Just purchased a vehicle from Alex. WOW! What a GREAT experience. He was extremely professional, helpful and personable. Made the buying experience very easy. No messing around i.e. back/forth. Initially talked to him over the phone. Took the drive to Manitowoc and everything went smoothly on the initial appointment. We appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail . Overall it was a positive experience. We will definitely keep him in mind for future buying.

Purchased a new Acadia AT4 from Alex. It was a great experience! Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. He explained all the features on the vehicle and I appreciated him setting up OnStar and WiFi for me. He even picked me up and brought me to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle. I have been a customer of this dealership for 12 years and highly recommend them!

My fianc� & I came here looking for our family dream car & they did not disappoint. We worked with Deven, he was very patient with me. I was very persistent on one car & then ended up going for another. He was very understanding throughout the whole process & answered all of our questions making us feel comfortable & confident with every decision throughout the way. He s not just a great businessman but he s a family man & that made it all the better as we are newly parents as well! Everyone there helped each other so the process was pretty quick & the energy from everyone was consistent & awesome! This was overall a really great experience not only was this for a family car but it is our first car purchase. Couldn t be happier with the car, the experience, & the dealership we went to. Highly recommend this place & Deven himself & Sawyer who helped us close & seal the deal! Thank you guys!

Recently bought a used vehicle from here. Salesperson Chad was great to work with, however after only telling us about additional packages he did not confirm that we wished to purchase them before the finance manager came by and we realized that the packages were left on the agreement. They were far more expensive than we wished to pay. Finance manager Alex was very clearly agitated and did not hide his displeasure when we told him we did not wish to pay $2000 for unnecessary items. Alex also tried to force it down our throat that they close the financing after I told them I had already spoken with my own loan officer. He still ran paperwork through to the creditor and then was clearly again upset that I brought a cashiers check from my creditor. Alex obviously only cares about how much money he can draw out of customers and will not hide how upset he is. It appears he must get a cut from selling unnecessary items and only cares about the extra money he can pocket

I recently got a new vehicle from Bergstrum and Nick took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. The team is super friendly and helpful in making sure you get the best deal possible. Once the decision was made they made the paperwork process run as quick and smooth as possible. Nick went through every option that the vehicle had and how to navigate it and walked me through the process. It was great doing business with them.

We met with Adam who I will say is a nice person. To start with we had a premier equinox that we were ready to trade in and was interested in the same but was told one couldn't be found but did find a car a tier down that would be quite similar. We STRESSED NO SUN ROOF. This was on a Monday, was told the car is in St. Louis. Went over pricing, asked if my husband was a veteran, yes, ok $500 allowed for that. Couldn't say what additional allowances because there would be different allowances in Feb. As I stated this was a Monday, not hearing anything the FOLLOWING Thur morning I stopped to ask if there was any news. Adam was with another customer, I asked another sales person why this was taking so long from St Louis, he replied they have to fill the trailer, don't just bring one car. Lo and behold in the afternoon we got a call the car was in!!! Ok, we'll stop Monday after we are finished volunteering. I then asked if we can pay part by check & the balance charge to our GM card (for points) yes, that shouldn't be a problem!!! We get there Monday aft., go over paperwork and all the others Adam has to get this and that from....this person comes in & asked for anything to show Jim was in the service...well no, no one mentioned to bring anything along, is there as anything on your license that shows, no, well then we can't give you the $500 credit, remember NO ONE said bring something along. Now it's time to go and look at OUR NEW car, well guess what, it has A SUN ROOF!!! I didn't know what to say other than you were told we don't want a sun roof & you didn't even bother to tell us!!! Because there are other things going on personally I decided not to make a scene, now am sorry I didn't. Long story short...we couldn't get the $500 credit because NO ONE SAID BRING PROOF ALONG AND WE DON'T WANT A SUN ROOF AND THEY ACTUALLY HAD IT DELIVERED AND WE WEREN'T TOLD UNTIL WE WALKED OUTSIDE AND SAW IT!!! Should we recommend this dealership??Regarding my post on 2/14 where I posted we purchased a new Equinox and some things that were troubling. I wrote we were told we would get a $500 credit allowance because my husband was in the military. The day we went in to pick up the car & going over discounts before the final amount due we were told we wouldn't get the $500 as we didn't have any proof along, again we weren't told to bring anything along so we moved on with the final price. On Thursday the 15th I took his army paperwork along & went back to Bergstrom and asked for a sales manager. I met with Joel & explained the whole situation. Without any hesitation he said we would be reimbursed the $500. Today we received the check in the mail. Thank you Joel, your understanding is more than appreciated, was a pleasure working with you.

What an awesome experience with this dealership! Nick & Alex Emme were amazing in making my Camaro purchase enjoyable and extremely easy. What really stood out about them is that they constantly kept in contact, made signing of documents a breeze and even assisted me with setting up the My Chevrolet app. I have to ship my new vehicle across the United States and have never done anything of the sort but Nick walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable knowing that he will be there to assist in getting it loaded, etc. Bergstrom is truly a gem of dealerships! Very nice, very knowledgeable and honest with their clients! One of the best ever! A+++

From greeting me at the door to showing me my new car features, Tanner Schultz was wonderful to work with. He answered every question that I had, giving me different options available. Allowing me to test drive the car to confer with my son is going beyond in my book! I'd definitely recommend Bergstrom in Manitowoc for your next vehicle!

The body shop was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was in an accident in early June, and finally got the vehicle back in Mid September. While the they were waiting on the parts to arrive I drove by and saw the vehicle sitting outdoors with the passenger window down.I stopped in and tried to shut it, but the battery was dead. I spoke with the manager, and was assured that they would take care of it. I drove by a few days later and guess what?? The window was still down and the battery was dead! I also asked them to make sure that the vehicle was checked out mechanically, and when they FINALLY called me to come pick it up the person said. It s ready to go, but oh by the way your battery is dead, and won t hold a charge. After months of sitting there waiting on the body parts, they did nothing to check it over mechanically! I also called several times to get an update on the progress, left messages and no one returned my calls. This is my work vehicle so I probably don t have a right to complain, but they lost a customer in me. I was able to choose where to bring my work vehicle, but I won t be back for personal business because of this experience.

Sawyer was so helpful from the first time I talked with him over the phone. I was interested in a Trailblazer, and they had one available on the lot and one coming in. He helped me to make the best decision on what one to get by helping with sending me the differences highlighted in the one coming in from the one they had on the lot. By far the best customer service I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle and this would be my 8th experience in a dealership purchasing a vehicle. I was a previous VW owner and always thought the sales service I received from them was superb. I can tell you he went way above any VW salesperson had ever gone and the best part of the whole experience was I never felt pressure to buy the vehicle or felt like he treated me any differently. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and updated me, which I think is so important, especially in this market we are currently in. Thank you again for making this one of my best experiences of purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Sawyer and their team.

I purchased my vehicle new in 2017 when the dealership was Pietroske. I had a moderate door scratch repaired by them within the first year. That experience was flawless and pleasant. This recent body shop experience was by far the worst I ve ever had to experience. For starters I was told they d have my vehicle for 1-2 weeks. At just shy of the 2 week mark, I called, twice, for an update and got no response or return call, so I stopped in the following Monday, at the 2 week mark to ask for an update and was told, It s waiting for paint, our painter is off today and there s like 3 vehicles ahead of yours, so check back on like Thursday and see where it s at. I called Thursday and received a call back late on Friday informing me it would be painted Monday, put back together Tuesday and most likely done on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday, no answer. So I called angain on Thursday. I was told it was just painted that day and would be put back together and hopefully would be done by 5 on Friday. This was at the 3-1/2 week mark now. Friday, they called it was done so I sent my wife in to pay the deductible and pick up the keys as I wouldn t be back to town by closing. When she asked where the truck is she was told What, you didn t see it when you came in? It s out there somewhere, you ll find it. After picking the truck up, after closing time on Friday, I ve looked over the work, I m even less pleased, especially after as long as they had my truck. I can still see the dent that was above the rear wheel well, the Z71 emblem has several bubbles, the hood has several dust bumps in the paint and there s moderate overspray that was never tended to in the rail between the front and rear passenger doors. I fully expect this to be rectified in a timely manner with an equivalent Bergstrom vehicle to be used while the work is done and I would expect the professional job that should be done at every body shop every time. It truly sickens me that anyone would pass this off as acceptable. I have never been so upset!

Lisa Kim was fantastic in helping purchase our vehicle. We had purchased vehicles before from Pietroske (now Broadway) and we were always pleased with them. Lisa listened to our wants and she was so kind and offered suggestions . She let us take our time with no pressure. The process was perfect!
