What a wonderful experience!! Being from Minnesota and 6 hours away from the dealership, I didn't want to make the drive, but was able to connect with Marco Baxter regarding a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that I had found on Autotrader. From the first phone call to the actual delivery, Marco communicated on a regular basis, texted pics, took video and answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. He and his team at Zimbrick went above and beyond on this one! Marco even surprised me by accommodating one of my smallest requests--reverse the spare tire to become a black wall instead of the white, raised-letter public facing side on the rear of the Jeep. I have had numerous vehicles over the years and this one was delivered in "like new", pristine condition. Kudos to the detail team! Thank you to Marco for making this "sight unseen" purchase one of the best car buying experiences of my life!

Jeremy has been of a great help during car service services at Mercedes-Benz. He is very helpful and caring in sending my car to the technician that he thinks would be a great choice to fix the repeated problems of my car. He even went above and beyond in willing to offer help in dropping off the loaner car to my house and took my car to the department that he could not have agreed to as I was juggling around packing my stuff for moving. I am very grateful that with his help and prompt follow up with the technician, I was able to get my car fixed and back before moving. Jeremy s service is not only professional but also caring and feeling.

I wanted to come on here and thank Troy Bilderback and Blake Kurkowski for the great car buying experience! I work at the UW hospital and don t get the luxury of having snow days so I knew when I started my search for a good reliable car for all weather conditions it would be challenging. Especially in this economy on a budget! Troy and Blake made the process of me buying my first car super easy and I felt very comfortable the whole way! I would definitely come back here to buy another car in the future! Thank you Troy, Blake and Zimbrick for making my car buying experience one I could trust and rely upon!!!!

Big shout out to Robert, who sold us our first van. We bought another, drove it to Arcadia National Park right away and chilled by the ocean. It's nice having room for everything, and it's super easy to maneuver.The service, well, these do need routine maintenance. We are in a lot because of the many miles we put on. If there are any issues, they will schedule us. It's almost impossible to get in right away, so plan accordingly. They may have a loaner vehicle available.Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff.Recommend extended warranty.

Trent Andres sales consultant was truly exceptional during my visit to Zimbrick dealership. His patience and knowledge were outstanding, his dedication to creating a calm and stress-free environment. Great service so far. It s a shame that some parts take so long to arrive, but when you get a loaner car, it doesn t really matter. I feel well taken care of. Repairs cost more, but it s my dream car, so I want it well taken care of.

Top of the line dealer. I purchased a new GLC Coupe last weekend at Zimbrick, and the buying experience I had with Joe S. was the best among the 4 cars I bought from different dealerships in the past.This was my first time ordering a factory/custom build, and Joe was thorough, responsive, courteous, and transparent at every step of the process from configuring the order to delivery of the car, which made the wait time go by quickly. Not to mention that he was knowledgeable and walked me through the details and features of the GLC inside and out in person.The sales manager and Melissa from Finance team were also great and pleasant to work with. Although Zimbrick isn't the closet dealership to me, I would recommend this team to anyone and would go back to them myself when I'm ready for an upgrade.

Tim and the mechanic team at Zimbrick are incredible! I came in with a big issue on my Sprinter that needed an urgent fix to get me back home. They were quick in diagnosing the issue, honest, provided a quote and timing. My van was repaired ahead of schedule, road ready, and they gave a comprehensive overview of what was done and other things that I should be getting done on the van in the future. It can be really intimidating getting work done on the van and feeling like I'm going to be taken advantage of and Tim and the team at Zimbrick Mercedes were so kind.Thanks, Tim and team!!

My experience in purchasing my first ever vehicle was fantastic while working with these guys. The salesmen were very straightforward and helped to make the whole process go smoothly. The older used car I bought is spectacular (a former trade-in, not one of the new luxury vehicles) and was cleaned and maintained so well by them it appears brand-new.

Purchased a 2022 MDX from out of state with excellent communication from Troy. They picked me up at airport and I found my car sitting pretty on the sales floor. The paperwork went very smoothly and sales also spent time helping me get phone paired, music station set and navigatioin routed for home. Left with a clean car and full tank of gas. Super service and followup. Only wish the tires were a little better..very close to wear bars.

Marko Baxter was an amazing resource in helping us purchase our 2020 sprinter van. We are located in California and placed a lot of trust in the dealership, considering we bought the van site unseen. He was extremely responsive and assured us of the process. Julie Budwig expedited the paperwork and helped with getting finances arranged. The shipping company Marko recommended got the van to us in under two days. When the van arrived we were very pleased. There were a couple minor issues that needed repair and both Marko and Aaron Pfeifer in the service department worked with us and our dealership in California. We are so pleasantly surprised with how smooth of a process this was and how professional and trustworthy the people at Zimbrick are. Makes us want to move to Wisconsin (or at least visit)!

Zimbrick European has always been a pleasure to work with! On our recent service visit, Cathi and Jeremy were both extremely wonderful to work with. Cathi was also able to get us a loaner vehicle on short notice and ensured we were always kept in the loop while our vehicle was being worked on. Also, we cannot say enough good things about Dian and Patrick in sales. Their deep care for customers and knowledge about the brand made getting our next car easy. Also, Erin is the best finance manager we have worked with across multiple dealerships. Without their cohesive team, we would not have the vehicles we have so thank you!

***BUYER BEWARE***Melissa, the finance manager has to be one the most rude and condescending people I ve ever encountered in 20 years of buying and selling cars. I was handling a cash purchase of a CPO for my senior aged father in law. Every time there was an issue that they were confronted about she would refuse to speak to me, saying she could only speak with him even after he made it clear on numerous occasions that I was handling this on his behalf.It took 2 weeks to buy the car remotely. The entire process was a headache. When the car was finally sent it was sent with no temp tag, no bill of sale, no title. I am shocked that a MB dealership operates with this lack of efficiency and professionalism. Their arrogance is repulsive and I would NEVER do business with them again.

Excellent! Mercedes-Benz makes excellent automobiles, and they surround themselves w excellent, hard working, dedicated staff like Troy Bilderback. He made sure from start to finish we received nothing short of perfect service. I would highly recommend working w Troy, and I highly recommend Zimbrick Mercedes-Benz! Got my 2015 S550 4Matic here in Oct of 2015 and it's come time to turn it in and get something else and for the first time ever, I actually plan on sticking with not just the brand (Mercedes-Benz), but the model (S550) & the dealership (Zimbrick) as well!In my 18 years of driving thus far, neither Honda, Nissan, Toyota, BMW, Jaguar or Land Rover was able to leave enough of a good impression with me that I felt drawn enough to return for a second vehicle, and certainly not back to back! So far only Mercedes & Zimbrick have been able to pull it off! This is a great place to both buy a car, and/or get it serviced!Very friendly staff all around too!

Wow, does this place really embody customer service. I worked with Joe and bought my first GLA250. He he made sure the whole process surpassed every expectation I had. He was prompt with email replies and patient with every first-timer question I had. He even made sure to follow up a week later to see how things were going.

We purchased a new vehicle from Zimbrick European and the overall experience was excellent. This dealer is a class act. We worked with Troy (our sales representative) who made the entire process very smooth and transparent. As we had to order the vehicle, his guidance on the options and colors for the vehicle was invaluable and our vehicle turned out so nice. We also worked with Julie in finance and she made the whole paperwork process so simple and really looked out for our best interest. I would absolutely buy a vehicle from Zimbrick European again and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great vehicle purchase experience.

Highly recommend!!! This dealership is AMAZING, the service you receive is like no other. I drove 3 hours from Bloomington Illinois to buy from them. Dustin was outstanding, did everything online for me and making the buying experience the best. I was pampered from the time I walked in the door until the time I drove away in my new 2022 Benz. Every car in the showroom was sold and waiting for owners. The salesperson took the time to sit with every new owners and walk them through EVERY feature on their new cars. It was unbelievable. This has been the best buying experience ever. Thank you Dustin and all the Zimbrick staff. One more thing, as I type this four days after my purchase, I just received a beautiful container of homemade cookies with a thank you note. So kind. Would do this all over again. Will buy from them when I purchase my next new vehicle. Thank you! Paula

Our experience with Zimbrick Mercedes in Madison was five stars. We needed the back glass replacedin our 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 due to a mishap with a power washer. From our first call with Rachael at Z Glass, we were treated with courtesy and understanding. At the dealership, Debbie was great to get the replacement done very efficiently. And Dion in the sales department was amazingly knowledgeable. Wewill surely return to him at this dealership when it s time for a new vehicle. Hope they all get much praiseand chunky raise for being so great!

I've been so happy with the service department at Zimbrick European! They've worked on my SUV a few different times and all the employees have been so accommodating and great to work with! This last time when I came in for a repair my warranty company was being extremely difficult to work with, and Matt was incredibly helpful taking care of the issue and making sure the repair was done regardless of my issues with the warranty company (and at a very affordable price!). I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to make sure to this time after that exceptional customer service!The facilities are also always so nice. Being able to drop your car off and pick it up inside the building is such a luxury when the weather's bad. The waiting area has a large selection of complimentary refreshments, and I LOVE that they provide such high quality complimentary loaner cars so I can still look presentable driving for work while my car is worked on. They're not necessarily going to be the lowest cost that you can find for service, but for me all the other benefits always easily make it worth it to come back to them for service every time! I would highly recommend them!

Customer service with an attitude! Simple oil changes are out 30 days, if you want a loaner they out for 60 days! Is this the experience a MB customer should have? The premium brands are just lip service and useless!
