. Manager admitted his "mechanics" were too young to know how to service an older vehicle. Manager was friendly to work with and did his best to make it right.

Sam is wonderful!! Finally a dealer that doesn't try to con women.I live in Iron Mountain MI and was in need of a good vehicle. I really missed having a minivan so my heart was set on finding one. I couldn't find anything in my area so had my niece check out cars i searched online. One option at another place fell through so she was going to look around.My niece went to Maritime to look at a car for herself, but mentioned to Sam that her Aunt was looking for a minivan he showed her a 2010 Honda Odyssey, she contacted me and sent me a link to the info. I contacted Sam and he worked with what I could afford. It was totally worth the travel to pick up, I love my vehicle and its in great shape.

My experience here was great. I knew the vehicle I wanted they took care of just about everything over the phone. Got what I wanted for trade and really got what I wanted on my purchase. These guys made the whole transaction go as smoothly as possible! A definite recommendation!

Have purchased a lot of new vehicles, all over the midwest. I would not consider buying a vehicle anywhere but Maritime Ford.

Outstanding parts & service! We needed new spark plugs and coil pack to fix the issue we were having while towing on our start of vacation. They had the parts we needed, gapped the spark plugs for us & loaned us the extensions we needed to do our repairs (which really saved us money). Nice service department and technicians! Thank you Maritime Ford-Lincoln!

These guys aren't that great. I have a friend who has a 2010 Mercury Milan sitting in their shop for the last week waiting for thumbs to be twiddled on a $2600 job for the front end after paying a rediculous $2600 for parts for fixing power steering. Its weird how he is constantly in the shop for new things needing done. Mindfully 2010 is the worst year for that make and model. But he is on disability and is being taken advantage of and scammed out of having to pay an arm and a leg for something different every few weeks. All he wants to do is Uber without having something new go wrong and having to pay another couple grande! And having to wait weeks for!Shame on this place for taking advantage of him!! And shame on his cousin that works there for letting it happen!

Their collision center has outstanding customer service. I got my car repaired there after hitting a raccoon. They were fabulous every step of the way.

I went for a $50 oil change, inspection and tire rotation which was a good deal since I got a free car wash too. Tires were showing uneven wear and my tow in was off on the alignment. I went to another shop for the alignment a week later and they found that my tires weren't balanced. I called Maritime to let them know and I was told that they do not balance the tires when they rotate them. If they did, it would be an additional SIXTY dollars! I said this doesn't make any sense at all and they were unsympathetic to the fact that I was going to face more money for something that should have been done/disclosed to me in the first place. They won't get my business again and I wanted to let everyone else know so they don't have the same issue as me and know what to watch out for! This is poor customer service!

terrible service, completely messed up my truck with multiple things including my camber bushings and when i spoke about a refund the service manager did not go into detail about anything and didn t explain he just told me they weren t giving me a refund while screaming and cussing at me, terrible service they will never be touching my truck again. this is my reply to yours, yes i was yelling as well but i do remember you yelling, and yes i installed parts by my self i didn t install any by myself after the fact of all of that, and i did not accuse you of screaming and cussing you were indeed and sure i m just a little child who knows nothing about my truck but i do believe having to educate you about it and you having to speak to someone else because you didn t know anything, and i was not yelling in front of your customers i went into your office with you, and thanks for banning me it s not like i d be going back , btw you messed up my exhaust manifolds as well they started ticking again so thanks. but i m done with this so thanks for your hard work and cooperation, have a good day!

Under 1 hour oil change and tire rotation worked out great. They found some water in my back tail light which we hadn't noticed before. Thanks for the good work on my F150.

Sad to say this, because from what I was told... they used to be a good place, but . I purchased a truck form them 4 or 5 years ago , and when delivery date came, it was the wrong body style, wrong interior, and wrong color . After a Clark Griswald moment, the sales staff finally agreed to sell me something semi comparable to what I originally ordered.Then just recently, I brought the same truck back for a Saftey Warranty. Set the appointment, dropped the truck off ( parked in right in front of the service center window) and placed the keys in the drop box ( as it was 7:00am and the sign said 8:00am on Apple Maps ). Waved to a gentleman that was behind the counter, and off to another day. When I called later that afternoon to find out how the truck was doing, the service manager stated " I didn't know you dropped it off ". They didn't even start it, didn't try to follow up to find out where the truck was. No phone calls, no texts...nothing.... Instead, he started making excuses, about not seeing my truck in the parking spot, ( turning my head around from that very spot, I was looking right at it ).I work in a very similar service environment with specialized vehicles, and if this would happen in my shop, someone would be answering.From what I can tell, their service department is poorly managed and honestly doesn t care about your vehicle, they re focused on what the may be able to invoice. That's apparent as the Warranty work wasn't a priority , otherwise I would have received a call at very least. ( I'm sure the guys in the back are doing their best, so I don't find fault with them)If I can, I'm going to avoid Maritime and head either to Two Rivers or Sheboygan.

Wonderful dealer to do business with. We have brought in 3 vehicles for service (Fords) and I also bought my truck there and have had great success with everyone. Igor in service goes above and beyond to get you in, explain the diagnosis, and offer you solutions to any problem you have. Although they are a dealer and you pay premium rates, Maritime Ford has been good to us thus far.

My wife and I recently bought our first car together here. The service here is great, our sales person did not let us down. We had a mind set of an SUV and were looking at used ones, but we decided to look at new models as well. We ended up deciding on a new 2018 Ford Escape. They have some many accommodations when you buy from them. Sure lots of car lots offer those types of things. At Maritime though, they make you feel that they care about you and not just buying a car.

I have gone to maritime several times. I feel they are very honest and well priced. Today I called right when they opened and got in immediately, they fixed my tire fast and so happy they could make time for me with other scheduled appts.I had a screw in my tire and instead of trying to upsell me new tires or tell me they couldn t fix the tire they simply put a plug in my tire. $22 versus $500 plus for new tires. Granted I know I will need new tires eventually I know I still have life in these tires. Thank you!

As part of an insurance claim, this was the one in its network. I called several times. When I finally got a hold of someone the person who picked up was impolite and said she would get me through to the body shop. The call never went through and I was disconnected. So I emailed them instead. This has been 2 weeks now and no return or answer.

Shopping for our new Ford Escape could not have been easier thanks to the team at Maritime Ford. We got a great deal on a beautiful vehicle, and are thrilled with the features on this car. Driving home was a real feeling of contentment; we've owned several Ford's over the years, but this new Escape really shines. Buying a vehicle can feel intimidating, but the team took us through the process, and got us the features and coverage we needed, and nothing that we didn't want or need. All our questions we're answered, and we never felt rushed or pressured. And the car itself is a gem. We will definitely stick with Maritime when it comes time for our next Vehicle.

Visiting from out of town, needed an oil change on my F350. Jeremy delivered on time, on short notice, under budget. I enjoy dealing with service departments of local dealerships over the "Quick Lanes" in larger cities. The big bay car wash, included, was a very nice treat. This small shop deserves your business.
