Today I had my first visit with the owners/employees at LDA Automotive. All I can say is WOW ! I was so impressed with the professional yet personable interaction I had with each person that I dealt with. They were incredibly honest and treated me respectfully. My husband is a retired mechanic and I just found my new auto mechanic! Thank you to each of you for going above and beyond at my visit today!

My van needed last minute repairs before a trip and they provided me with not only excellent customer service, but they were also timely and let me know when options were involved if I needed a part ordered. They made sure we test drove the van to make sure it was running smoothly before paying. They set the bar for me. Five stars.

The guys at LDA are absolutely amazing to work with. I ve used other shops in the past, but now I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. They have fixed my car multiple times and I have never had an issue with any of their work. As someone who knows nothing about cars, it s nice to work with people that actually communicate with you. Les and Jay have always treated me well when I ve needed their services. Even though there are other shops closer to me, I will continue to bring my business to them!!

Yet another wonderful experience with LDA Automotive. Les and Cody provided wonderful communication throughout the service on my Jeep. They went above and beyond in what was expected to repair my vehicle. I wasn't expecting to have some of the older parts sandblasted and repainted before reinstalling, nor did I expect them to clean up the oil splattered wheels from the leaking seal. The staff at LDA is always courteous and thorough in their explanation of their work.

The owner is so nice. He opened on his day off to fix my tire that had a bolt stuck in it. Nobody else could help me as they were all booked for at least a week. I don't know what I would have done as this is my work truck and I'm three hours away from home- working and need my truck. Thank-you again so much!

Amazing service! Kindness. Generosity. A man of his word. I was heading to Door County for a vacation and had engine trouble and I was unfamiliar with Manitowoc and had no idea where to take my car for help. I felt quite vulnerable. Fortunately, I was able to get my vehicle to LDA Automotive where Les helped me out. Seriously, such a wonderful human!! Les went above and beyond for me. Even though he already had a lot full of cars that needed his attention, he and his team repaired my car and delivered it to me that same evening in Door County. Not only did Les repair my vehicle according to his high standards and professionalism, but the genuine kindness bestowed on me put me at ease. He kept telling me not to worry and everything would be okay, and it was! What could have been a really rough start to our family vacation turned out to be a small bump on the road thanks to Les and LDA Automotive!! Thank YOU LES!!!!!

LDA is the best.They know vehicles and the repair needed.When anyone in the fleet is in town this is where we go.They will talk you step by step through the process of getting your vehicle repaired right. And will even show you whats wrong before they fix it. Transparency is a good policy!Good job guys keep up the good work!

LDA replaced the rear end in my Ford Explorer and they did a fantastic job. They presented me with the options i had, the costs of each option, and their operation was very transparent when it came down to what the time line was. My vehicle was done earlier than projected, the price was fair, and my vehicle is running great a few months later.

Why I like going to LDA Automotive, the owner talks to you instead of at you. he explains stuff more simply so that you can understand. he makes you feel like you re a part of the family instead of another customer

Great automotive place!! They have great customer service. They explain everything they fix on your vehicle and why they need to fix it. They warranty their work and parts. I have been taking my vehicle their for years for maintenance and auto repair. I have always has excellent work done. I highly recommended them for your auto needs!!

Lda automotive is in my opinion the best place (next to first chrysler) to get auto repairs. Les is very experienced, professional and always lets you know whats going on. Very friendly, courteous, and he always does whats best for his customers! He offers towing, all makes/ models/years repairs. Great shop run by one of the most trust worthy mechanics ive ever gone to!Update bcuz i cant leave another review.Want a good, fair, very professional and knowledgeable mechanic who stands behind everything they do?LDAWant a awesome mechanic.that also does.towing?LDAWant a cheap fix?Go anywhere else in manitowoc/ two riversBut do not expect the same level of professionalism, not just with your.vehicle, with you as well.

I take all of my vehicles as well as my parents and all of our company Vehicles here to get serviced. Truly a mechanic you can trust with your vehicles. Honest, nice and gets your stuff done when you need it

LDA Auto. Is a shop that takes pride in there work. And not to proud to tell you if it is too much for them.( Some jobs needs a specialty shop.) They laid out for me options that other shops refuse to give. It takes three weeks to get in. So plan accordingly.

I had originally called ACE in manitowoc but they were extremely rude over the phone. LDA has extraordinary customer service! Thank you!
