Had an amazing experience working with Ben Gibbs at Zimbrick Honda. Having this be my 3rd car deal with him. He definitely knows what he s doing. Will definitely be working with him on future car deals and referring anyone I know looking to buy. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Will always work with you to get best price and inform you of all the options you are looking for within in your new car. Won t ever go anywhere else. People here definitely know how to take care of there customers.

I just purchased a used vehicle here and could not be happier with the process!! Cliff was amazing to work with and made the whole experience painless and worry free! I had a bit of a complicated situation with the vehicle I was in, and Cliff walked me through all the options I had for trading in my vehicle and getting into something more reliable that was within my budget. Kyle was also great to work with in the financing department, and found me a great loan for my vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Love my new (to me) car!!!

4-3-2024 - Come on, you haven't learned your lesson yet? The sidewalk isn't shoveled.1-11-2024 They never shovel their sidewalk. I physically walked into the location around 2 weeks ago and spoke to Tom.He assured me, that he would have it under control. He didn't, and I had to walk over there again today to talk to him.I've filed a report with the city, while standing in their lobby.And the guys who park in the parking near the sidewalk, zoom and race out of the parking lot; not paying attention to people waking on the sidewalk.1-14-2024Again today their sidewalk was not shoveled, everybody else on the block but them.

Thank you Devon, for your superior salesmanship! We purchased a van recently and had great service from Devon, and all of the other employees. Had a little fun negotiating price, which to us is half the fun of buying a new vehicle and everybody was a good sport. We will for sure return here for our next vehicle and recommend them to anybody looking.

Bought a 2021 used HONDA Hrv Ex and I loved it. Brent Rodgers was great to work with! Did not pressure me at all like the rest of the dealerships I had visited and took time to work with me in trying out a number of cars. I've had the car for 4 months now and every time I reach out, he has been available to answer any questions I have. Highly recommend these guys - especially Brent - he's great!!

I was towed in at 8am because I had a tire blow out. I couldn't find a single person. Eventually a cashier showed up at the front desk around 810am and I asked her to let someone know what happened and she explained to me that she let both Stephan and Tom know what happened to me and that I was towed in. After 2+ hours of waiting with my 4 year old to be spoken to, and making eye contact with several employees as they came speak to other guests in the service lounge, I eventually CHASED Kim back to her desk and begged her for help telling her I had been here for 2 plus hours, was missing work, hadn't eaten breakfast yet and neither had my son, and that I really needed to get checked in to start the process of having my tire inspected to see if it qualified for my roadside hazzard warranty. I paid my tow driver out of pocket because I couldn't get help from anyone. After finally getting checked in, I was told my tire was covered under the warranty. After another 45 minutes I was told they couldn't find my tire, and my advisor didn't know what to do. I was put in a loaner and told they would call me later. The next day Kim called me to explain that they couldn't find my tire and their best recommendation would be to bring back two of my all season tires and put them on the rear of the car, and keep my good winter tires on the front of the car. She told me to bring back the bad tire next year to get it warrantied. I told Kim this was not an acceptable solution. I asked Kim to fulfill the warranty with the most comparable product. The next day, Kim told me she didn't even know what the most comparable product would be, and so I had to tell her. She couldn't find that tire either. I had to ask her if she had looked outside their vendor and I provided a few links to her of my original tire for sale. She came back to me the following day that they would order me a tire from Canada, and it would be an exact product replacement. It's been about 4 weeks since this happened, and while my tire finally got ordered and installed, I am disappointed because I am still waiting for reimbursement on my tow. I personally had to call Tire Rack, NSD, Zimbrick, and American Honda in order to get this down the proper channels for reimbursement. I service with Zimbrick because their technicians are the best, but this overall experience has been far from it!!

Finding the right place to bring the car you love is really important. I will only bring my Mom s Honda to this dealership for service. Because of the exceptional service of Stephen Pelletier, we have stayed loyal to this dealership, for years now. In a world where it is getting increasingly difficult to find great reliable service, this dealership excels. Stephen s genuine care for his customers, attention to detail and knowledge of his work, shows an old-world service that we all miss. Great job Stephen and thank you for always taking such great care of us.

I was having an issue with my Honda CRV (2023), and made an appointment at Fish Hatchery to have it looked at. Mike from the Service dept saw my appointment and called me with some helpful suggestions which saved me an hour long trip into town. I can't say enough how much I appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. Thank you Mike. I will continue to patron this store for years to come.

Great service! Fue was incredible! Fue and staff took time and drove my new vehicle home, as I did not have a trade in vehicle. The whole process was quick and I felt well taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend Zimbrick Honda!

DO NOT EVER TRUST ZIMBRICK!My wife and I went there Saturday 03/09/2024 looking for their CRV 2018 black and 2018 Mazda CX-5 silver.I noticed the CRV was there since december/23 and then I asked what kinda of maintenance they did to take that much time to sell.Just after that they mentioned that the engine had been recycled, in other words, if I did not ask I would never know. And then the manager Tyler Brummer tried to convince me that a Recycled engine from a probably crappy car is better than a original one. Then I asked the manager what would I do when I try to sell the car in the future?He told me that like they, I do not have to tell that information, which I consider anti ethic and an act of dishonor. This is just the first chapter. Yesterday - 03/11/2024 I decided to buy the Mazda 2018 Silver and went there. After I got there, Richard Pawlak and the manager Tyler Brummer was not there. I talked with Fue and showed him the image of the price I got Saturday - 1 day before (attached). He told me that the price was wrong (now 2,500 more), and the computer had glitched it. I tried to talk with the general manager Brian Wheeler and he did NOTHING about it, dishonoring the price that they officially and SIGNED informed me 1 day before.Finally, I was there today - 03/12/2024 expecting to see Richard and the manager Tyler Brummer that offered me the price and they told me that they SOLD THE CAR! (to be honest, most unlikely since the car is sitting there for almost 2 months). I will tell anyone I know about those 2 histories so they do not commit the same mistake I did.

This was my first visit for routine maintenance to my vehicle and overall, I had a terrific experience at Zimbra. The service staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I really appreciated being granted a loaner vehicle during service to my vehicle. These are qualities I respect and value so therefore, I will certainly choose Zimbrick for future service. We came in fully prepared to buy a vehicle today, and decided not to do to the person that was working with us . (Matt Rosen) He genuinely did not care if he provided good customer service in clearly didn t care about making a sale. He has a bad attitude and needs to get a different job.

The level of service I received at Zimbrick (Fish Hatchery) is truly unmatched. Scott Anderson and his advisory team helped me even though they were already super busy and it was humid and 92 degrees outside. I came in after a child had got play-doh stuck in the honeycomb dash of my 2023 Honda CRV. It seemed like it would be impossible to get out. I stopped in unannounced and asked for any ideas of how to get the material out, and not only did they hunt down the right person to ask, but they fixed it on the spot for me. They serviced my needs in a timely manner were kind and showed compassion along the way. I couldn t recommend Scott and his team more. I will be recommending their services to all of my friends and family. See photos for before and after!

Very poor experiences with Zimbrick. Bad customer service for sales and service. Get a second opinion if they are trying to get you to do costly repairs. Other places usually are cheaper and in my experience I got a second opinion when they said my sway bar linkage was loose. Other place said it was tight and didn't need to be fixed at all. Would definitely recommend staying away

Can t say enough good things about the folks at Zimbrick! The customer service is amazing. I worked with Chris Ramsey and Patrick Sullivan during my purchase. They made the car buying process easy & painless! I also had something done in the service department and Dana Torres was a gem! Definitely the best car buying and service experience I ve had!

Just got home with my new Nissan Rogue from Zimbrick Honda! From the second we stepped foot on the lot until driving away, everyone was very friendly and professional. Fue was tremendous ~ very knowledgeable, kind & helpful. Highly recommend anyone interested in a car to request him!*additionally, S/O to Kyle in the business office for all of his help*

Came in for a quicklube and continue to get turned away. Honda requires their dealers to provide this service and zimbrick does not! Don't let them fool you. They'll skin you alive and rip you off on everything under the sun but when it's time for maintenance even as far up as the general manager, you can't get anyone to offer what their expected from the manufacturer. They claim they don't have the manpower Everytime as well Everytime and that's the reasoning. If management and ownership didn't pack the cash in their pockets maybe you'd have more techs that provide services in what you claim you offer but don't. I'm definitely sharing with all I can the incompetency of zimbrick. Their legalized Ponzi scheme delinquents. When you offer a service do it or get out of the maintenance business.

DO NOT TRUST they will fulfill their promises. I met with Don Mickelson in late July and we made an agreement for me to purchase the next 2023 Odyssey they had scheduled to deliver in mid August. Don stated that he needed $500 down to hold the vehicle. I gave my credit card information and he told me he would call me when it came in. He called me on Aug. 28th when I was out of town on a fishing trip. I called him on Aug. 30th and he told me they already sold the car to someone else. I wasted a month of my time with these clowns. His sales manager called me and explained all the reasons why it was important to him to sell the car and never once apologized or acknowledged we had a contract in place for them to hold the car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND working with Zimbrick as they are the stereotypical car salesman you hope don't actually exist.

James is wonderful! I was recently in a terrible wreck that totaled my car so I was in the market for a new vehicle. James was very knowledgeable, easy going, and got me into a wonderful car but wasn't pushy! My husband and I have always been very happy with our experiences at any zimbrick location and we won't go anywhere else!

MSRP dealer!!Sold me a '21 Civic Type R at sticker even though I am out of state.They also sold a '23 Civic Type R at sticker recently. In this environment, they remain the only honest Honda dealership I know of in the country.

Always busy, booking out over 3 weeks. Left messages on their answering service during the day for the past 3 wks and never received a call back. Happy they are busy but questioning customer service. Will find another mechanic. Sorry, I don't have a crystal ball to know when something will go wrong with my vehicle.

Technician went above and beyond for me. My car battery died inside my garage and I was unable to get the door open, the fob wasn't working because the battery was that dead. Physical key didn't work because the mechanism inside the door was disabled for some reason. Tom, from Zimbrick came to my house and got the door open and put in the new battery I had picked up. Now that is service with integrity. Thank you.
