As a Harley rider I've been on this kick of checking out dealerships that I come across on vacation road trips. This location was alright, nothing too special. Surprised to see them also selling four wheelers, and side by sides etc. Dropped by for a poker chip to add to the collection.

I wanted to get new pipes on my 2023 breakout,Dave in parts took the time to find some for me and the service department set me up to get them put on. Seeing my bike was stored already they came to pick it up and offered to store it for winter.Awesome is all I can say give them a shot.Eric

Stopped on our way down to Milwaukee museum. The staff was friendly and welcomed us to have some fresh coffee or a soft drink, we didnt stay long but they some cool stuff to check out. There is motorcycles that rotate around the room on the ceiling.

Purchased my 2022 street glide from here. The sales man was great and so is everybody else. The best prices on Harley-Davidson that I have seen any were. Would highly recommend this place.

I was visiting relatives and rode over to check the shop out. Well worth the trip. Exception staff, and I found a few things I needed for a future trip im taking. Very nice , well stocked shop.

Me and my husband will drive farther to harbor town because the survive department gets back to u In a timely manner unlike are local dealer. They get the job done and have a good display of clothing too

Nice selection of motorcycles sales people very helpful service people very nice and cordial.Lugubrious prices on service though.Either that or it's been a long time since I've been to a service shop about 6 or 7 years now.Nice clean store very professional.

In a time when Harley-Davidson dealerships seem to be trending to little more than T-shirt shops, this is one of the good ones. They have an amazing selection of apparel, a big Parts department and a full-on Service department. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great inventory, too.

Friendly staff. Welcomed in by several of the staff upon arrival. Was able to negotiate a price to get me on my first harley. Even delivered my bike for free.

The thing that stood out to me about HTHD was that the sales team, parts and service team were doing their jobs for the CUSTOMER, not to make a buck. The level of customer service, when that is the objective, is a way better experience. Nice job crew!

I have been looking for the INNOVV K2 dual channel camera system for some time. I recently found it online for an amazing price which turned out too good to be true.As soon as I got that transaction cleared up, I looked for another source and found Harbor Town HD. I called in and talked to Dan. I wanted to confirm that they actually had these on a shelf and could ship one out soon. He confirmed that they had them and said he'd get it out same day if I could get the order in right away. He even made it super easy for me to buy. He sent me an email with a buy button. I just clicked the button, it routed me to a secure site, and I completed the purchase...easy.Two days later, my wife just signed for the camera.Well done, Harbor Town. You've not heard the last of me. There's always another thing I need for the bike.

I recently made a UTV purchase at Harbor Town and the whole process was awesome. Brock was a great salesman and made me feel comfortable with the whole sale. Trevor also took extra effort to explain how Harbor Town does things and stopped over while Brock was checking on my trade... Melissa helped out with final paper work and made it quick and painless... I would recommend Harbor town to all.... 5 thumbs up!!!

Not the same service as it once was. Staff makes you feel like you are a bother. I have gave the store several trys, but fond my experience the same each time. maybe you will have a better feel than I did.....

Great selection and friendly staff make all the difference! I didn't care for the customer service at my local HD shop, so now I go out of my way to come here. Really a great store!

Nice dealership, nice dealership shirt selection. But the only bad thing is NO ONE asked us in the whole store if we needed help or even said hello. So we just left. Seems like they only like to do business with frequent customer's. Doubt if we will be back. 6/8 UPDATE, I just don't get this place? Went there again for the 3rd time to use my gift card and again there was no hello, or can I help you find something, one guy nodded his head at me. That was it. Is it me or what. This just makes me want to get out of the motorcycle thing and go into the muscle car thing. I JUST DONT GET IT?!?!?!?!?!???!!!??? Lowered my rate to 1 star. Hate to do it, but it's a 3 strike thing. In all my ratings I only did this 3 times. UGH. I hope things change for real soon.

This was my first time at Harbor Town and I had my Gold Wing serviced there because they are now an authorized Honda dealer too. I was impressed by the size and layout of the showroom, the selection of Harleys and Hondas, the cleanliness of the restrooms, the friendliness of the staff, and the nice waiting area. Mike B. took care of me, answering all my questions and making me feel confident that I was getting quality and thorough service. The free soda and bike wash were unexpected but nice surprises.
