Walked in to look at vehicles and left with a beautiful 2019 Jeep! I *love* my car from Van Horns! Their customer service is good, and the staff friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Van Horn if you're on the market for a different vehicle!!

Purchased recently Two great vehicles!! We now have a Town and county and Dodge Journey...There services was fantastic Very friendly atmosphere and overall great prices on all there vehicles...Andrew whom helped us there was fantastic.. very professional !! I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership after having a good experience with a sales representative I bought a RAM 1500. After a month of owning this vehicle I noticed that my back floor board was soaked with water. I decided to take the recently purchased vehicle back to the shop, they told me that it's a common occurrence for water to get through the crack above the back windshield and it will cost me $2,300 to get it fixed. Even after they convinced me to buy the extended warranty that doesn't cover this issue. They knew that this is a common problem because they told me like 7 times when trying to tell me what was wrong with it but still didn't care about looking into it or fixing it before they sold me the vehicle. I not only had the window issue but also had my starter go out the second day of owning the vehicle, but me living in Appleton they told me there was nothing they could do. They refused to pay my deductible for my extended warranty, they refused to offer to tow my vehicle, this dealership is a joke and I feel sorry for anyone that purchases a vehicle from here.

You will not find a nicer , friendlier place to buy a car than here . The service department always does great work and all the workers there are very friendly. I've ordered accessories for my truck from there and Adam was very friendly and helpful finding out prices for accessories and letting me know when there available . Plus they have free popcorn , soda and water when getting your car worked on . Me and all of my family go here for service and buying cars .

This dealership is not accepting any affiliate employee programs and is dishonest with customers. Beware of greed and sales people that do not want to close sales and do their jobs. The finance manager is the only one that was honest from the start and followed through with returning my call on his day off to tell me that they weren't going to honor my employee program. When times are tough I'm sure they are going to be banging down doors again doing anything they can to honor these programs. I will find another dealership that isn't greedy like this one.

Terrible. I was quoted an hour for recall work on a 2015 Ram 1500. I came back after an hour and was told it would take another hour and a half because the tech working on my vehicle went on lunch break. The only reason it isn't 1 star is because they are delivering my vehicle to my house when its completed.

Horrible. Worst service ever. We drove an hour plus to see a vehicle they had listed on their website. Turns out vehicle not available for sale as it was in their service area being fixed for a major issue that they did not disclose to us in emails. Also they kept referring to the vehicle as purchased through the manufacturers buy program. We found out that this is a half truth covering up that it was a buy back under the lemon law.

Went in for a recall on my Dodge charger. They did not have the part when they scheduled it nor the day of the appointment. Wasted two hours of my life, not to mention the gas to and from.

Thank the staff for giving me a ride to TJ Max to shop while I waited. The bill was incorrect and lucky I checked to see what they were charging me for. They corrected it and took my coupon off.

Been here to pickup a car,(car hauler) the guys from here are totally awesome. No other dealers talked with me like that.They have breakroom with coffee and sodas for drivers.A big A+
