I chose to wait in one of the comfortable waiting areas while my vehicle was serviced. I was kept informed of the maintenance progress as it was in work. Additional concerns regarding a couple of minor issues were brought to my attention. As this vehicle s history was not in the Zimbrick system/database, and considering the mileage point, I thought it best to have the service technician s recommendations of service performed.

Brought my Buick into for an oil change. They over-tightened the oil pan bolt to the point that I had to find someone to drill it out. Mistakes happen though, so I opted to give them a second chance when my ABS light came on. HUGE MISTAKE.Whoever is answering phones treated me with such disregard and disrespect that I can safely say I will never be giving my service to them again, warranties be damned. They are unprofessional as can be, and don't care if they have your business. Don't waste your time with them, go to McDermott's or Garcia's auto repair, they actually care.

They do a great job they just need to get their tech straightened out. I made an appointment on the gmc app and it didn't get setup correctly. Wasn't a big deal as I just left it there and it got done, I just wanted to wait for it so I didn't have to get a ride back.

Purchased a 2017 Ford escape from David C. Bennett December 2022. Replaced a starter in May of 2023. June 18th 2023 car won't start. I have possed this vehicle for 6 months and already paid $1400 in services to repair or tow the vehicle. David C. Bennett assured me that the vehicle was mechanically sound as did the inspection sheet.

I want to share my bad experience in this mechanical workshop of a large renowned company in Madison, I took my 2011 Buick Lacrosse with several diagnoses for almost $5,000. 2 months later, the same problem did not want to answer that I better exchange it for another car. It happened to me, be careful, don't lose your money, they know how to lie to make you pay more and more $, they abuse the client too much, nor did the manager take responsibilityService: General repairs & maintenance

The spare keys (& fob) to my Acadia were burgled and I was nervous about the security of the vehicle. I was able to schedule an appointment in the same week, and the fix was a same-day job. Shout out to Stuart and Will who checked me in and answered all my Qs. They even sprang for my rideshare back to work. 5 stars

This place is so shady and overcharges A LOT. My brother went there because his engine light was on and his truck would just stop working randomly while he was driving. They did diagnostics and said he needed a new chip and charged him almost $2k then the same thing started happening a week later and they charged him to do diagnostics AGAIN and tacked on a bunch of other random charges adding up to another $1,000 when it really just needed an oil change and stuff that should have been handled the first time around. My parents were furious and tried to talking to the service manager and the refused to admit the swindled my brother. Just gross. Another time my mom s AC failed and they wanted to charge her $600 just to replace the coil. She called a place that isn t shady and they told her they always replace another part the have to remove to get to the coil too because that will go bad as well and just be another headache and bill so they replace that when they replace the coil and they do it all for $300. Once again just proving how SHADY this place is. NEVER GO HERE, THEY WILL SCREW YOUServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Don't go here if you want timely service. Never on time! Second time had to wait forever for simple oil change. Had 730 am appt. By 1pm still not done. They lie. Service request had 6pm as requested pick up time when I specifically said I had Dr appt and wanted it by noon. They said "no problem we can have it by 11" Will not go there again.

Jeff was very helpful in correcting what was wrong with my vehicle. The ability to drop off before they opened and pick up close was great for me with my schedule.

Very nice staff very professional took good care of my car oil changes and rotation 50 buck can't beat that .
