Outstanding communication from service advisor who was Ashley in my experience.I received email alerts to remind me of my scheduled service date. They communicated what work was suggested and gave me the option to do the upgrades or not.Due to my vehicle needing to be in their dealership for a few days, I was given a brand new vehicle loaner identical to mine to drive.The dealership is immaculate. They offer drinks and snacks for those waiting in the lobby.Entire staff is very professional.Even though I live 1 hour and 20 minutes from Zimbrick on Fish Hachery Road, it is definitely worth the drive to have them do my work.

Chad Hazelquist was an absolute delight to work with on the purchase of my new Enclave. He is very knowledgeable about the product he is selling and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Erica was also so great to work with. She made the buying process simple and pretty painless. Although we do not live in the Madison area, we would not hesitate to make the drive again to work with this wonderful pair from the Zimbrick team. Thank you, Chad and Erica!

It was a great experience. I had to have my moonroof serviced and my car detailed due to the leakage and due to having children who do not care about the inside of my truck. I forgot to remove a truck full of random items I took from my office to store in my garage. It was a lot. They took the items out of the car, put them in storage, and then offered me a loaner because it would take longer than expected. They loaded the loaner with the items. In addition, they stayed in communication with me through the whole process. Great customer service provided by Ashley.

Joe in the service dept took awesome care of me and my truck last week. Had a concern with the suspension and he got in me in, with a loaner reserved, within 48 hours. Truck was fixed and back to me before end of the day and he couldn't have communicated better with me throughout it's time there. Thanks Joe!

I dropped my truck off on Wed for my Thurs appointment and they had it done Wed afternoon! The customer service was 10/10 and the free carwash was an added bonus! I will definitely be a returning customer!

It was fine. Chad was helpful and answered all my questions. It was still a car shopping experience but was pleasant for what it was. Everything went smoothly and I'm happy with my purchase so far. Good job. This is about as ecstatic as I can get about a shopping experience I was not looking forward to so y'all can take it as high praise.

Since an old service adviser been gone or transfer, I've been having a really great experience. During my service I've been receiving updates via text during the inspection about services that need to be done right away or in the near future I'm able to track my time status I've actually been getting my car washes after service I don't feel like I'm being jiped outta of money the team is great I've been receiving the full GMC experience thanks Ashley G. and Team

I was very disappointed to learn that the repairs I requested would be much more expensive than I could afford and much more than the estimate given to me. I was forced to decline 2 repairs that would have cost more than $600 and then I was still charged more than $200 for the estimate.I doubt that I am going to be able to afford going to Zimbrick in the future and frankly it is looking like I am not going to afford owning a car. Overall our sales advisor (Zane) did a great job keeping us as informed as he could about the status of our vehicle order. There was a mix up with a small component of our build which we didn't request but Zane went out of his way to provide financial compensation on the final price of the vehicle to make it a non-issue for my husband and I. Great experience with Zimbrick GMC Westside of Madison. I would recommend them to any of my friends and I look forward to servicing my vehicle with them in the future.

I brought my car in because wasn t accelerating and this location was so convenient. Jim helped me with my car and was super professional. Also found out there was a recall on my wiper blades arms that I didn t know about. I brought my car in on Wednesday but they couldn t get to it till Monday. Totally understand that they were backed up. It happens. Even though they were backed up Jim still took the time to answer my questions and calls instead of ignoring them like some places.Place was clean and everyone I encountered were very friendly.I would ve given 5 stars except when I got my car back there was a 10in -12in crack in my windshield that wasn t there when I dropped it off. Had to get my whole windshield replaced. Pretty disappointed in Zimbrick. It wasn t malicious. It just showed they didn t inspect the car when they were finished because it wasn t hard to miss.Even though they cracked the windshield I d still give them my business but I d be very hesitant.Update: If I could I would give zimbrick 0 star. Service manager called me and left a message asking me to call him back to discuss the crack in my window. Then proceeded to ignore my calls. I am taking my services elsewhere because I d have a better chance of my car NOT being damaged.

I have been a Zimbrick customer for more than 30 years. Last week, a "low pressure" light came on. By the time I got to a gas station, the tire was down to 12lbs. I filled the tire with air and drove directly to Zimbrick, about three miles away. When I entered the Zimbrick garage, my tire was very low on air. My regular service rep was not in that day, but another rep immediately assisted me. A technician was able to repair my tire and get me back on the road while I waited. I really appreciated the great service in a time of need.

My Chevy Equinox was making jerking noised when I would turn. Made an appointment at Zimbrick and Ashley G was my advisor. Ashley kept me informed throughout the entire process, put me in a loner car, and emailed me with updates. Turns out my warranty would not cover the defect, yet Ashley and her Managers covered the repairs. I am extremely grateful to the entire staff at Zimbrick for the Excellent service everyone provided! My Equinox is now running smoothly.Huge Shout out to Ashley and keep up the Great work! I'm Impressed.

Purchasing a vehicle is not one of my top 10 favorite things to do. This is my second vehicle at Zimbrick. With Chad as my dealer and Erica, in the business/ financing and Stu in service as a team they made this purchasing and maintaining of my Buick Envision Avenir a very comfortable and enjoyable event! Love my Buick !

My Sierra 1500 needed new ball joints. Ashley helped me over the phone, scheduled my appointment and printed my extended warranty and left it under her keyboard for the service person who would help me on arrival, since she would be off that day. Stuart Suiter helped me on the day of my appointment, navigated the extended warranty for me and communicated with me throughout the process. Both Ashley and Stuart were professional, knowledgeable and eager to provide a great customer service experience, which they accomplished. I would certainly recommend Zimbrick to anyone.

The customer service is abysmal here, they re rude, unhelpful and not knowledgeable about their own services. Can t answer the simplest questions. The car comes out with check engine light on 3 times after being worked on here. When it wasn t on when it went in. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this awful place.

I made my appointment through a service agent. My truck was purchased at Zimbrick and serviced there. He new the miles and that it had been working properly. GMC "on star" informed me (and I presume you) an oil change was needed. He indicated an oil change and tire rotation were appropriate so I scheduled them and because it was an hours worth of work I decided to wait for the service. Once at Zimbrick and 10 minutes into the service the agent indicated that due to mileage my truck needed 3 other forms of service. The service would cost roughly $500 more than expected and take another 2-3 hours of time. My issue is not the cost but if the original agent (having all the information necessary) had told me about the additional service time required I would have planned for it. Now I have to schedule a separate appointment. It seems all today's technology is not leading to better customer experiences or employees simply do use the information or both.

Waited for my vehicle for a oil change, tire rotation and 50K mile service and got my car back well before the time they estimated. Staff in the waiting area set the TV to my request, great service. Joe always gives great customer service.

Appointment started on time, and service was completed on time. The service dept. was checking that a recall repair that I needed done while on a road trip had been completed competently, and with the correct parts. I had been stranded out of town; otherwise would have had this done locally. Appreciate the follow-up with the dealership that I trust.

One of the best experiences I ve had buying a car. Chad, the salesperson was great to work with. All paperwork was ready for us when we arrived and signing took minutes. Chad then went over the entire vehicle with us. Everything took just over a hour. I ve waited to see the financial person for a hour at some dealerships when buying a car. This was a great experience and we couldn t be happier.

My GMC repair took 8 weeks. Parts were not available and I waited. I realize that it is no one's fault at Zimbrick, but the supply chain defense is getting old. My repair was perfect and the vehicle was completely clean. Lee in the body shop is a saint what patience he has. I did understand that my repair wasn't the only one waiting for parts. it seems foreign cars take even longer for parts. Which would make be think twice about purchasing one.

The oil change was quite expensive and took over an hour, and they tried to sell me like 5 other things too. They wanted me to buy a cabin air filter change for 70 DOLLARS. I bought a filter for $15 and changed it in 5 minutes. That pricing is absolutely insane and a total scam. They're relying on people not knowing what these services entail so they can wildly overcharge. I wouldn't recommend them for any basic services.
