I don t normally write reviews but I definitely think this dealership deserves it especially Dylan who I was mostly working with. He always goes above and beyond in his job. He is always trustworthy and genuine with the advice and suggestions that he makes. I just want to thank him for all the help he s been!

Three strikes and you're out. Twice after oil changes they left oil splattered and spilled all over the surrounding parts. I went to get an alignment today and they charged me $137 even though they didn't actually adjust anything and the paperwork they provided showed it remained out of the specified range. Their reasoning was because of excessive rust. Ok, if you can't do it, that's fine, but tell me beforehand or at least don't charge me. In fact, I had taken my car to Farm and Fleet the week prior (they charge only $99!), and they aligned the front wheels and told me they couldn't align the back because of the rust, but Farm and Fleet offered not to charge me a dime since they couldn't complete the full job. Nissan, on the other hand, charged me "because we put the machine on." When I spoke to the manager at Nissan, and showed him my papers from Farm and Fleet showing that Nissan actually didn't adjust anything because the front wheels were already aligned by Farm and Fleet, the Nissan manager wouldn't budge and still charged me the full $137. Terrible customer service. You lost a customer and I'll make sure to tell my family and friends to take their business elsewhere too.

I was running late and called to see if I needed to reschedule and they were nice enough to still fit me in. Customer service was friendly and technicians were very nice and helpful. I brought my car in for a safety recall inspection and they were very straight forward and quick about things. They let me know my car needs to get the component replaced and were helpful in scheduling the next appointment. Overall great service for a last minute booking.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Very quick and easy to schedule. Very pleasant employees, the waiting room was very clean and had snacks and drinks which was nice. Great amount of Madison Magazines to look at and I really appreciated the car wash as well, I wasn't expecting that. I was visiting from out of state and they were able to get me in for a needed oil change before I had to drive 600 to get home. The day of the appointment was snowing, but they got us in, performed everything quickly and got us back on our way. I couldn't have asked for better service. First time using Zimbrick Nissan for service of my Rogue after recommendations from friends. They did not disappoint. Excellent service. Kody was great. I had an appointment for 60,000 mile service scheduled, then picked up a screw in my tire that couldn t be patched (in sidewall). Since the tires were original, decided to replace all 4. (Their tire price was competitive.) They were able to move up my scheduled appointment and complete everything the next day. Also impressive: 1) After the inspection I was sent a video of the serviceman showing the car and identifying any issues (and non-issues). 2) I live outside of their shuttle service area so they ordered a complimentary Lyft for me. That s above and beyond!

They were greatUPDATE: STAY AWAY! I m $7500 in the hole bc they wouldn t help me after they replaced my transmission and it went out for the 2nd time in 2 years! Nissan literally has lawsuits against them for this transmission, they know it s a pos and wouldn t even return my phone call! The worst customer service ever! I will be taking them to court.

I always have great service here. The people are friendly. This past winter my car needed a lot of repairs and they kept me updated while they worked on it. Unfortunately a part needed to be ordered which kept my car in the shop longer than ideal but they were very communicative about the expected timeline. I also don t feel that they overcharge here given that it is a dealership as well. Very cool people to deal with. It's a small thing but I like that you pay at the service desk, no separate cashiers to go to. Gave me maintenance advice on my car, and washed it too! This place is certainly not what it used to be. Nearly $1000 for pretty basic service - a couple of tires, alignment and rotation. No loaner car but a shuttle service that turned out to be Lyft. I ve never used such services before, for a variety of reasons, and won t in the future. That Zimbrick put me in this situation with no warning was extremely poor customer service IMO.Also, we d hoped to fix a horrendously loud screeching sound the back passenger door makes when locking (this happens automatically in our 2010 Cube) but at almost $800 for just the part, I m living with the noise. Every time I hear the screech I think $800 and it doesn t bother me nearly as much.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Huge thank you to the service team at Zimbrick Nissan. I never thought I'd find reasonable prices for service at a dealership. I shopped around for 3 days before I found Zimbrick Nissan. Josh in service was amazing, he had everything prompt and ready to go after our call. Got my vehicle there and into the loaner within minutes and I was able to keep going with my day, without missing a beat. He kept in touch letting me know of things they found that could be done. No hassling or haggling just being very informative. When my car was done it was quick. They gave me their paperwork on the inspection and what was done. Just purchased my car from a private party. Took it in for a sunroof seal replacement and oil change. They inspected the vehicle and told me what they would recommend in the near future. I had the transmission service done now and will return soon for the other recommended service. There was no pressure from the staff. Very tinely and prompt service. Easy to book an appointmen. Waited in a comfortable lounge. The technician explained everything once the inspection was completed and did not try to over sell me. I appreciated this! I was at Zimbrick for an oik change and tire rotation and this is what Was done abd billed. Very friendly staff.

They previously repaired my car. It was still running BAD -the part that was supposed to be replaced was defective & the engine light was still on. I had to go get it inspected elsewhere and then took it back to them with the same issue. To my surprise they fixed the malfunctioning part "for free" & provided me great service. My experience at Zimbrick Nissan East was stellar! Above and beyond what I expected, to be honest. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule my appointment due to my sick kid and got me rescheduled in a timely fashion. Adam was very friendly and helpful when I arrived and assisted me with a small, unrelated issue with my vehicle with a smile. My oil change was super quick and they washed my car as well. It even looked like they did a once over on the interior as some of my garbage was not there when I got back in my vehicle! I ll definitely be back! Thank you!Service: Oil change

The service was highly technical in nature. Zimbrick Nissan tested the EV battery mileage remaining measure as compared with the GPS miles from my location to an address. Basically they demonstrated skill and knowing in repairs on newer computerized vehicles. I liked the people who have been in the vehicle maintenance careers all their lives and yet don t shy away from the old fashioned touch and care and learning about our newest amazing vehicles.

Took my car in because it idled rough. The dealership I bought it from recommended I take it it to a Nissan dealership, since the issue I was having was outlined in a TSB that could only be addressed at a Nissan dealership. Despite listing the TSB and issues I was having, Zimbrick claimed I just needed a new sensor (although the dealership I bought the car from had just replaced it.)Essentially, I paid $100 for them to basically tell me nothing new, and still didn t address the initial issue. I don t know that they even looked up the bulletin to see if the issues outlined within it could apply to my issues. Either way, I have a car that still has idle issues and I m $100 poorer for it.Service: Auto maintenance

Went in for a recall and was told it was going to take 2 hours. Dropped it off at 8 A.M. to have them just Inspect my car around 4 P.M. and let me know the techs went home. They got it done the next day pretty quickly.It is the first time they have been terrible about this. Just let me know sooner so I can make proper arrangements.***Update***Service manager called and explained the situation. It is nice to experience a personal touch.11-8-2022No hiccups or issues, still going to keep using them. Updated to 4 stars.

I received a text sooner than I anticipated detailing the work that was done as well as a link to view suggested repairs based on the inspection. for the past year i have told your dealer of the bad tire on the brand new nissan altima. they always had an excuse and now the tire is ripping apart. i will never buy a car or take it in for any services. worst dealer ever.

When I came in for my appt, Adam was able to check me in immediately AND accommodate the fact that I asked them, on the spot, if they could also do an oil change for me right away, while I was already there for a repair. They completed the repair work way faster than I expected, and did the additional oil change I asked for, and I was out of there in no time.Service: Transmission
