I brought my truck here to avoid the local Chevrolet dealership. Everyone I dealt with ( 4 different individuals ) were professional and polite. Special thumbs up to my service advisor ( Kody). H made me feel like his immediate priority was my satisfaction. I recently bought my Palisade at Zimbrick Hyundai East side. This is my 3rd car at Zimbrick, 2 pre-owned and this latest one is new. I just went for a test drive, and was so impressed with the car and also the sales executive, that I bought the car the same day! Ed was just more than helpful in explaining all features of the car, and patiently answered all small questions and concerns I had. The pricing on the car and the trade-in value for my old car was both fair. They didn't force me into buying any additional warranty and were very genuine.Really enjoyed doing business at Zimbrick.

This was my first time using this service center. The staff was great and friendly. I really appreciated that they didn't try to pressure me to complete additional services that they felt my vehicle needed. They simply notified me of additional issues and let me know their cost in case I wanted them to fix them. They were also able to complete all the work I needed done in the same day. I have posted before and it seems to be a turnover in management and in service agents but when you go to pay you are not asked if you want to use rewards (too many excuses on what they cannotdo) and the oil change prices went up in the beginning of the year over $25! That s a lot.Theyre overall customer service is good. I love how they wash my car but if it wasn t for another customer that told me about the $10 coupon where the customer service lacks is when you check out and no mention of coupons or if we have rewards very unsatisfactory.yes, inflation is everywhere I get it but how about helping your customers.so I m passing it on everyone that uses this dealership please get on the zimbrick Eastside Buick website under services under specials there s a $10 coupon. I brought my truck in late in the day. Kyle Dodge did a diagnostic, put me into a loaner. Called early the next day with what was wrong. Repaires my truck quickly and had me back in it by noon. Needed some work done on my Buick so I figured the dealership would be a safe place to take it. After the work was done I went to pickup my car and was told "we hit the front bumper going through the car wash and need to replace it but the part is 5-7 days out". Ok no big deal, weird to smash the middle of a bumper in your own car wash but ok. 5-7 business days came and went with no word so I called, a parts guy found the bumper but "it needs to be painted". They call us back later and schedule the work and we take the car in on a Friday. Friday afternoon we are told "the bumper wasn't painted so we have to keep the car for the weekend, also we need to order some parts we didn't know we needed. (I took it to a dealership to avoid issues like this). Monday comes and goes with no word about the car, we are told Wednesday that they called Monday and left a message but I checked an no, I didn't get a call. Wednesday afternoon we get a call "It won't be ready today" for some other reason. Thursday afternoon we call, "It won't be ready today for yet another reason". So I call to figure out why after 7 days they haven't fixed the dumb bumper and am given a list of reasons why it was out of their controls and GM did this and that which messed them up. Give me a break, you are GM for me, you are the dealership, that is why I brought the car there to start with. How did you even smash the bumper to start with?Avoid this clown show of a shop. Unbelievable behavior

They do a nice job , I understand everything is going up in price but to go from $50 to $69.99 I thought was much.They make it cheaper to go to someplace else besides the dealership with these prices. Call GMC to do a factory recall repair. They scheduled me right away. My visit was perfect, got me in on time. It only took less than an hour and had me on my way. Very grateful for their service.

They do a great job with oil changes and tire rotations. My check engine light was on when I arrived. I asked them to check into that. Apparently, they can't do that with an oil change. They did give me a quote to do the inspection (basically check the check engine code) for like $150. So I went to O'Reillys and they checked it for free. Turned out to be a cheap sensor that cost $30 and was easy to replace. Saved $120 going that route. Ultimately, I'm happy with the service Zimbrick provided and even happier with the service they were unable to supply!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Service was quick and easy. Was a bit disappointed when I found out my warranty coverage was only covered at the GM dealer where I bought it from and not all GM dealers. I recently bought a used vehicle from Zimbrick East. I ended up getting stuck in traffic, arriving 40 minutes late. They were able to start the valuation of my trade while I was on test drive. Negotiations were fair and they were able to expedite paperwork to get me on the road for my 2 hour return trip home just after closing.

While driving I heard a knocking in the engine. The check engine light came on and ESC warning message. Was just getting home so I called Zimbrick east side . Truck needed to be towed. Went on the GMC app and setup a time to get towed. Within 2 hours the vehicle was getting hauled to Zimbrick. I believe it was Coya Briggs called early the next morning and said what needed to be done and parts were already ordered. Truck was under warranty but was not happy because it was kind of a major failure of the lifters. She made me feel comfortable about what needed to be done and explained what happened. Three days later my truck was ready. With this amount of work I thought it would be at least a week or more. I believe Ben Severson was the technician who completed the work and did a great job getting it done in a few days. I know how much work it was to get done that quick and efficiently. Was disappointed that I had an engine problem of that magnitude but was very happy how it was handled by Zimbrick east side. Truck runs great and warranty covered everything. Thanks Coya, Ben and the whole Zimbrick team.

Hello everyone,I switched to this shop when I went to another shop that could not do some major GMC specific repairs. I thought it would be a one time switch but they were so professional compared to the other shop I made a permanent change after years of going to the other shop. Moreover, their shop / waiting areas are clean, have free snacks, TV, fix only what is needed, priotize repairs if needed, and explain things well!Marginally, more expensive but worth the tiny bit of extra cash! Forgot to mention you always get a free car wash with service! Also, it may be possible to get a ride for extensive repairs! I was pulled over on the way home the dealership with a tail light out, although I had the oil change, tire rotation and multi point check that said all my lights were functional. I asked them to diagnose a vibration and they said it was the tires.
