Friendly staff. Very prompt with return calls and service. Car came back to me cleaner than I left it. They listened intently to my concerns, and explained the limitations in their abilities to diagnose. Main issue was resolved lightning fast. Got a great video from the tech of my issue. A+ gang.

Zimbrick Infiniti service has treated me very fairly in the past. Could get some work done a bit cheaper but they get it right the first time almost 100% of the time. The loaner vehicles are top shelf and worth the extra to me.I wish the Infiniti division of Zimbrick had their own body shop run as well as they do their service. Their proximity to one another does make the hand off every time I hit a damn deer fairly seamless at least.

Very attentive and great service providers. I remember my car got some issues and the lady on the call from servicing dept was able to walk me through over call to fix the issue.
